我是内蒙古交通职业技术学院房地产经营与估价专业的一名20_级应届毕业生，通过三年的学习尤其是两年的专业课学习，我认为自己基本掌握了土建概预算和房地产经营与开发的一些基本知识，通过在工作岗位上的一段时间后才能胜任单安排给我的工作。

我很荣幸的进入了一家外企，成了一名翻译，虽然我是学的英语专业，但是翻译却给我带了不少的困难，所以我还要不停的学习新的知识不断的充实自己。

说到技能，翻译是一项专业性很强的工作。笔译是锻炼一个人语言功底很好的方法，同时也是做好口译的重要基础。从口译的角度说，如果语言文字有了比较坚实的基础，接下来我认为表达和思维就至关重要。

练表达，一个好的方法就是视译。同事给了我一些材料，这些都是非常有针对性的材料，因此可以使得练习变得很有效率。在拿到材料以后应该调整好状态，想象自己就在翻译的现场，给自己造成一定的压力。看到材料中的中文后，争取在最短的时间内用最流利的语言表达出来。如果有哪些词或句说得不通顺或者结构不好，就可以记在笔记本上，之后可以向他人请教或者自己进行查找。通过反复的训练，在表达方面便有可能取得较为明显的进步。

练思维，在英译中时，听力是基础，首先作为译员，自己必须明白对方所要表达的内容。有了这个前提，接下来便是思考如何用精练的句子传达出来，这对思维有着很高的要求。单单只是听懂是远远不够的，因为口译译员是一座沟通的桥梁，所以译员的表达应该是工整的，让受众能够非常顺畅地理解对方的意思甚至是精髓。所以中文的功底在这时就显得至关重要。语言是不同的，但又是相通的。因此，两种语言不应该有所偏颇。

但是不论是表达抑或是思维，翻译最需要的勤学苦练，在不断的学习中不断地提高。在我看来，这是成为一名好翻译，一名不会落伍的翻译的最重要的前提。在翻译处这几个月以来，我的另一个很深的体会便是处里的同事时时刻刻都在学习新的知识，新的说法，新的词汇，我觉得正是这种精神让他们成为优秀的翻译，我想作为新入部的公务员，更应该时刻谨记学习的重要性，不断地向前看。

还有，作为翻译，语言只是一个重要地前提，而博学则可以为翻译工作提供坚实的知识理论的保证。在进行翻译工作的过程中，一定会接触到各个领域，如果不去进行查找学习，那么在翻译的时候可能就会出现只翻出了表面，而没有把其中真正的内涵传达到。有时更有甚者，会闹出一些不应该有的笑话。所以在平时多涉猎一些其他方面的知识是对翻译工作的一种知识储备。因此可以说，一个好的译员应该是一个博学的人。

英语翻译的学习需要广泛的知识储备，所以平时的积累的也是很重要的，这就是我个人学习英语翻译的一些体会，当然我还有一个很好的学习平台，就是这份翻译的工作，所以我一定会努力完成我的工作。

鉴于甲方拥有（作者姓名）（下称"作者）的作品（书名）（下称"作品"）第（版次）的著作权，双方达成协议如下：

第一条 甲方授予乙方在保同有效期内，在（国家、地区）以图书形式用（文字）翻译  、出版  册（印数）上述作品译本（下称"译本"的专有使用权。

第二条 甲方保证拥有第一条授予乙方的权利。如因上述权利的行使侵犯他人菱权，甲方 承担全部责任并赔偿因此给乙方造成的损失，乙方可以终止合同。

第三条 为翻译的目的，甲方应免费向乙方在  在内提供上述作品的 本加工副本。

第四条 乙方根据本合同第十七条的规定，为获得出版译本的权利，向甲方支付报酬，支 付方式为：

（一）版税：  （货币单位）[译本定价X %（版税率）X销售数（或印数）]；（例 如文学作品8%，科技作品10%）或

（二）一次性付酬：（货币单位）（例如文学作品每千字20元，科技伤口每千字25元）  如果译本的最后定价高出预计定价，乙方应在译本出版后按%增加向甲方支付的报酬。

乙方在本合同签订后 月内，向甲方预付 %版税，其余版税开出版后第 月结算期分期支付，或在  月内一次付清。

第五条 乙方负责安排有资格和有能力的译者对作品进行准确性确的翻译，译者姓名和其 资格证明应送交甲方，未经甲方事先书面同意，不得删节、增加或以其他方式修改 作.

第六条 有磁译本的质量问题，由甲乙双方商定。

第七条 乙方将作者的姓名标注在译本的封面、护封和扉页的显著位置，并注明："此版 本（书名）系（乙方名称）与（甲方名称）于 年 月协议出版"。

第八条 乙方应于  年 月 日前出版译本。乙方因故未能按时出版，应在出版期  限届满前  日通知甲方，双方另行约定出版日期。乙方支付愈期违约金，比例为  ，乙方在双方另行约定的出版日期仍不能出版，甲方可以终止合同，乙方应向甲方  赔偿损失，并支付违约金，比例为  。

第九条 译本一经出版，乙方应免费于  日前同甲方提供  本样书，并应尽力推销译本  的复制品。

第十一条 未经甲方事先书面同意，乙方不得行使除第一条规定的译本的其他任何权.

第十二条 未经甲方事先同意，乙方不得将所授予的翻译权许可任何第三方行使，译本 也不得单独使用乙方自己的版本说明。

第十三条 如果乙方未在  日内支付本合同规定的报酬，如甲方不解除合同，乙方应继 续履行合同支付报酬，并支付愈期违约金，比例为  ；如果方解除合同，乙 方应赔偿损失，并支付违约金，比例为  。

第十四条 除本合同明确授予乙方的权利之外，作品的其他所有权利由甲方保留。乙方 希望取得的权利，应在本合同中明确约定。

第十五条 甲方有权核查译本的印数。如甲方指定第三方核查，需提供授权委托书。如 乙方隐瞒印数，除向甲方补齐应付报酬外，还应支付违约金并承担核查费用 。如核查结果与乙方提供的印数相符，核查费用由甲方承担。

第十六条 如果乙方违反了本合同的约定，又未能在甲方通知其  月内改正，或甲方已 撤销不能履行的合同，本合同自动终止，授予乙方的翻译权回归甲方，乙方  应向甲方赔偿损失，并支付违约金，比例为 。

第十七条 乙方委托 （银行）以 （票据）的方式向甲方支付报酬，并按 日中国国  家外汇管理局的外江苏排价折算成合同确定的币种支付。
