1、每年租金为人民币，大写：______________元整。

2、承租方以现金形式向出租方支付租金，租金暂定为每年支付一次，并必须提前一个月时间，于年月日前交至出租方。

五、租赁期间房屋修缮

1、物业管理费：乙方自行向物业管理公司交纳;

八、违约金和违约责任

1、若出租方在承租方没有违反本合同的情况下提前解除合同或租给他人，视为甲方违约，负责赔偿违约金________元。
