Hi, my name’s Harry, H-a-r-r-y, Harry. It’s such a pleasure for me to introduce myself to you.

I’ll soon graduate from Guangzhou University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. As a student, my major is International Economics and Trade, I like it a lot, and I’ve got a pretty good academic performance. My English grade ranks NO.2 in the class of 55 students, and my classmates would always like me to give English speeches in class.

第一条 术语和定义

1.1 原件：指甲方提供给乙方、要求乙方翻译、审校、编辑处理的文件。

1.2 译件：指乙方按甲方要求在约定的时间交付给甲方的翻译文件成品。

1.3 源语言：指原件所采用的语言。

1.4 目标语言：指译件所采用的语言。

1.5 字数统计：根据 GB/T 19363.1-20xx《翻译服务规范第 1 部分：笔译》.，中外互译，按中文 “字符数/不计空格”计算;外外互译，不论是源文本还是目标文本，除韩文(“字符数/不计空格”计算)外均按单词数量计算;以千单词为单位。

1.6 插图：指文本框、图框、艺术字、图片等，其内容无法使用 word 统计字数。

1.7 图纸：指用绘图软件等绘制的图形文件，其内容无法使用 word 统计字数。

1.8 工作日：指除星期六、星期日和中华人民共和国法定节假日之外的任何一日。工作日以日为计算单位，正常工作时间满 8 个小时为一日。

1.9 协议期限：指协议双方经过协商共同约定的协议有效期。

1.10 协议变更：指协议双方约定的协议内容的变化和更改。

第二条 服务内容及要求

2.1 甲方委托乙方进行的翻译服务项目。

第三条 协议期限

本协议有效期为 年。自年月日始，至年月日止。

本协议期满后，甲乙双方经协商一致，可重新签署翻译服务合作协议。

第四条 翻译费用及支付

4.1 工作量： 根据本协议第二条甲方委托乙方进行的翻译服务项目统计，由甲乙双方签字确认。

4.2 翻译单价：人民币元/千字。

4.3 翻译服务加急费：人民币元/千字。

4.4 翻译费用按实际发生工作量，按月(季、半年)度结算，每月(季、半年) 度末乙方汇总相关翻译服务工作完成清单，经甲方确认后开具发票;甲方在收到发票后个工作日内支付翻译费用(如遇节假日或特殊情况顺延)。

4.5 对于零星但又需要签署合同的小额业务，可每完成一次结算一次(见附录 B 翻译服务确认单)。

第五条 权利和义务

5.1 甲方权利与义务

a) 甲方有权要求乙方按照本协议约定提交译件;

b) 在本协议有效期内，甲方应以书面方式向乙方提出具体服务要求;

c) 甲方有权对乙方的翻译服务进行监督检查;

d) 甲方有权要求乙方对其服务过程中存在的问题进行整改。甲方如对乙方交付的译件有异议，应在收到译件之日起 个工作日内向乙方提出修改意见，若甲方逾期未提出修改意见的，则视为译件质量达到甲方要求;

e) 甲方应按本协议约定向乙方提供原件或参考资料，对乙方的澄清要求做出答复，配合乙方翻译开展服务工作;

f) 甲方应保证所提供的文件资料没有违反中华人民共和国法律法规、国际法，否则应承担全部责任;

g) 甲方应按本协议约定向乙方支付翻译服务费用。

5.2 乙方权利与义务

a) 乙方有权要求甲方提供翻译原件和相关背景资料;

b) 乙方有权对甲方提供的资料提出澄清和咨询要求;

c) 乙方有权按照协议收费标准向甲方收取翻译费用;

d) 乙方应根据甲方的要求在规定的期限向甲方提供合格的翻译服务;

e) 乙方应在规定时间内按照甲方的修改意见修订翻译稿件;

f) 乙方应确保译文准确、通顺;

g) 乙方应按本协议规定的期限提交译件。

第六条 协议变更

本协议的变更必须由双方协商一致，并以书面形式确定。 本协议期满前任何一方均可书面通知另一方终止或修改本协议，但须提前发出书面通知，对于终止或修改前已经发生的翻译服务费用，双方应据实结算。

第七条 通讯

7.2 任何一方变更项目联系人的，应当及时以书面形式通知另一方。未及时通知并影响本协议履行或造成损失的一方，应承担相应的责任。

第八条 保密和知识产权

8.1 对本协议内容以及在本协议签订执行过程中获悉的对方所有相关信息(包括但不限于原件、译件以及其他任何形式的信息)，甲乙双方均应承担保密义务;未得到对方事先的书面许可，不得向第三方公开或泄露。

8.2 乙方应按甲方要求，将载有甲方信息的介质(包括但不限于书面资料、电子文件、媒体以及复制品和其它资料)区分管理，以确保信息文件的安全和完整;当甲方提出归还或销毁要求时，应按要求归还或销毁。

8.3 甲乙双方均应受本保密条款约束;在本协议终止后，本保密条款在三年内持续有效。

8.4 如果甲乙双方另行签订《保密协议》的，本条款未尽之保密事宜或本条款约定内容与双方达成的《保密协议》内容不符时，以《保密协议》约定为准。

第九条 违约责任

9.1 由于甲方原因推迟向乙方提供原件或相关支持文件，甲方应承担相关损失。

9.2 因甲方提供的原件存在问题，导致的翻译错误由甲方承担。

9.3 在甲方如期提供原件的情况下，如乙方未按约定日期按约定要求完成翻译服务，甲方有权解除协议并视为乙方违约，乙方应向甲方支付协议总额 %的违约金作为赔偿。

9.4 因乙方自身翻译失误所带来的经济损失由乙方承担。任何情况下，乙方承担的直接和间接的经济损失最多不得超过本合同涉及项目金额的 1 倍。

9.5 在乙方无违约的状况下，甲方应按协议约定及时付款。如甲方没有及时向乙方付款，每逾期一日，甲方应向乙方支付协议总金额的%作为违约金，直至付清所有费用为止。

9.6 甲方在约定的交付日期前取消所委托部分或全部的翻译内容，甲方应向乙方支付乙方实际已经完成部分的费用，乙方应向甲方交付已经完成的译件。

第十条 不可抗力

10.1 在协议履行过程中，由于不可抗力(例如战争、严重火灾、水灾、台风、地震等不可遇见、不可避免且不可克服的事件)导致协议不能履行或延期履行，协议双方互不承担违约责任。但受不可抗力影响的一方应在不可抗力发生后 24 小时内通知另一方不可抗力发生情况，且在不可抗力发生之后工作日 日内出具书面证明。

10.2 遭遇不可抗力影响的一方仍然有义务采取相应的措施减少损失。如果不可抗力的影响导致协议最终无法履行，双方另行协商善后事宜。

第十一条 适用法律

本协议适用中华人民共和国相关法律法规。

第十二条 争议的解决

凡因本协议引起的或与本协议有关的任何争议，甲乙双方应通过友好协商的方式解决。如果协商不成，应将争议提交仲裁委员会进行仲裁;或提交人民法院进行判决。

第十三条 其他约定

13.1 本协议未尽事宜，甲乙双方另行协商，签订补充协议，作为本协议的组成部分。

13.2 本协议一式份，甲乙双方各执份，具有同等法律效力。

13.3 本协议自甲乙双方签字盖章之日起生效。

计划要考虑全面

学习计划不是除了学习，还是学习。学习有时，休憩有时，娱乐也有时，所有这些都要考虑到计划中。计划要兼顾多个方面，学习时不能废寝忘食，这对身体不好，这样的计划也是不科学的。

长远计划和短期安排

在一个比较长的时间内，比分说一个学期或一个学年，你应当有个大致计划。因为实际中学习生活变化很多，又往往无法预测，所有这个长远的计划不需要很具体。但是你应该对必须要做的事情心中有数。而更近一点，比如下一个星期的学习计划，就应该尽量具体些，把较大的任务分配到每周、每天去完成，使长远计划中的任务逐步得到解决。

有长远计划，却没有短期安排，目标是很难达到的。所以两者缺一不可，长远计划是明确学习目标和进行大致安排；而短期安排则是具体的行动计划。

安排好常规学习时间和自由学习时间

常规学习时间指按学校规定的学习时间，主要用来完成老师布置的学习任务，消化当天所学的知识。而自由学习时间指除常规学习时间外的归自己支配的时间，你可以用来弥补自己学习中欠缺的、或者提高自己对某一学科的优势和特长、或者深入钻研一件有意义的事情。

对重点突出学习

从实际出发来制定计划

19. 索赔(claim)：

买方凭其委托的检验机构出具的检验证明书向卖方提出索赔(包括换货)，由此引起的全部费用应由卖方负担。若卖方收到上述索赔后______天未予答复，则认为卖方已接受买方索赔。

转变班主任角色,大胆放手让学生自我管理.

新班级,新思路,新管理,根据我以往带班的经验,在我接任本班之前,我又学习和研究了各地一些优秀班主任的事迹和一些著名教育家的工作经验,在班级管理方面收益匪浅.因此,面对一个新的班级,我主动转变角色,大胆放手让学生实行自我管理,突出学生的自主,独立,实施师生全方位,全过程的班级管理.班级计划由班委制订,班级工作由班委主持,班级矛盾由班干部自己妥善解决.而我则更多地成为学生心理发展的朋友,学生活动的参与者和班级成长的引导者.

班级建立之初,班委成员全部实行自由竞选,因此,学生干部的积极性很高,但对班主任的依赖性很强,解决问题的能力不够,某些方面还只能充当老师的传话筒.于是我利用专门的时间,进行班委培训,同时让班委全体成员集体讨论,明确各自的职责,义务,调动他们的主人翁意识和责任意识.特别强调班委应具备以下几种能力:第一,每位班委领悟职责,明确计划,要有工作安排;第二,积极主动协调矛盾,具备解决问题的能力;第三,及时发现问题,及时反馈处理意见.这样,经过一段时间的训练,班委独立工作能力和创造能力都有了很大长进.

严格班级管理制度,健全支部,班委组织机构

"没有规矩不能成方圆",一个班集体如果没有一套完善的班级制度来管理,就不可能有强大的凝聚力.班委同学多次聚集一堂,共同讨论班级建设计划,发扬民主精神,调动广大同学的积极性,让大家一起参与到班级的建设当中.班级不仅制定了班级管理制度和团员公约,强调纪律的重要性.同时,结合我校,我班的实际情况还制定了切实可行的学生思想表现测评办法,对学生的各类表现实行量化打分,除了有"扣分"条款,还特别增加了"表扬"加分部分,这对激励同学们积极上进,形成你追我赶的班级氛围起到了积极作用.另外还健全有具体的班会制度,每周班会课,除了老师的必要交代,大都由学生自我总结,组织严密有序.这一系列制度的建立为班级其他工作的开展提供了先决条件.我班经过一段时间的集体生活,在班级管理方面逐渐创立了自己的特色和方法.各班,团干部各司其职,团结协作,责任到位,流动红旗的评比,年年名列学校个年级前茅,班级管理工作得到了学校和上级部门的肯定.

需要特别说明的是,综合测评是班级对学生综合素质进行量化评定的标准,我班依据同学们学习,劳动,课外文体活动等各方面的参与和获奖情况,进行量化评定,并以此作为学生的各类奖励和评优依据.确实做到公平,公开,公正,使班级建设更趋制度化,规范化,也避免了以前由班主任一人说了算的"专制""独裁",深受学生的欢迎.
