一、翻译服务的内容与要求

1.1.基本原则：乙方根据甲方开展业务活动需要，进行现场口译及文字资料的翻译工作，并保质翻译的准确性，保障甲方在蒙古国东方省乔巴山市的农业项目开发活动顺利进展。

六、争议的解决在执行本协议中所发生的或与本协议有关的一切争执，首先应由甲方和乙方友好协商解决。若协商不能解决，双方均可诉至当地法院寻求解决。

翻译版权许可合同

本合同于_________年_________月_________日由_________(中国出版社名称、地址)(以下简称为出版者)与_________(外国出版社名称、地址)(以下简称版权所有者)双方签订。
