大三学生暑期电脑经销公司实习报告

一、珍贵的实习经历

转眼间已经在联想实习四周了，经历了很多之前从没遇到过的事情，也结实了更多志同道合的朋友，心中对这份实习经历充满的是感激和敬畏。

在没得到实习的offer时，心中满是焦急和忐忑，因为自己已经大三，马上面临着毕业就业，此时最重要的任务莫过于寻找一份名企的实习。之前在各种网站上投了很多的简历，到头来却都进入了各个企业的“人才资料库”中。眼看着暑假就来临了，心中不免慌张起来，因为再没有实习的机会，这个暑假就泡汤了。某日在自习室，突然接到了电话，问我实习的事宜，我当时一听真的要提供联想的实习机会了，心中充满了无限的激动。在经过了简单的面试以及漫长的等待后，某个阳光明媚的下午，接到了正式通知，并给我发了一些关于联想实习生启动的一些具体事宜。心中终于踏实了，因为这个不寻常的暑假我会和联想为伍，会在名企中得到锻炼。

我被分派到了联想下属的电脑经销公司工作。是联想在xx地区最大的分销商，和联想的业务关系很是紧密，由于联想暑期的“千城巡展”、“灵活推广”及“电影下乡”的活动开展，暑期活动相对来说任务量也是蛮大的。我的指导人是，但我被具体的分配由负责乡镇推广的负责。姐会给我分配一些关于乡镇推广中比较程式化或相对较简单的任务，我也在其中学习到了一个分销商是如何进行运转的。我之前是学市场营销的，也接触到渠道商的运作，但真正的企业和书本上描述却差别很大。自身的感触颇多。

我一共接到了三项比较大的任务：对联想的乡镇网点n’和n’’进行沟通并向他们索要网点的实景照、对各个接手“千城巡展”、“灵活推广”和“电影下乡”的经销商进行跟踪式的沟通、对各个经销商网点进行话术检查。大任务的间隙也会穿插着无数的小任务类似于输入数据、整理表格和核对信息等。总体来说实习生活还是比较充实的。在客观原因上，正好赶上了洪水灾害，这在一定程度上加重了任务的困难性和复杂性，而主观上，由于自己的经验不足和认识不足，也发生过很多问题。下面，便陈述一下我在实习中碰到的一些问题和自己的收获。

二：实习中遇到的问题

1、实习规划的不合理

在实习的初期，自己没有对实习做个很好的整体规划，心想指导人应该会给自己安排满满的任务，就想老师对学生的那样，会安排好一切的。可是，来了之后并非想象中的那样，指导人自己的工作很忙，而自己常常被晾在一遍，与指导人的沟通也都不怎么合理，他经常出差，所以弄得自己很被动。并且，在开始的时候，也没和指导人就整体实习安排进行充分的沟通，导致自己在实习的进行过程中很盲目，浪费了不少时间。这个其实是很不必要的。

2、没有效率的沟通

自己负责的任务大部分都需要和不同的人进行沟通。我需要和各个同事沟通，以便于自身的工作更加的顺畅；我需要和联想哈办的实习生沟通，以便于推进自己的实习活动；我需要和各个经销商沟通，以便于我将联想和重要消息传达下去，以确保渠道的运转正常。

沟通是重要的，而沟通需要很多的技巧和经验。由于自己的沟通不合理，在与指导人姐的交流有些时候效率很低，有时候自己会理解不了任务的含义，导致在执行过程中，将信息传达失误；与经销商的沟通中，由于经验的不足，经常不能识别经销商的“缓兵之计”，导致工作在开展中困难重重；与哈办陶玉玉的沟通不细致，导致我们两个在最后总结中发生了策划方向不一致的后果。沟通是个大问题，需要不断的锻炼，不断的总结。

大学生活带给了我很多，给我了重新完善自我的机会，在思想上，我积极的向我党组织靠拢，并并且认真研习党的十一届三中全会以来的路线，方针和政策，特别是“三个代表”和“八荣八耻”的学习，使我从中学到了很多。 三年的大学生活，有喜有悲，碰到过很多的苦难，但是在同学老师的帮助下，还是使自己的思想品德，工作能力，知识水平都上了一个新的台阶，现在我即将告别大三，马上将进入大四了，这将会是一个更加紧张的学年，因为我学习的时间越来越少了。我将以坚定的信心、饱满的热情投入到新的一个学年当中，去学习更高深的知识，为以后再社会中拼搏打下基础!

Good monring. Its a pleasure for me to be here in front of you to present myself. My name is Philip Wong, and I am a candidate for the position of Overseas Sales Representative.

My background and work experience are tailor-made for this position. I studied marketing as an undergrad here in Chinese Taiwan, and in 1985, I received my MBA from the University of Texas School of Business. For five years now, I have utilized my skills and knowledge as the Assistant Director of Exports for magic kitchen Supplies.

Action Appliances is a forward-looking company. I am aware that you are expanding into new markets, particularly in the U.S. Thus you are going to need aggressive, take-charge sales representatives. At magic Kitchen, during my five years there, we expanded our U.S market share by 25%. This is just one example of my ability to go out there and sell products.
