Now the practice has come to an end. However, I have so many feelings and memories that I can not help writing this paper to summarize what I have experienced and learned.

At the very beginning when I practiced, I was quite excited about my work. When I stood in the classroom and faced my students I could easily get them interested in the class and teach them what I have learned in my college. But just wait! Classroom teaching is not the only task. I would also teach the students in a brand new way-- Online Education. I suddenly felt I was a complete green hand. 5、在已建立班级群的基础上，创建班级校友录或主页，在网络上展现班级的风采。班级校友录或主页也可以作为同学们心与心交流的无限空间，让大家更好地溶入到班级体这个大家庭中。还可以建设成为宣传班级形象的阵地，提高班级影响力，方便今后组织交流及活动通知，并有利于先进班级的评定。还要建立个人档案、个人简介，向来访者展示水政班每位同学的独特魅力。可能的话，还将成为日后用人单位认识本班同学的窗口。

6、在工作方面，班长、团支书及副班长、副团支书既要分工明确又要相互配合，坚持每周开班委会，针对班内出现的新问题制定新的对策。班委会由班长或团支书主持召开，应积极准备，保证开会效率。另外，对于班会负责人要做好纪录，以便开展工作。

以上就是我作为新一任班长在新学期工作计划。总而言之，在这个学期，我要好好工作，努力为同学们服务，使同学们更加团结、友爱，使我们的班级更加优秀。

大三学生学习计划二：

有人说大学生最不缺的就是时间。没有了高考的压力，有大把的空余时间，不需要对时间斤斤计较，自然时间观念也就淡薄了。大多数人都把制定大三学生学习计划的事抛到脑后了。仔细想想，从进入大学到现在，我们浪费了多少时间？假设我们都像高中时那样重视时间，把每一分钟都利用好，无论是学习还是生活，都做好规划，毕业时就会少一些找工作的焦虑。今天，现在，趁着这个机会，把计划重新拾起来，粗略规划一下我已经到来的大三学习生活。

此次学习规划的重点放在软件学习和景观专业课学习以及读书计划的制定上。软件学习的目标是提高软件制图水平，大三结束时能讲流利简单的操作软件制图，能用软件进行制图和设计，同时为技能考试和以后的工作做准备，争取拿到技能考试资格证。专业课学习紧跟老师进度，适当超前，做到不留问题，真正学懂专业课，为以后工作做准备。读书方面，有计划的读书，锻炼自己的思维深度。

具体措施如下：

一、软件学习。软件学习贯穿整个大学生活，将来工作中也很重要。软件学习贵在坚持，每天进步一点点，聚沙成塔，集腋成裘，总会提高软件制图水平。

⑴、学会积累复习，每天学习一些内容，隔天复习一次，一周复习一次，月末复习一次，没记住的内容反复复习。

⑵、每天背诵两句话，内容随意。一周复习一次，一个月的最后一周复习。同时努力提高英语口语能力，一周与同学练习口语一次。

⑶、每周用软件完成一幅作品，然后对照原图，查漏补缺，发现不足。周六周日晚上为作图时间。

以上计划，如遇突发事件，如紧急作业等，可延期完成。期末考试时计划停止。总体计划每天需花一小时时间学习软件，我相信，我有这个毅力坚持下去。

二、景观专业课学习。

⑴跟着老师进度学习，提前预习。不懂的地方及时解决，学习过程中不留问题。

⑵十二月份考技能考试证。

⑶每周复习一次本周学过的内容，每月末复习本月学习内容。循环复习。

⑷定期总结，发现学习中的不足，及时查漏补缺。

三、读书

⑴每周读书时间不少于五小时，每天抽出一小时读书。

⑵读书内容从文学方向向专业方向转变。开始读有关景观设计以及经济方面的书籍。多读些设计大师作品。

⑶读过的书及时总结，自己的见解形成文字，提高自己的文字表述能力。

以上就是我关于已经到来的大三学习生活的规划。我深知，仅仅制定一个计划是不够的，关键还是执行计划的能力，再好的计划不去实行等于没有计划！与大多人一样，我很怀疑自己实行计划的力量，但是，既然制定了计划，并且还让老师过目了，无疑是增加了自己实行计划的勇气。因此，我相信，我会按着计划走，不留遗憾，过有计划的大学生活。
