今年，党支部更加注重了干部职工的理论学习，遵照总行的安排，结合我行实际，我们每月印发理论学习安排表，按照计划党员和入党用心分子开展了集中学习和自学。重点学习了“四风”问题，xx届五中全会会议精神，中央经济工作会议精神，中央农村工作会议精神等资料，要求每个职工认真记录学习笔记，做到了学习人员、时间、资料、检查四落实。

为做好职工的思想政治工作，班子成员及支行管理干部经常深入基层，了解职工思想状况，及时理顺职工情绪，对职工中出现的突出矛盾，及时召开*思想政治研讨会议分析解决。我们及时召开职工座谈会，加强思想沟通交流，确保了队伍的稳定。同时，改善职工食堂环境和服务，及时慰问困难、患病员工;组织员工工外出考察学习，改善职员工福利，不断为员工办实事，办好事，体现人性化管理。

为了营造良好的工作氛围我们结合“优质服务年”的开展，设置了更多的自助设备体验区，带给了便利的金融条件，方便了广大客户。透过提高员工营销电子产品奖励标准，激发了职工的工作热情。营造了开拓进取、昂扬向上的工作氛围，极大地提升了支行形象。

二、落实精细化管理年活动，狠抓领导干部作风建设

为贯彻落实精细化管理年活动，改善领导干部作风，切实提高管理水平，我们组织讨论学习充分认识到实施精细化管理的必要性、重要性。由粗放型经营向精细化管理转变。我们对于各项流程和服务细节进行了规范化，制定完善了一系列制度，个性是在门柜服务上狠抓现场稽查和操作规程。在服务上，我们实现了专业化。我们全体员工用心为群众服务，结合今年质量管理体系贯标工作，实现数据化管理和信息化管理。为切实提高管理水平，加强作风建设我们一是开展了以“增强服务意识，提高工作效率，维护工作大局，规范管理行为，认真学习“四风”问题，一是以严格工作纪律为主要资料的行内整顿作风活动，切实解决了管理干部在作风方面存在的问题，二是加大了考核工作力度，提高了干部职工的工作职责心。三是加强支行内部管理，完善工作日志和资料台帐，增加透明度。四是规定班子成员与网点日常工作挂钩，做到领导下基层，党员职责到员工，明确分工。严格遵守总行出台的机关工作人员、行长、客户经理代班制度，组织各类学习，听取职工对领导作风建设的意见，以及政治学习，优质服务，各项制度制定等方面的意见和推荐。对于好的合理化推荐，及时采纳和跟进，切实把党员干部作风建设落到实处，促进支行整体工作的协调发展。

三、全面落实党员教育，用心推进党建工作。

(一)提高党员素质，加强理想信念教育，按照总行党委统一安排，我支行党支部高度重视，进行了认真研究，周密部署，在范围内认真开展了学习党章及“三严三实”教育活动。学习中央历届领导人关于干部作风建设的重要讲话，和习总书记在各个会议上的讲话。支部把学习贯彻党章及“三严三实”纳入党支部今年的一项重要学习资料，传达中央和省、市委及公司党委关于学习党章的要求，在整个学习过程中，除全体党员参加外，还组织入党用心分子参加学习。在整个活动中，广大党员不仅仅要做到自己用心发挥先锋模范作用，而且还要带动身边的职工群众。同时，班子成员切实做到了带头勤奋工作，带头安心本职，带头抓好学习，带头改善作风。

(二)为了使新班子建成一个高效、团结的班子，我们重点抓了四个方面工作：一抓教育，解决端正了班子成员思想认识，振作精神状态问题;二抓实事，增强了工作的职责感和敬业精神;三抓领导，刹“四风”，使作风建设有了明显成效;四抓落实，强调了政令畅通，雷厉风行，刹住“庸懒散浮拖”现象。四是及时召开了*生活会，管理干部和职工畅所欲言，开展批评和自我批评。

(三)我们结合学习党章和“三严三实”教育活动，引导班子成员树立正确的政绩观、人生观、世界观和价值观，并认真执行上级的决议决定，贯彻*集中制，重大问题都能做到先讨论，再决定，使全体员工都能做到主动沟通，交换意见，统一思想，团结协作，构成了一个团结向上的群众。

四、努力持续礼貌建立成果。

二、日常制度落实比较好。尤其是坐班和午间值班，能够正确负责。保证了公司日常工作的顺利开展。

存在的问题：

一、行政管理中存在着管理办法少、管理简单的现象。

二、内勤人员的综合素质还有待提高，尤其是媒介岗位工作人员由于业务不熟、工作缺乏认真细致性，工作中时有失误，并造成了必须的影响。

三、大家的工作态度、团队配合意识及学习热情还有待提高。

上半年，机关事务管理局坚持以邓小平理论和重要思想为指导，认真贯彻落实党的xx大、xx届三中全会和市委工作会议精神，以学习实践科学发展为统领，紧紧围绕城乡统筹，灾后重建，试验区建设等工作，坚定信心，迎难而上，超常工作，全面开展各项党建工作，大力加强机关党的思想、组织、作风、制度、反腐倡廉建设和行政效能建设，充分发挥党组织的战斗堡垒和党员的先锋模范作风，为推动我市科学重建、科学发展带给强有力的思想和组织保证。现将半年工作总结如下：

一、认真开展学习实践科学发展观活动，大力加强党员干部思想理论教

根据市委学习实践活动领导小组关于深入学习实践科学发展观活动的要求和部署，我局用心响应深入学习实践科学发展观活动，成立了学习实践领导小组，制定了《机关事务管理局学习实践科学发展观实施方案》，及时召开了动员大会，安排部署相关工作，广范宣传和动员，具体做法为四抓：一是抓好理论学习。全体党员干部认真学习了科学发展观相关资料，记好学习笔记，并撰写学习心得体会;二是抓好调查研究。我局班子成员带头深入基层，深入群众，深入灾后重建镇、村，透过召开座谈会，发放征求意见表，走访老同志，老党员，服务对象等方式，认真开展调研，构成调研报告6篇;三是抓好工作落实。围绕市委、市政府中心工作和我局工作实际，制定了年度工作计划，明确规定了工作任务和职责要求，坚持用科学发展观指导实践，开展工作，结合活动开展认真做好联系镇村工作，调剂出部分办公桌椅送到桂花镇利济村，以支持该村的村级活动室建设;四是抓好分析检查。按照市委的安排部署，我局透过广范征求意见，开展谈心交心活动，自我检查，召开*生活会和组织生活会，进一步找准了局领导班子及其成员在推进发展，促进和谐、为民务实，清正廉洁等方面存在的问题

二、加强机关党组织建设，大力推进机关党的先进性建设个性签名爱情

(一)继续深化领导班子“四好”活动。以学习实践科学发展观为主题，进一步加强中心组学习，上半年中心组学习8次，并邀请市直机关工委领导参加，为我局中心组学习作要求提推荐;利用班子季评，*生活会，和中心组学习时机，扎实开展领导班子“四好”活动，紧紧围绕灾后重建、城乡统筹、扩大内需、试验区建设等工作，不断提高领导班子科学执政、*执政、依法行政的潜质和水平。

(二)讲实干、建功业，持续和发扬先进性。坚持全面深入推进城乡一体化、认真牵头做好全市基层政权设施恢复重建工作，作为贯彻落实科学发展观体的实践，总结运用抗震救灾经验，发扬抗震救灾精神，大力开展“推动发展强、服务群众强、凝聚人心强、促进和谐强”党组织建立活动，进一步深化“创先争优”工作，认真开展廉政文化进机关活动，同时，把灾后重建和试验区建设作为广大党员进行党性锻炼的熔炉，坚决同不良风气作斗争，坚决坚持实事求是的原则，坚决抵制一切违规行为，当好市委市政府的参谋和助手，经受住党和政府的考验，进一步增强了党性，充分彰显了机关事务管理局党组织和党员干部的先进性。

三、狠抓党风廉政建设，发奋构成为民、务实、清廉的作风

我局党组高度重视党风廉政建设工作，年初召开了专题会议，研究部署年度党风廉政建设和反*工作，提出年度工作要点，结合工作实际制定党风廉政建设和反*工作计划。并把党风廉政建设和反*工作职责分解到人，做到有部署、有检查、有整改。构成一把手负总责，其他班子成员各司其责，一级抓一级，层层抓落实的工作局面。

在日常工作中，局党组负责人严格落实上级有关党风廉政建设工作部署，带头垂范，坚决贯彻党风廉政建设职责制，认真履行第一职责人的职责，恪尽职守，敢抓敢干，从我做起，从小事做起，从思想上牢固筑起一道反腐倡廉的“堤坝”，提高反腐拒变的意识和潜质;切实贯彻落实*集中制原则，为切实贯彻*集中制，进一步健全和完善党内监督制度，加强对重点领域的管理监督，即对重大决策、重要干部任免奖惩、重大项目安排和大额度资金使用(简称“三重一大”)的管理监督，凡属“三重一大”事项，除遇重大突发事件和紧急状况外，由领导班子以局党组会议形式群众讨论决定，从不以传阅会签或个别征求意见等方式代替群众决策，做到了规范化、制度化、程序化，以保证决策过程的科学*和结果的公正合理;严肃财经纪律，在财务收支管理，财务领报手续上，严格实行局长、分管纪检监察的副局长和纪检监察科科长“三支笔”的会签制度;坚持请审计部门对我局的财务状况进行监督、检查;严明纪律，“5。12”地震后，根据市委市政府的安排部署，我局负责牵头全市市直机政权设施恢复重建工作，现已完成市级机关政权设施恢复重建项目规划选址等前期工作，严格按照法律法规做好中央专项资金的监管工作，结合灾后政权设施恢复重

建工作要求，严格执行项目审批权限，强化审批管理和事前监督，坚决制止违规使用中央补助资金，违规新建项目。认真开展了廉政文化进机关活动，大力开展党性党风党纪教育。

四、推进机关行政效能建设，改善机关作风

为全面提升后勤保障服务水平，我局结合本单位工作特点，经局党组研究成立了行政效能建设领导小组，明确职责分工，并按照年初制定的实施意见，认真抓好机关行政效能建设的各项工作。一是建立健全各项规章制度，透过反复修定，完善了机关事务管理局岗位职责，做到靠用制度管人、管事。二是加强政务公开力度，透过加强管理局网站建设，并透过政府信息公开网将我局的职位职责、办事流程、工作动态等进行及时公开。三是强化首问职责制，我局设立了首问职责室和首问职责岗，进一步贯彻落实首问职责制，主动理解大家的监督，进一步提高了工作效率。四是开展机关行政效能建设讨论会，深入查找存在的问题，并结合工作实际制定了整改措施。

五、切实搞好扶贫帮困，促进新农村建设

(一)认真开展“支部手拉手、党员心连心”活动

上半年，我局党支部与桂花镇三圣村党支部结成“支部手拉手、党员心连心”帮扶对子，支部班子及全体党员先后多次深入到桂花镇三圣村实地考察调研，经过长期的友好往来，两支部之间及党员之间建立了深厚情谊，做到了互助互励、资源共享、功能互补、共同提高的目的;全局12名党员干部分别与桂花镇三圣村12名贫困老党员建立“一对一”帮扶对子，为加强联系，我们制作了帮扶联系卡，将卡发到被帮扶贫困老党员手中，并在春节、“七。一”等节假日期间，到这些贫困党员家中走访慰问，给他们送去慰问金和米、面、油等物资;为了帮忙桂花镇三圣村搞好灾后重建工作，局党支部还落实一名机关干部到村上挂职任村支部副书记，作为帮扶工作的联络员，要求每月不少于两次深入到户了解困难群众家庭状况;局长、党组书记唐奎同志与退伍老志愿军人龙少庆结成帮扶对子后，多次到他家中“拉家常”了解状况，做深入细致的思想工作，帮忙他树立战胜困难的信心和勇气;“七。一”期间，机关事务管理局党支部与桂花镇三圣村党支部在桂花镇三圣村召开了庆“七。一”联谊会，两个支部共有70余名党员参加座谈会，会上两个支部“手拉手、心连心”畅所欲言，相互交流。

(二)联系实际，扎实做好结对帮扶工作

为切实把帮扶工作落到实处，认真开展了局机关结对帮扶工作和局班子成员包村住村工作，我局多次深入到结对帮扶村小渔洞镇大楠村调研，深入了解该村灾后重建工作，并制定了具体帮扶计划;继续做好白鹿镇白鹿村后续帮扶工作，监督好省机关事务管理局全体职工捐助部分资金使用状况，确保捐助资金发挥应有的效益;局班子成员分别多次到自已联系村了解调查村级状况，汇同村支两委共商发展大计，为该村经济社会发展出谋划策。

半年来，我局党建工作取得了必须成效，得到了相关部门的充分肯定，但还存在有不足，下半年，机关事务管理局党支部将继续深入学习实践科学发展观，认真做好第三阶段的整改落实工作，继续解放思想，转变作风，创新方法，突出重点，围绕中心，服务大局，发奋推进机关党建工作再上新台阶。一是继续加强学习教育，强化基层党组织的政治意识、服务意识和党员的党性意识;二是继续深化“创优争先”活动，进一步加强机关作风、效能、廉政建设;三是继续深化结对帮扶工作，开展机关党支部与村党支部结对帮扶活动，充分发挥机关党支部的战斗堡垒作用;四是继续做好党员发展、党费收缴工作。五是继续做好以党建促重建工作，结合灾后重建创新党建工作资料，大力推进党务公开，不断增强党组织的凝聚力和创造力。

篇六：部队士兵半年工作总结

时间如流水。转眼间半年的工作已经结束。半年来在连队党支部和班的正确领导下。通过全班的努力。认真完成了上级交给的各项任务。回想这半年的工作我班取得了很大的进步。但也存在一些问题。为了更好的在以后的工作中能够奋发进取。为连队建设贡献一份力量。我将从一下几个方面。对本班半年工作进行总结：

一、政治思想：积极参加政治理论学习。我班思想比较稳定。能够认真学习政治教育。课后注重复习并写心得体会。把课堂上的知识消化掉。我始终没有降低严格要求。深入学习实践科学发展观的活动。使我明白作为基层班长。受党的培养在政治立场上必须坚定。始终严格要求自己。在思想上与连队党支部保持一致。

二、军事训练：专业理论知识学习中我班能够从基础知识学起。对需要掌握的知识能够加班加点的背记。在队列及体能训练中能够按照要求做好。能够严格要求自己。

三、作风纪律：作风纪律是一支部队战斗力强弱的直接表现。我班认真学习条令条例和各项规章制度。在组织的条令条例中我班能够充分利用时间来学习好并利用到平时生活中。注意个人养成从点点滴滴做起。集合战队迅速。歌声口号响亮。对自己的小节和不良习惯都有很好的纠正。出门看队列，进门看内务;.内务卫生也是体现一个合格军人素质的重要方面。在打扫卫生方面全班也能积极参加。内务卫生严格要求自己。更严格要求全班、符合连队要求。

四、完成任务：我班在完成任务上。能够发扬特别能吃苦。特别能战斗的精神。特别能忍受的精神。公差勤务和上级交给的各项任务能够高标准的完成。

五、安全保密：安全保密工作也是我们的工作重点。虽然不是中心工作。但它影响中心工作。我时刻都把安全放到第一位。做到不因为本班的疏忽影响领导的精力。保密就是保生命。

存在的问题：

一、政治理论学习不够深。只能学习一些常见的知识。各种笔记记的不是很全面。

二、军事训练不能够始终保持良好。特别是老兵、专业知识不够深。队列训练不强。体能训练还有待加强。

三、完成任务方面有时候标准不高。

四、作风纪律方面有所放松。不能一如既往的保持。在细节方面重视程度不够。

篇七：商场业务部半年工作总结

今年上半年对我来说是不寻常的的半年，注定是记忆深刻的半年。这半年中，我见证了X公司从一个店面到在三个店面的的高速发展，伴随着公司的发展壮大，我自身也得到了很大提高。现就20xx年上半年个人的工作总结如下：

一、主要工作情况

1、从超市理货员到网管的岗位调整

公司拥有先进的erp管理系统，保证公司的高效运营，这就对网络的顺畅提出了更高的要求。在接手该工作后，我对公司所有计算机设备特别是机房服务器和交换机设备进行了逐个检查，掌握所有设备的信息，并和泰安电信公司建立密切联系，以便在网络出现紧急状况时能快速专业的解决。

在这半年中，公司网络始终保持顺畅，为公司各项工作高效开展提供了保障。此外，公司的网站维护工作也有条不紊。开业至今，泰安店网站共接到顾客投诉4起，招商信息11条，全部在转交到相关同事处，并跟踪结果，回复;共发布行业新闻193条，店面动态81条，促销信息31条，每周集团对各门店的网站维护工作进行考核，泰安店无一次不合格。

2、XX店改造前的清场工作

公司下达撤场通知后，我每天在商场内巡场多次，了解撤场进度，做好记录，向领导汇报。但是部分商户拒不配合商场撤场，在沟通无果后，公司决定对该部分摊位进行强制拆除。强制拆除工作可谓艰难，拆除工作主要是在夜里进行，每天从晚上到第二天早上，摊位内的样品及杂物一件一件打包，一件一件装车，拉到仓库后又一件一件卸下，更有些大件的家具考验着我们的体力。

就这样，我们连续奋战，不分昼夜，将强制拆除工作完成，保证了商场重装的顺利进行。这段时间每天夜里，何总、郭经理等领导全部奋战在第一线，亲自动手搬卸货物，我们累并感动充实着。

3、XX店改造后的招商工作和筹备开业工作

很多老商户对居然之家的经营模式比较认可，并对居然得前景充满信心，所以泰安店一楼招商工作可选品牌比较充足。但是在位置、面积等方面各品牌争执不下，瓷砖区尤为严重，导致瓷砖区商户进场装修较晚;另外，洁具区的位置面积安排可谓一波三折，经过多次调整才最终敲定。这就对工期造成了很大影响，催促商户赶在5月5日前装修完毕，就成了最重要的工作内容。

每天忙碌着给商户办理装修手续，为商户摊位测量尺寸，催促装修进度，动员商户夜里加班施工并现场落实到深夜。每天都是一副灰头土脸的样子，每天下班都累得倒床上就睡着。开业前一天的晚上，还忙碌到后半夜3点多。好在经过努力，一楼绝大部分商户都在9月5日前装修完毕，达到开业状态。至2月5日，一楼62个摊位，空租一个，未装修完毕5个，开业率超过90%。看到商场从当初的一片狼藉到开业时的富丽堂皇，我感到前期的辛苦很值得。

4、XX店开业后的的市场管理和费用收缴工作

2月5日商场正式开业，各项工作逐步正规，楼层日常管理工作有序展开。一楼共有61个营业摊位，其中瓷砖15家，洁具22家，地板20家，散热器4家。共有营业员112名。对营业员的日常管理主要包括仪容仪表、店容店貌、迎宾送宾、价签管理、日常纪律等。从开业至今，我共接到顾客投诉6起，其中洁具5起，地板1起。全部及时处理完毕，消费者和商户均对处理结果表示认同。截止5月26日，一楼商户共实现销售净额9636274元，平米效益1213元。截止该日，一楼各项费用应收4969910元，实收4387162元。未收金额中牵涉到补偿商户的费用32万元。

二、工作中的不足之处

1、与部分商户欠缺沟通，缺乏了解。

2、处理客诉经验不足。不能够快速准确的把握顾客的心理。在组织顾客与商户协调时，没能掌握主动。

三、下半年工作计划

1、努力学习业务知识，提高业务技能，更加熟练掌握erp系统知识。

2、加强对营业员的管理和培训。严格执行营业员手册的各项要求，提高营业员的销售能力。
