一年来，能不断更新教育思想。参加“十一五”教学副校长培训5次，参加上级各种会议、培训15次，学习并上传教育教学理论知识笔记约2万余字。我知道，只有不断充实自己，更新教育思想，才能迈向教育的更高层次。

一年来，有良好的事业心和责任心。学校的教学质量、学生的思想动态、教师的业务常规和专业成长、校园的平安等时刻令我牵挂。就每次检测开展分析研讨，就班风校风及时采取相应措施，就校本培训抓好自身学习并编辑上传资料，就校园偶发事件认真耐心加以处理。我知道，学校就是我的家，教师和学生的幸福指数就是我的幸福指数。

一年来，重视学校德育工作。围绕市德育工作思路，结合学校实际制定德育工作计划。加强德育队伍建设，共召开班主任会议11次，进行德育工作培训、经验交流3次。对全校师生进行爱国主义、集体主义、革命理想教育。汶川地震发生以后，编辑了《站在人性的制高点——黄湾初中师生学习材料》；奥运会前后，组织了“激情迎奥运”专题报告、“奥运精神在心中”主题班会、“弘扬奥运精神，争创和谐校园”文艺汇演；组织开展暑期“万名学生下社区进村落”活动。重视家校联系，组织召开学生家长会6次。在课堂教学中始终贯彻“文以载道”的原则，重视学生的品质培养。

一年来，重视学校教学工作。认真做好学生学习情况和考试质量分析，加强备课、作业批改等教学常规检查，努力提高课堂教学的有效性，学校整体教学质量呈上升态势。抓好学生竞赛辅导，利用暑期及放学后休息时间，对学生进行阅读和作文辅导。

一年来，重视学校教科研工作。在课题研究方面，就《黄湾初中理解型特色学校创建的行动研究》收集材料，撰写结题报告，就《建设农村学习型教师团队的实践研究》制订详细实施方案，并加以落实。在校本培训方面，组织青年教师建立网络博客，学习理解型教育策略、课堂教学技能训练、教师的语言素养等。

一年来，重视学校安全工作。做好期初、期中、期末校舍及设施的常规检查和及时整改，加强结核病、麻疹、红眼病、水痘、感冒等卫生知识教育，根据时令对交通安全、防火安全、防止传染病、防溺水、防雷击、防冻等经常加以教育，开展法制教育和心理辅导教育，加强课间和早晚巡视，确保200*年校园安全无事故。

一年来，我也看到了自己的不足。第一，解决问题力度不够。当问题出现时，有时候过多考虑问题的形成原因和相关的人际，解决问题时审慎有余而力度不足，使问题得不到及时校正而延伸出更大的恶果。第二，组织领导能力有待于进一步加强。特别在部门负责人感到为难或需要多部门进行协作时，应该充分体现出领导者的智慧和魄力。第三，今年在高级职称评审中再次不通过，证明在学科教学中更应精益求精。我想，当我推动全校的教学质量有了质的飞跃以后，职称也就不成为问题了。

看看200*年的工作，任务重，压力大，但我有信心、有决心做得更好。

我在过去一年做的很不错，自我感觉，实现了我自己的目标，我很有信心在未来的一年中作的更好。

生活就是这样，制定好了目标去实现比浑浑噩噩的过日子好太多了，起码有一个目标去实现，去完成。我希望在未来的一年我就做的更好。
