为答谢广大业主对____的厚爱与支持，为回报__各界朋友对我公司的大力帮助，公司决定以晚会和抽奖活动来回报社会，已于____年__月__日在__体育馆开展20__“____、感恩__”圣诞晚会，这次活动以激情现代舞、流行歌曲、小品表演、默契双簧、夹乒乓球等为载体，集智慧诙谐于一体，好玩好乐。

本次活动在_董事长和_总的领导下，在张总的指导下，在工程部、办公室、礼仪部等公司其他部门的帮助下，本次活动取得了比较理想的效果.现将活动具体内容向领导和公司同仁汇报如下：

20__“____、感恩__”活动从前期策划、中期具体执行再到25日的圆满结束期间历时1个月又10天，期间虽有小波折，但最终还算顺利.现把这次活动做个分解，以期有则改之，无则加勉.

一、场地租赁

通过对__县城的了解，以及活动要求互动性要强，前期经过初步考察，有三处场地：__中学礼堂、__体育馆、__影剧院符合要求。由于__中学礼堂兼做学生食堂，晚会举办时间不在学校的休息日内，所以不得不放弃;__影剧院的舞台前有一较深的地沟，同时由观众席到舞台的通道比较窄，仅能通过1人，并且防护措施不足，根据去年活动经验，晚会现场的小孩比较多，为安全起见，也不得不放弃;__体育馆位于县政府西侧150米处，虽然位置较偏僻，较其他两处场地却是比较理想的活动场所。

二、物料准备

本着“物尽其用”的原则，我部根据晚会的实际需求，并充分考虑三线城市的宣传实况，制定出物料清单，如：暖手宝(8-10元/个)，原本计划通过联系厂家直接在其表面印刷公司标志及宣传语来加强宣传，由于时间等因素，最终没能采购。

三、奖项设置

本次活动奖项原来准备结合“____俱乐部”金、银卡会员开奖活动一起进行的，后因在工商部门备案时未于通过，临时改成购房客户与嘉宾一起参与抽奖。故而在奖项上的设计未能够达到良好的效果。整个活动中奖项绝大部分都是有购房户所得，也是我们感到欣慰之事。

四、现场布置

外围：为活动营造出气氛，同时也为下一步销售做好铺垫，我部在临街布置拱门，在建设路到体育馆的路上一共布置了8条挂幅、4幅pop等，并在体育馆门前树上挂起彩灯，起到了较好的宣传效果和气氛营造。

内场：进门第一眼就能看到1、2楼的巨幅宣传，同时在座位周围悬挂4条横幅，分别对应了小高层、一期顶层多层、内街商铺、二期模型等。五彩气球、大舞台背景、彩带等充分营造了圣诞喜庆效果。

五、现场控制

进场问题：比较乱，原因有

1、由于公司的活动分为二个组织程序，一是会场组织，二是__宾馆酒会招待，所以使得部分工作人员没能及时到位，导致不能及时导流参会人员。

2、对__业主的积极参与估计不足，时间安排与人员对不上。

3、兄弟单位的人员对进场程序了解不够，特别是在进场时的组织上显得管理上的沟通性不强。

活动进程问题：

由于演出时间顺延两天，所以节目调整比较大，及时与主持人沟通，并提供相应的道具，成为演出时的重点，以致没能注意安排人员来调动整场气氛。

互动节目效果一般，原因是没考虑到现场人员参与的便利性，以及答案的专业名词比较多比较拗口。

另由于某些原因，与主持人沟通时间较短，以至主持人出现几次口误。

奖项颁发问题：

本次活动是为娱乐性较强的圣诞节而组织的，所以在活动的抽奖和颁奖上也是采用了随意性强的自由活动为主。没有按照原来的设定的程序来进行，例如邀请嘉宾来抽奖和颁奖。虽然在整个程序上感到很混乱，但总体上仍然得到了很多的客户的赞赏。使得整个抽奖的透明度和公正性得到保障。

六、评估

本次活动宣传、执行与销售整体协调、内容框架一致，识别性较强。对客户心理把握较准确，目的明确，内容清晰。特别是诠释中发的品牌价值，简洁、到位。现场整体布置看似繁杂、其实简洁。包装重点突出。但现场指示系统和功能分区标示不明，引导人员不足。

本次活动给了我们很多的经验与教训，也是对我们公司的组织能力上的一个很大的考衡。

一是，由于策划部门在这样的大型活动组织上很多同仁都没有经历过，所以在活动中一旦发生问题就显得无从及时调整的过程。

二是，由于__剧院演艺人员到达时间较晚，双方的活动前的沟通时间几乎没有，也是我们在组织能力上的不足。

三是，活动是执行力不够，没有活动的应变的能力。策划部门过于在文字的行文上的讲究，一旦在操作上存在调整的话就显得无从适的。

20__年将要来临，在新的一年中随着二期项目的推广，将是对我部的活动执行力一个重大的考验。通过此次活动我们不但要总结失败的地方同时也要发扬成就之处，力争在新的一年中在推广二期项目时做的更好。

由于欠缺经验，还有不足之处恳请公司领导和同仁不吝指教。

My name is Beibei. Im 11 years old and Im just in fifth grade.

My stature is not short, a round face with a short nose, a dark thick hair under a pair of bright big eyes, a pair of big mouth especially can say, as long as it is said, that is, three days and three nights are not tired. My advantage is that I like reading extracurricular books, such as composition books, counseling books, and so on. I often get mad at them. My disadvantage is poor sports performance, because I am fat, do not like sports, but my academic performance is beyond doubt, the exam has never been under 90 points.

This is me, living me! I am 100% happy! No "preservatives" in me!

光阴荏苒，又到了一年收获的季节，高三学生面临高考还有10天的时间，面对同学们跃跃欲试的饱满精神，我们的心情是复杂的，一方面你们离开辛勤培养你们的母校，就像远离的游子离开母亲，我们舍不得你们。另一方面，你们像羽翼丰满的雏鹰，终归要奔向蓝天，完成自己的梦想。回想一千多个日日夜夜，你们在学校的培育下一点点成长，一点点完善，完成了由量变到质变的过程，完成了由蛹化蝶的美丽过程，有多少同学入学时毫无目标，抱着混毕业证、混高中生活的想法进来，三年后的现在他们却变得目标明确，志向高远，这就是我们学校教育的成就。

面临高考之际，我想提几点要求：

一、调整好心态

面临高考切勿急躁，好的心态，能成就好的结果，有一个故事：两个秀才进京赶考，住店后，晚上都做了个梦，一个梦到在墙上种白菜，一个梦到下雨天穿着雨衣还打着伞。第二天，两秀才谈论梦，别人说你俩都中不了，墙上种白菜—白搭，打雨伞穿雨衣—多此一举，两秀才垂头丧气，收拾行李准备回家，这时掌柜听说过来告诉他们“你们能考中，墙上种白菜—高中，打雨伞穿雨衣—双保险”，两秀才大喜，结果，都考出了很好的成绩。所以，我们调整一个积极的心态，相信自己定能成功，你一定会考出一个好成绩。

二、加强自我管理，调整好生物钟

面临高考，有的同学有放松的想法，无论是在纪律还是生活规律方面，想改变原来的轨迹，岂不知这犯了大忌，科学研究表明，一个人适应某种生活规律，若打破它，将会造成10—15天的不适应，表现为烦躁、疲倦，对任何事情都不能集中精力，这种情况对高考是非常不利的。学校针对这种情况将采取以下措施：1、加强午休、晚休纪律约束，同学们一定要遵守规章制度。2、要求晚休10：00熄灯，将同学们的休息时间提前，以保证同学们有充足的睡眠。

以往的事实证明，遵守纪律，加强管理是提高成绩的保障，高三的艺术生尤为明显，自校考结束学校采取多项措施严格管理，特别是对手机的管理上力度大、措施严厉，消除了学生受外界因素的干扰，多数同学成绩提高非常显著，模拟考试一次比一次好，同学们，这是我校严格管理取得的成绩。

三、合理膳食，注重细节

高考是每位同学试剑的时刻，也是每位家长翘首以待的事情，以往高考期间部分同学不注重细节，返校时在外面小摊上买饭捎回学校，买来大量冷饮，结果考前出现闹肚子等各种不适现象，以致影响考场发挥，所以考前要合理膳食争取每天一蛋一奶一水果，不要大量服用补品，要预防感冒。

高一、高二的同学们要为高三同学服好务，为他们提供一个良好的环境，并在高考、中考期间积极完成老师布置的任务，为期末考试做好准备，争取取得优异成绩。
