地道英文圣诞祝福汇集20篇

(四)1月10日-3月5日，做好纪念20xx年3.15活动新闻发布会和纪念大会的准备工作。

第二阶段：宣传发动(2月28日至3月10日)

(一)3月8日召开“纪念3.15国际消费者权益日”新闻发布会。

1.曝光XX年侵害消费者十大典型案例。

2.公布XX年度消费者投诉热点分析结果。

3.点评XX年十大维权事件。

4.宣传展示省消协新改版网站的新功能。

(二)围绕“消费与责任”年主题，与媒体及有关部门配合，宣传维权工作。

1.在全省开展主题宣传活动。在省内各主要媒体专访解读“消费与责任”年主题。

2.拟在省内各主要媒体发布8期科学健康的消费知识、消费提示。

第三阶段：“3.15”纪念活动(3月10日至3月15日)

1.支持鞍山市消协及有关部门举办名优产品博览会。

2.拟于3月13日召开省消协三届理事会换届大会，组成新一届理事会。同时举办纪念“3.15”国际消费者权益日纪念大会。

3、召开银行业“消费与责任”行业服务情况通报座谈会。

4.3月15日，与沈阳市工商局、消协联合组织大规模的《消法》宣传现场咨询服务活动，省、市工商、消协及“3.15”讲师团、律师团、志愿者参加。

5.指导或参与相关市消协举办的“3.15”大型纪念活动。

6.与省家具协会等部门联合开展拒绝使用一次性筷子、拒绝使用非降解熟料包装带、消费者放弃纸巾，重新拾起白手帕等宣传活动。

7.以“两站”为依托，开展普及《消法》等法律法规进社区、进村屯活动。

8.开展关注农村消费安全，维护农民合法权益活动。

9.3月15日，全省消费者权益保护部门与消费者协会一起组织“3.15”当天的现场纪念活动，并现场为消费者提供咨询、服务。

10.举办投诉和解直通车启动仪式。

11、与辽宁电视台合作启动建立全省消费者权益保护基金。

××，1983年1月24日上午11时15分出生于山东省无棣县小泊头镇卫生院。从小与土地亲近，与自然感情之久毋庸置疑。读书生涯以母亲的《中药学》和父亲的《储粮害虫》发端，与生物学结缘也始于此。

接受了正统的十二年中国基础教育，十二年寒窗乏善可陈。初中两次参加中学生物奥林匹克竞赛，分别取得省区一等奖和特等奖。高中三年，平心而论只拼了半年，用减肥八千克换了一张总分623的高考成绩单。怀着对生物学的一腔热情，力排众议报考了山东大学生命科学学院，并被录取。

进入大学，发现理想中之自由开放的象牙塔仍遥不可及，但对我来说已经是“如鳅得泥”。虽然与中学相比，课程的负担不止增加了倍余，但我更喜欢这种忙碌。基础课的教学，应该不能算得上理想，我想这是国内多数大学的通病。不过，课程本身的吸引力，远远大于我对教学方式的不满。虽然没有在拿到全部的优秀，但也算是顺利通过。英语轻松拿下四级六级，也似小马过河，不是一件异常恐怖的事情。

在顺利完成学习任务之余，课外阅读成了我的最大爱好，三年间省下了别人喝咖啡的钱全部买了书。2019年北京，2019年上海，每次都把钱包里的钱换成了更加充实的书包里的书。至今，床头的三层书架全部塞满了各种生物学读物，被同学戏称为山大图书馆生物学分馆。为了及时了解科技界特别是生物学界的动态，各种杂志成了我最大的涉猎品，《SCIENCE》《NATURE》千金难求，《SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN》的中文版三年来一期不缺。

在学校，最大的乐土莫过于实验室，即使基础实验成了理工科学生最为诟病的孱头。虽然无法完全掌控实验，但我力争求变，看到自己的思想被证实或被否定，实在是一件乐事。儿时与土地的亲近和十几年“住院”(live in THE hospital)生活让我对实验操作本身颇有体会。特别是动物实验，被同学叫去在扎满耳孔的兔子耳朵上寻找“立针之地”的往往是我。三年来，十几门实验课，门门都是优秀，每每成为实验同伴偷懒的理由，这也是大学时光里的一个美好的回忆。

闲暇之余，背上帐篷和睡袋，深入济南南部的山山水水中，虽然没有云南风光旖旎，还是能寻找到一份城市中失落已久的难得清静。带上地质锤和放大镜，张夏、山旺，都是好去处。和奥陶纪、寒武纪、第四纪的生灵们打个招呼。虽然还上升不到分子的水平，也算是对进化的小小研究了。

说到进化，2019年的春天，非典疑云笼罩京城之际，我和几个朋友受邀到中央电视台科教频道与南京大学、天津大学的朋友一起参加关于恐龙灭绝的话题的讨论。我们提出的复原恐龙生殖生态模型的观点得到了著名古生物学家董枝明和甄朔南的一致肯定。从北京赶回济南后五天，非典隔离开始。同样因为非典，中央台的节目录制陷入停顿，我们的节目“有幸”被重播四次之多，希望我们的观点能够得到更多人的认可。

不过，比之讨论恐龙灭绝，我更喜欢探讨生命的诞生。在这里，进化不仅仅是一个生物学课题，更是一个哲学命题。我对进化生物学及进化基因组学的认识将在下面的一篇小文中展开，在此就不加赘述了。

最后，三年大学生活行将结束，未来的研究生生活即将展开。对我来说，中科院系统始终是我的唯一选择，我需要的是一个纯粹的研究氛围。昆明动物所正是这样一个地方。不管是我目前主攻的动物发育方向，还是我的兴趣所在--进化生物学方向，昆明所都有国内顶尖的教授和实验条件。如果能有幸成为昆明所的

7.1 合同产品的第一台样机，由甲、乙双方组成的联合考核小组，按附件七规定的时间和内容进行考核。如果符合附件一规定的技术要求，即可验收，并由双方代表签署合同产品考核验收合格证书一式4份，双方各执两份。

7.2 如果合同产品的技术性能达不到规定的技术标准，双方应友好协商，共同研究，分析原因，采取措施，消除缺陷，进行第二次性能考核。考核合格后，双方签署考核合格证书。

7.3 如果第一次考核不合格是乙方责任，乙方应自费再次派遣技术人员进特第二次考核。

7.4 经过第二次考核仍不能合格验收，若责任在于乙方，刚乙方须赔偿甲方遭受的直接损失。并采取措施艄除缺陷，进行第三次考核。

7.5 经过第三次考核仍不合格，如系乙方责任，则甲方有权终止合同，并接第九条的规定处理。若系甲方责任，则由双方协商合同进一步执行的问题。

第八条 技术改进

8.1 乙方提供的技术资料，如有不适合甲方生产条件的（如设计标准、原材料、外购配件及共他生产设备等一，乙方有责任帮助甲方修改技术资料，闪加以确认。在不影响合同产品性能情况下，应采用中国产的原材料、配套元器件和设备。

8.2 在合同有效期内，双方对合同产品的任何改进和创新，都免费将改进或创新的技术资料提供给对方。

8.3 改进或创新的技术所有权属于改进或创新一方，另一方不得对其申请专利或将其转让给第三者。

第九条 保证和索赔

9.1 乙方保证所提供的技术资料是乙方经过实际使用的最新技术资料，并保证向甲方及时提供任何改进和发明的技术资料。

9.2 乙方保证所提供的技术资料是完整的、正确的、清晰的，并保证按时交付。

9.3 如果乙方提供的技术资料不符合第六条规定，乙方必须在收到甲方书面通知后30天内免费将所缺的技术资料，或清晰、正确的资料寄给甲方。

9.4 如乙方的技术资料不能按本合同附件二规定的时间交付，乙方则须按下列比例支付罚款给甲方：

（1）迟交1至4周，罚款为合同总价的_________％；

（2）迟交5至8周，罚款为合同总价的_________％；

（3）迟交超过8周，罚款为合同总价的_________％；

9.5 乙方按本条规定被罚款时，并不解除其继续交付技术资料的义务。

9.6 如果动方迟交技术资料6个月以上，甲方有权终止合同。乙方须将甲方已给交付的全部金额，并加年利_________％的利息，一并退还甲方。

9.7 由于乙方责任，验收不合格，造成甲方有能正常投产而终止合同时，乙方应退还甲方已经支付给乙方的全部金额，并加年利_________％的利息。
