I’ll soon graduate from Guangzhou University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. As a student, my major is International Economics and Trade, I like it a lot, and I’ve got a pretty good academic performance. 2、票券的销售数量减少，员工推销意识有待提高，前提是不断收集餐厅熟客资料并将相关推广内容准确、有效地传达给到顾客。

二、活动不足方面

1、服务不够细致有待提高，人员不足;

2、支援人员对西餐操作不熟悉，质量有待提高，建议圣诞节前做专场培训，达标上岗;

3、本部厅面服务人员处于缺编状态，此次仍有参与唱诗班安排，为保证服务质量，建议人事部在明年圣诞节不作西餐人员安排;

4、现场员工纪律有待加强，因酒店WIFI的便捷及当日节目表演使许多员工未按要求遵守相关纪律;

5、未按既定的菜单出品，鱼翅汤改成了意大利菜汤，热菜方面亮点不够，有出品圣诞火鸡，但无圣诞火腿，客人反馈价格偏高。

三、服务不足方面

支援人员能够按照既定的自助餐服务要求给客人提供服务，但服务意识仍有待提高，体现在以下几个方面：

1、餐台上客人使用过的碗碟、餐具未及时收撤;

2、未及时给客人添加酒水及茶水;

3、纪律方面不足，员工将注意力转向节目表演上而未注意客人的感受;

4、因为迎宾的人数安排不足导致大量客人自行寻找座位，服务人员未及时引领;

the seller shall， 30 days before the shipment date specified in the contract， advise the buyer by _______ of the contract no.， commodity， quantity， amount， packages， gross weight， measurement， and the date of shipment in order that the buyer can charter a vessel/book shipping space. in the event of the seller‘s failure to effect loading when the vessel arrives duly at the loading port， all expenses including dead freight and/or demurrage charges thus incurred shall be for the seller’s account.

16. 装运通知(shipping advice)：

17. 质量保证(quality guarantee)：

18. 检验(inspection)(以下两项任选一项)：

(1)卖方须在装运前__日委托______检验机构对本合同之货物进行检验并出具检验证书，货到目的港后，由买方委托________检验机构进 行检验。

the manufacturers shall， before delivery， make a precise and comprehensive inspection of the goods with regard to its quality， specifications， performance and quantity/weight， and issue inspection certificates certifying the technical data and conclusion of the inspection. after arrival of the goods at the port of destination， the buyer shall apply to china commodity inspection bureau (hereinafter referred to as ccib) for a further inspection as to the specifications and quantity/weight of the goods. if damages of the goods are found， or the specifications and/or quantity are not in conformity with the stipulations in this contract， except when the responsibilities lies with insurance company or shipping company， the buyer shall， within _____ days after arrival of the goods at the port of destination， claim against the seller， or reject the goods according to the inspection certificate issued by ccib. in case of damage of the goods incurred due to the design or manufacture defects and/or in case the quality and performance are not in conformity with the contract， the buyer shall， during the guarantee period， request ccib to make a survey.

19. 索赔(claim)：

买方凭其委托的检验机构出具的检验证明书向卖方提出索赔(包括换货)，由此引起的全部费用应由卖方负担。若卖方收到上述索赔后______天未予答复，则认为卖方已接受买方索赔。

20. 迟交货与罚款(late delivery and penalty)：

除合同第21条不可抗力原因外，如卖方不能按合同规定的时间交货，买方应同意在卖方支付罚款的条件下延期交货。罚款可由议付银行在议付货款时扣除，罚款率按每__天收__%，不足__天时以__天计算。但罚款不得超过迟交 货物总价的____ %.如卖方延期交货超过合同规定__天时，买方有权撤销合同，此时，卖方仍应不迟延地按上述规定向买方支付罚款。

买方有权对因此遭受的其它损失向卖方提出索赔。

21. 不可抗力(force majeure)：

凡在制造或装船运输过程中，因不可抗力致使卖方不能或推迟交货时，卖方不负责任。在发生上述情况时，卖方应立即通知买方，并在__天内，给买方特快专递一份由当地民间商会签发的事故证明书。在此情况下，卖方仍有责任采取一切必要措施加快交货。如事故延续__天以上，买方有权撤销合同。

the seller shall not be responsible for the delay of shipment or non-delivery of the goods due to force majeure， which might occur during the process of manufacturing or in the course of loading or transit. the seller shall advise the buyer immediately of the occurrence mentioned above and within_____ days thereafter the seller shall send a notice by courier to the buyer for their acceptance of a certificate of the accident issued by the local chamber of commerce under whose jurisdiction the accident occurs as evidence thereof. under such circumstances the seller， however， are still under the obligation to take all necessary measures to hasten the delivery of the goods. in case the accident lasts for more than _____ days the buyer shall have the right to cancel the contract.

22. 争议的解决 (arbitration)：

凡因本合同引起的或与本合同有关的任何争议应协商解决。若协商不成，应提交中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会深圳分会，按照申请时该会当时施行的仲裁规则进行仲裁。仲裁裁决是终局的，对双方均有约束力。

二.教育教学方面：

四.组长工作。

1.        同意免除自20__年1月1日起至20__年12月31日的授权使用费81,666美金；减免之后，Camsing应付的款项为163,334美金（计算方式：245,000 -81,666=163,334）。同意，按本协议约定支付减免后的授权使用费163,334美金后，不再向主张任何费用，包括但不限于授权使用费、违约金等。

4.       应严格按照分期付款计划执行，如有一期逾期支付则视为违约，届时剩余应付款项的支付期限立即到期，并且原先减免的20__年度81,666美金的授权使用费不再减免，将一同并入应付款项由立即一次性全额支付，同时，还应按未付款项总金额每日万分之五的标准向支付逾期付款违约金。

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of China. 一、主题目标完成情况：

一年当中总是会有一些特别的日子，时令节庆是幼儿教育中很好且少不了的题材。"节日"不仅是我们生活经验之一，也是文化习俗的表现。"圣诞老公公"可以说是幼儿幻想世界的人物，圣诞老公公让孩子可以得到"许愿"的快乐，不管愿望有没有实现，永远让人存在有希望和幻想，而且暗喻着生命的哲理。每年"圣诞节"总会唤起孩子们对圣诞老公公的好奇和期待。我们透过"快乐圣诞节"主题，为孩子们提供一次充满"爱、希望和想象"的学习之旅。在这一主题中，孩子们将自始至终地洋溢着探究的愉悦情绪与体验。

孩子们通过“快乐圣诞节”主题，了解圣诞节的由来，感受圣诞节欢乐的气氛。了解圣诞节的吉祥物，学习分类方法，增进创造思考能力。并尝试制作圣诞树、铃铛等，体验节日的喜悦。能积极参与圣诞的环境布置，初步有空间审美能力。通过开展对主题的探究和实践活动，培养幼儿一定的观察力、想象力。

激发幼儿喜欢参与团体游戏，并学会与人相互合作的精神。

其中，根据大班幼儿的特点，预设了亲子制作活动“制作圣诞卡”，通过孩子们和家长共同去收集材料，去超市商场寻找制作的灵感，感受了圣诞卡的形状、色彩的美，从而能创造性的制作圣诞卡。并通过制作活动感受亲子制作的乐趣，通过用看、讲、送圣诞卡活动与周围人们进行感情交流。

三、环境创设情况：

我们创设了五个主题环境：“心愿树”“成长的足迹”，“快乐圣诞卡”“圣诞袜子大集合”“美丽的圣诞树”，主题环境通过家长参与布置，利用孩子的作品展示，让班级的环境氛围充满了圣诞的节日气息。

四、游戏活动情况：

根据圣诞节的特点我们设计了相关的游戏活动：

区域一：美工（1）用画一画、剪一剪、贴一贴的方式制作圣诞树

区域二：手工（1）做驯鹿拉的圣诞老人。

区域三：折纸（1）幼儿通过看流程图，尝试折圣诞帽。

区域四：绘画（1）画画心目中的圣诞节。

区域五：科常（1）通过各个方面进行圣诞节与春节的对比，进一步学习、感知。

区域六：排图讲故事（1）通过理解、阅读故事中的文字，将图片贴在相应的位置上。

五、日常活动情况：

1、幼儿在参加晨间劳动活动中：擦椅子、照料自然角等，培养了他们爱劳动的情感。

2、在课间游戏中，我班幼儿尝试与小班幼儿共同玩，能与弟弟妹妹相互谦让。

圣诞节活动总结二

一是节目内容丰富精彩，编排得当，引人注目；本次活动，从发起到演出共不到一个星期的时间，在如此短的时间内，能有如此好的预期效果已经是很不错了。二是大家分工明确，团结一致，积极努力，力求将活动做到；从场地的布置、器材的准备、物品的发放等一系列工作都做到了精心准备。为了不让活动出现一点点闪失，各个环节都考虑的非常周全。三是在未安排的情况下，能够对现场的突发事件作相应处理，整个表演比较流畅，节目精彩异常；这次节目表演，我们以班级为单位进行节目的报名。然后再到舞台上进行表演、展示，同时对在市场的小朋友没有进行节目的报名和参加，我们会在活动的现场临时加上由孩子自愿上台进行才艺展示，活动反应非常的活跃。

在这次活动中，我班孩子表现棒极了！孩子们通过自己的努力兑换了自己喜爱的玩具及奖品，好开心。通过这次的活动，让孩子们充分展示了自己，体验到努力就会成功；通过活动，让师生们共同感受到了朗训大家庭的温暖。我在对我的班级进行感恩回放时，我真心的有感而发，在与我的孩子这一年的相处中，我真的感觉到非常的难能可贵，孩子的点点滴滴都铭记于心，与孩子的相处是快乐的，他可以让自己忘却很多的烦恼，让自己成为一个孩子，天真而又无邪。孩子总是可以给自己到来无尽的惊喜，每一个孩子都是那么的优秀，他们的节目每个都那么的完美，在做这一年的总结的时候，我发现家长朋友们要比我的付出多很多，孩子今天的成功离开父母的辛勤劳动，在以后的生活中要孩子多感恩父母，做个好孩子，做个乖孩子。

岁末年初的圣诞节活动，对蔚蓝群岛这样一个崭新的社区来讲，带来了久违的愿望与情愫。邻里间打破了“似曾相识”的无言局面，在这样一个自娱自乐的舞台环境中，终于找到了自己祈盼已久的“近邻”；物业经过这一年多的锻炼，和业主间建立了深厚的感情，一面面的锦旗中提及的不再是“管家”，更多的是“亲人”的称谓。

本届活动得到了分公司领导的高度重视，段总曾经两度亲临现场指挥督促工作。对于我们地产开发商来讲，业主在房产销售环节的带动举足轻重。本次活动开展后，很多业主朋友非常踊跃的索要活动的照片和光盘，目的是提供给没有参加活动的亲友，或者是网友等关注社区的群体。

他们脸上洋溢的那份自豪与喜悦，让我们深深感受到了业主对群岛项目的热爱。这份动力也鼓舞着我们，在以后的日子里开展活动将更加有信心。

本次活动的开展发起源于业主，活动的筹备、策划等环节都是业主为主，所有的节目都是本社区内业主自编自演，是一台纯粹的业主联欢会。活动当天到访的业主约有150余人，参演的演员约有50余人，除了维护秩序和现场拍摄人员外，均为业主的义工。

活动的整体方案如下：

活动时间：XX年12月26日（周六）

活动地点：群岛会所挑空大厅

参加活动人员：群岛业主、组委会（由业主、地产、物业人员组成）

活动宣传渠道：网络、短信平台、社区宣传栏、电 话通知

活动形式：包括主持人在内，所有节目均由业主出演。

具体时间及工作安排如下：

“零下六度的日子里，群岛群我们温馨的家。”主持人的台词中，让现场所有气氛，凝结在一个家的主题中。“和谐，关爱，成长”的条幅显得格外的亲切，坐在左右两边那一张张陌生又熟悉的面孔，打开了收不住的话匣子。在广大业主的热情参与下，我们的节目单到筛选阶段时，共有30余节目报名，经过组委会的反复研究，最终确定的节目名单中共有25个节目入选，其中有个别节目采用了“二合一”或是“多合一”组合。

最终确定本次活动的节目及演员名单如下：

接下来就让我们一同回顾一下当日热闹的现场气氛吧：

群岛幼儿园小朋友带来的《踏浪》是整台晚会最先开始的节目，孩子们自信天真的表演，直接给零度以下的现场带来了一股热流。参演的小朋友最小的不到3岁，的也不过6岁，他们的开场演出使得整个现场的气氛瞬间爆棚。

整台晚会孩子们的表演是有特色的，除了幼儿园的孩子外，社区内的小业主也带来了《跆拳道》、《手风琴》、《讲故事》和《小提琴》表演，节目内容丰富多样，小演员表演的绘声绘色，给整台晚会增添了活跃的气氛。群岛幼儿园的小朋友更是技高一筹，《直笛演奏》和英语通话剧《三只蝴蝶》均是从零开始的节目，排练时间很短暂，但是表演的效果很出彩。

与此同时，本台晚会还发现了社区内极具潜质的歌手，歌曲串烧环节将《死了都要爱》、《最真的梦》、《醉酒的探戈》和《相信自己》进行了连放，另外独唱《爸爸妈妈》、《放手去爱》和《你把我灌醉》的专业水平相对比较高，无论是演员的形象和自身条件，都将节目本身的含金量大幅度的提升。

另外晚会中的舞蹈类节目包括了群岛幼儿园的《拉丁舞》和业主的拉丁舞团队表演，现代歌伴舞《日不落》和民族舞蹈《云之南》都是极具欣赏力节目，有的业主还参加过《青岛国际啤酒节》的演出，这些节目充满了活力，色彩鲜明，给零下六度的日子里添入了无限的暖意。

在以往的活动中，很难见到老人的参与，所以，本台晚会重点放在了老年队伍。他们一丝不苟的准备，从排练到登台只有短短6天的时间。《大海啊故乡》、《刘巧儿》、《滚滚长江东逝水》、《我们走在大路上》、《夕阳红》等一首首耳熟能详的老歌，把我们带回到那激情燃烧的岁月。有的老年业主在晚会结束后还说：终于找到了当年的身影！

那份激动和喜悦是我们年轻人无法体会的。在饱经岁月沧桑之后，留给他们的不仅仅是脸上的皱纹，更多的是来自群岛大家庭的关心和问候。很多老年朋友表示，以后社区的活动他们要与年轻人一争高下。有了他们的支持，相信我们的社区会越来越和谐，越来越充满活力！

下面就让我们领略一下我们社区老年队伍的风采吧！

同时，本台晚会还得到的社区内的商家支持。群岛利群超市为我们的互动节目提供了丰厚的礼物。为了庆祝群岛入住一周年，一家神秘的蛋糕店无偿提供了两块特色蛋糕，以表示对群岛业主的祝福。

下面的场景就是“圣诞老人”在《相亲相爱》的歌声响起后，推着两块蛋糕入场，并由在场的业主分切的场景。

为了能使晚会的气氛更加浓烈，在节目空挡时间，还安排了互动节目进行气氛调节。

舞台上是演员们光鲜的身影，舞台后是我们义工和主持人忙碌的身影。他们在幕后默默地工作着，不能半点闪失，应该说他们是真正的幕后英雄，是我们整台晚会中最可爱的人。

为了确保本次活动顺利举行，分公司提供的费用预算支出如下：

1、活动现场的设备建议采用较专业的设备，以免影响晚会的效果；

2、明确活动的主责人，并明确各环节的时间安排；

3、活动开展的时间应该考虑活动参与人员的时间，避免在晚餐时间开展；

4、节目内容要提前审查，避免因节目内容不熟悉产生的失误。

本台晚会是蔚蓝群岛社区入住以来，第一台业主自发自演的“双旦”晚会，晚会得到了社区业主的大力支持，整台晚会围绕着“和谐-关爱-成长，与您共建群岛人文大社区”的主题，充分体现了社区岛主们支持群岛、热爱群岛、共建群岛的美好憧憬。

在大家的期盼中，圣诞节悄悄而至。怀揣着一颗期盼已久的心，怀揣着一颗激动兴奋的心，班委决定开展一个以“平安圣诞，喜迎元旦”的主题晚会。期末考试即将来临，同学们的神经都为考试复习紧绷着。希望通过举办晚会的形式来寄托节日的祝福，并希望借此机会来放松一下同学们紧绷的神经。

1.19：00晚会开始，由班主任钱老师致开幕词，并宣布活动正式开始。

2.从晚会开始到结束，同学们的兴致都很高.特别是在主持人和带动下，晚会的气氛高涨！在两位主持人的主持下，晚会的环节仅仅有条。晚会的节目更是精彩。在“爱情问答”节目中，同学间少了羞涩，多了大胆，踊跃的表达着自己的爱情观。伴随着“喂苹果”节目的到来，晚会的气氛更是高涨，晚会的气氛达到了巅峰！

3.21：30伴随着最后的“许愿”环节，同学们在心里默默的许上最真诚的愿望。晚会在一首好听的圣诞歌中完满而成功的结束。

七.活动中的不足

1.有极个别同学表现散漫，一直忙着应酬手机上繁忙的“业务”，完全不把自己融入到这个快乐的集体中。

2.活动的纪律性不是很好，晚会过程中时常有人在晚会会场进进出出。

3.晚会准备的资源没有得到的利用，像准备的喷彩，大部分被台下的同学嬉闹是给“玩”了，并没有派上事先准备的用场。

4.晚会的食物准备不足，导致同学们晚会开始没一会就没得吃的。

八.活动意义

举办此晚会一是寄托了班委对同学们的节日美好祝福，增进班委与同学们之间的感情，促进班级朝健康向上、团结有爱的方向发展；二是在一定程度上缓解同学们因期末考试的不安紧张情绪，帮助同学调试心情，帮助同学们健康向上。

圣诞节活动总结五

这次圣诞节活动圆满结束了，总体感觉还是很不错的。首先是孩子的表演很好，孩子们都很尽力的表演好自己的节目，其次是家长们的积极配合使得整体氛围特别好，最后就是孙明月老师的舞蹈把整场活动的气氛带到点，使得家长们欣赏节目的兴致意犹未尽，赞叹不止。然后就是篝火晚会，伴随着圣诞节的音乐，小朋友和家长们围着篝火拍手、转圈，气氛也很不错，随后就是拔河比赛，由于家长的积极配合又把游戏的气氛带到另一个点，活动各个环节连接较为连顺。最后在老师们的共同努力下使得整场活动圆满结束。

不足之处：

1、人员安排不明确，比如物品准备的详细事宜，具体到谁准备什么物品?确实准备好了没有?

2、班级安排的节目有点紧，有时候一个班级一个节目结束后，就要准备下一个节目。有些孩子表演休息时间不够。

3、篝火活动时，围成小圈时，部分家长和孩子在外圈看不到。

4、夹气球游戏，气球准备不够，与家长距离较远，听不见游戏规则。

总体来说，整个活动气氛一直挺好，老师之间配合不错，家长也很配合，希望下次活动会更好。

圣诞节活动总结六

12月23号是智多星的圣诞狂欢夜!家长朋友带着自己的宝宝在这个冰天雪地的冬夜从四面八方赶来，智多星吹起了快乐集结号!霎时间，这个快乐的地点围满了喜欢快乐的人们!圣诞狂欢夜开始了!

和是本次晚会的美女小主持，能和两位天使同台演出，我深感荣幸!呵呵!年龄差距?不是问题!我们都有疼爱着自己的爸爸妈妈，更何况我还没有男朋友，所以我们都是没长大的孩子。

一开场，可爱的礼花羞于彰显自己的热情，就在我们的祝福声中，五彩的礼花终于耐不住寂寞!故，不鸣则已，一鸣惊人!那响声，将大家隐藏在心底无形的欢快激发的淋漓尽致，掌声，欢呼声响成一片!

陆续的，幼儿园的小朋友，小学的小姐姐，可爱的爸爸妈妈粉墨登场，孩子们集体合唱表演《雪绒花》，王子鸣和徐静杉小朋友的《路边有个小娃娃》虽然只是一首简单的歌曲，却让孩子拥有了在众人面前表现自己的勇气!好棒!袁铭瑞和她的好朋友已经是小学二年级的同学了，告别幼儿园才知道，当年的自己是多么的“年少轻狂”，而且也深深的感受到了当年幼儿园里的每一天里，老师们对自己无微不至的照顾和关心。舞台上的小袁有点紧张，本来要有好多祝福和感谢的话送给曾经爱过他的老师们，可是，激动的心情让自己一时语塞，只能用《感恩的心》，用精彩的舞来表示她对老师们的祝福和感谢了!谢谢两个孩子!冯钰珂的恰恰和孔雀姑娘优美的舞姿赢得了观众的阵阵掌声。小学和幼儿园其实仅仅只差两年!但孩子在这两年中的变化和能力的提升是光的速度!所以，亲爱的爸爸妈妈们，可爱的小朋友平时要怎样玩才玩的有意义有价值，值得我们深思!

晚会的新闻联播回顾中，桂教练和自己的队员用最真实的表演震撼着每个人!就在桂老师的喊声中，六块大理石板一拳击破!观众们用自己的肉眼，亲自见证了那一历史时刻。掌声，欢呼声，接踵而至!这也给晚会掀起了一个*。看来，真功夫一定要用力量说话!顺便提醒各位：那不是铁砂掌!也不是一阳指!那是100%的霹雳拳!!故，和桂教练交朋友等于找到了护身符!谢谢桂教练!

小红帽也来了，演出中，孩子们抑制不住自己对小红帽一家的同情和对大灰狼的憎恨!跑到舞台上一遍遍的提醒小红帽：小红帽!那是大灰狼!你不能相信他!搞得小张老师哭笑不得!尤其是在大灰狼倒地的那一刻，孩子们经一起举起了拳头挥向了她，可怜的狼啊!待到晚会结束时，我们的陈老师已经是“伤痕累累”!猎人一出现，救星来了!孩子们大叫：猎人!大灰狼来了，快打死他!呵呵，可爱善良的孩子!就在话剧结束后，小红帽一家的扮演者登台亮相。原来他们都是智多星的老师。旁白：多才多艺的奥尔夫大男孩----刘鑫;大灰狼：一个已经做了妈妈的大孩子----陈慧;小红帽：智多星花园里最漂亮的玫瑰花——张翠竹;帽妈妈：智多星的快乐天使——rose;勇敢的猎人：心灵手巧的手工老师——董文杰。还有，那个一直在幕后为我们提供帮助和支援的Mastermindpolic——徐老师。谢谢他们精彩的演出和辛勤的付出!

王雪馨的生日是最让人感动的一个环节，嘘声，灯光瞬间熄灭，蛋糕上热情奔放的生日烛光，洋溢着对孩子的祝福和对大家的问候，在生日歌中来到小朋友中间。孩子们沸腾了，纷纷向蛋糕奔来……，小雪馨激动地语无伦次……他要将自己的生日蛋糕和在座的所有小朋友分享……

圣诞节，一定要和一个慈眉善目的老人一起度过才更有意义!圣诞老人和圣诞妹妹一出场，便将整个晚会推向了另一个*!圣诞老人尽情的用歌声抒发着自己的开心和对孩子的爱，圣诞妹妹将所有的礼物分给了小朋友，我们在活动室里快乐的唱着，跳着，将这里变成了欢乐的海洋……。

晚会要结束了，小雪馨将自己的生日蛋糕和小朋友一起分享!我们开心的和小朋友一起拍照，吃蛋糕，欢乐的时光就这样在祝福声中度过……

这是我第三次参加智多星圣诞节的晚会，并和同事们参与组织了整个晚会的策划、宣传、编辑和排演。虽然大家都洋溢着欢快的笑，但我们深深地知道，晚会上有好多疏漏的地方，例如在分礼物的时候，出场不合理，使得有的小朋友有一部份礼物没有得到，但相信在会后剧组的老师一弥补了我们的失误，将属于孩子的礼物送到了您的手中。

另外，在节目表演时候，因为时间和场地原因，无意中可能冒犯了在拍照留影的家长，相信我在您身边唱起：这里就是我地方时，宽容的您不会怪我!

还有，在节目结束时我们才发现还有一个横幅没及时悬挂在门口，这给您拍照合影造成的不便请您谅解!

我们的桂教练，辛苦您了!晚会没有结束时，演出的孩子们已经饿了，桂教练和同伴一起带孩子到外面吃了饭，并将孩子顺利的送到家长手中。谢谢您!

尊敬的各位领导：

首先，感谢领导给我这次评选优秀员工的机会，也感谢您能在百忙中看我这份自荐书。从去年八月份进入工作以来，不知不觉中我已经在xx车间工作了近一年的时间了。自从来到这里，不管是在哪个岗位上，我都努力地做好本职工作，以严谨的工作态度来对待每一件事。昆明南车对于我来说，不仅仅是一个工作企业，更是一所社会大学，跨入它的职场平台，便开始新学习生涯，在这里我学到的不仅仅是专业上的技能，更多的是我学到了很多为人处世的道理，与员工、领导的沟通与协作当中，深感自已日益成熟与进步。

在工作中让我学习到了涂装工序的不少工作流程和方式。除此之外很重要的就是让我知道了如何安排时间及沟通的能力。沟通创造价值，所以沟通也是很重要的，少点摩擦，多点宽容，这样同事、部门之间的工作才能协调配合的更好。每天工作结束后我都会在便条纸上写下第二天待完成的工作，这样做的好处：第二天工作的时候就不会遗漏某些工序需要处理的事情，而且每做完一件事在做上记号，这样也利于我们工作总结。在工作当中我们一定要要全心投入工作中去，以健康快乐的心态来工作，有效率的工作，为自己所做的每一件事负责。

同样，公司给我们每一位员工展现自我的平台，每一个人都有自己的价值观，我能干什么，我会干什么，我干的怎么样。我们都应该拥有勇于挑战自我，创新自我的人生价值观。只要你是千里马有一天会遇到伯乐的。更重要的一点是我们要与团队共成长，成功20%是靠自己，80%是靠别人。没有完美的个人，只有完美的团队，团队的辉煌依靠我们第一个人的努力。我们的成功离不开团队的力量。无论是之前还是以后未来我将会更加努力、更加勤奋的工作、更高的目标、更高的起点要求自己。
