一教研组基本情况

xx中学英语教师一线工作者有36名，骨干教师名，xx市骨干教师名;研究生名;以骨干教师为引领，xx市骨干教师为纽带，青年教师为成长点，形成了活力四射的英语教研组，在金云老师十一年的辛苦带领下成长了一批中坚骨干力量教师，营造了团结互助氛围极浓的教学研究氛围，我们将发扬秉承这种精神，继续前行发展，并将与xx中学的发展切合点，共同发展，共同进步。

二工作任务明细表

201x年教研组活动集中为四次，每个月一次，每次有个一个专题研究和工作任务下达。

四初一备课组工作任务

1.集体备课，认真完成预习卷子使用。

2.青年教师培养结对

3.规范年轻教师的课堂教学行为，并出细则。

4.初一上每个班级至少学会一到两首英文歌曲，以便丰富学生对英语兴趣，形成初一公开课一道风景线。

六主题式听评课课堂教学改革

1核心的内容是：

(1)主题明朗。通过捕捉听课的细节，归纳出一个最主要的，能起提纲挈领作用的中心词句作为主题，评课的内容紧紧围绕这个主题。

(2)评论深刻。理论和实际相结合，引用的理论先进而科学，听课时捕捉最突出的一个主题下的课堂细节，评课有成效、有指导意义、有启发空间。

2.主题式听评课有两种操作方式：

1)所有教师研究同一主题

具体操作步骤如下：(1)以教研组为单位，确定研究主题，如导入、过渡与小结的艺术，教学情景的创设，重点、难点的把握，课堂提问的艺术，课堂评价艺术，教学方法与媒体的利用，课堂纪律控制与偶发事件的处理，教师行走路线与肢体语言等。(2)教师围绕主题进行听评课。评课时先互相交流各自的听课笔记，找出差异，然后再围绕主题与差异展开讨论，进行“病理”诊断与分析。(3)对照其他教师的成功做法，分析哪些做法在本学科中可用、怎样用，哪些做法不能用。(4)据前面的分析，开出“处方”。这种形式适合于年轻教师以及研究氛围尚未形成的学校。

2)不同教师研究不同的主题

具体操作步骤如下：(10听课教师自行分组(小组成员人数不限，可以是一个，也可以是多个，主要依据教师的兴趣和意愿确定)，分别确定研究主题。(2)每个教师围绕各自的研究主题进行听课。(3)小组内围绕研究主题展开讨论，进行“病理”诊断与分析，找出与本组主题相关的其他教师的成功做法进行对照，在此基础上开出初步的“处方”。(4)小组之间围绕各研究主题展开讨论、分析，并开出相对完整的“处方”。(5)各组就研究的结果进行交流和分享。这种形式对听课教师的要求比较高，适合于有一定教学经验的教师。

主题式听评课通过缩小研究目标来提升研究深度，对听课教师的要求比较高，因此，教师在听课之前一定要深入研究主题内容，带着问题听课。听课要关注细节，不断思考，找出每个细节背后的教育意义，提出新的、有价值的问题。只有这样，研究才能深入。

3.主题式评课的操作要点：

1)丰富先进的理论修养

一个词叫厚积薄发，要想评课观点深刻、具有说服力和指导意义，平时的理论修养十分重要。为此要坚持不懈阅读教育教学期刊和教育网站，保持自己的理论内涵丰厚而富有时代感，能够提炼出简约而精当的主题词，起到画龙点睛的作用。

2)重过程，听、评课过程都是主题评课的主体

(1)做足听课笔记的功课。听课时注意力高度集中，关注细节，不断思考，在课堂将近尾声的时候能提炼出最有价值的信息，为主题词乃至评课稿标题的拟定做准备，设计找出每个与主题有关的细节背后的教育意义，以便提出新的、有价值和针对性的问题。(2)评课分点阐述的主体部分理论和实践要完美结合。

3)要让观点从多方面立体地阐述具体生动、具有指导意义，评课就必须分点详实展开：①主题性，分点阐述部分的每个分点都要切合主题，也就是统一性原则;②典型性，分点要典型，能代表某一方面或者角度的思想或问题;③情境性，实践是检验真理的标准，主体部分的阐述不是理论的，而主要是实际的，这个实际就是课堂教学真实存在的情境。

此时，我看着墙上的钟，有些感慨，这秒针必须马不停蹄地走，一秒都不能耽误;分针跑上一圈，时针才挪了一个小格。虽然，都奔着同一个目标，但因为位置不同，运行速度也有所不同，更重要的是，彼此起到的作用也不同，秒针，分针，时针的配合默契才能敲响准点的钟声。xx中学发展到了一定的阶段，需要调整我们自身教学节奏，希望我能工作中起到了中坚作用!

教研组工作计划(五)

一、指导思想：

以学校总体工作为依据，以提高教研质量和教学质量为目标，深入研究教学中存在的问题，精心营造有利于学生健康成长的学习环境，提高学习效率，促进教学质量的提高;增强教师的学习意识、教科研意识、合作意识。本学期科学组教研工作将继续围绕我校开展的“1+6”模式课堂变革活动，以课程改革实验为主线，认真搞好教学研究、扎实有效开展教研活动，促进教师、学生共同发展。

二、工作思路

1、教学目标：培养兴趣，加强学法指导、抓落实，稳固提高教学质量。

七年级:在搞好中小学衔接的基础上,进一步培养兴趣，强化基础;

八年级:在稳固现有成绩的基础上,强化培优补差，进一步提升质量;

九年级:在总结反思的基础上,挖掘潜力,查缺补漏，着力加强学法指导和能力培养，抓好中考复习、听力考试，为实现201x年中考的新突破打好基础.

2、教研目标：组织进行校内外的教学研究活动，组织老师上研究课、示范课，同构异课等。通过研讨、评课等形式，做好课后反思,使本组教师理论与实践水平共同提高。组织全体英语教师积极参加学校的教科研活动，并积极开展各项活动，尤其是英语的课改活动。

三.具体工作：

1、本学期要重点学习《xx市初中教学常规》(201x版)。还要学习先进的教育教学理论和教学方法。另外，按教务处统一部署，组织教师学习和研究《xx市“有效学习”课改实验方案》，践行“学为中心，以学定教，教为学服务”的教学理念，力求完善“1+6”课堂教学模式，提高学生学习有效性。

2、本教研组教师要确立自己的教改课题。要把立足点放在让学生学会“独立思考”、学会“探究学习”中来。要注意学生学科素质的培养。在教改方向上，培养学生自主学习的能力。以培养优生和缩小后进生作为教改的突破口，用鼓励去激发学生的学习热情，用赞赏点燃学生智慧的火花，鼓励各位教师根据所教学生的特点和教学实际，确立自己的教改课题。

3、加强集体备课。集体备课发挥群体优势，提高备课质量以落实教学常规，提高课堂教学效率。

4、抓好教研组建设。教研组要在落实常规方面发挥重要作用，要做好常规落实的检查、督促工作;要定期组织教学研究活动，围绕相应的研究专题，组织相应的公开课、研究课、示范课，通过研讨、观摩、评议等形式，使本教研组全体英语教师共同提高，人人受益。

5.加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率。

由初三英语教师牵头，组织全组成员认真学习《课标》和《中考说明》，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究，在基础知识到位的同时，抓好听、说、读、写综合能力的培养，特别要重视学生阅读能力的训练，结合学生的现有实际情况，对暂时落后的学生转化同步辅导，坚信教师的努力会使学生更健康成长。
