一、课前准备要充分

充分的课前准备是上好课的前提。因此，做好课前准备在教师的日常教学工作中占有很重要的地位。所以本人坚持每堂课上课之前分析教材、确定教学目标、设计教学过程、撰写教案等，在传授新内容时还有必要准备一些教具，方便教学，并且可以吸引注意力，引发学生的学习兴趣。只有自己熟悉了课本，对课堂教学的目标就更为清晰、流程更加了然于心，对课堂教学中必需的教具、学具的运用更加恰当，才能上课不慌不忙、有逻辑顺序的带领学生思考。课前的准备，不仅仅是老师的任务，更是学生的义务，如预习教材、准备练习本、学具等。并且认真做好课前准备，使学生明确学习新课程前，自己应该做什么，怎么做；坚持不懈地做好课前准备，学生就会形成学习“定势”，由被动的进行课前准备转变为主动进行，这也形成一种良好的自主学习习惯。

老师的生命就体现在上课的40分钟里，要在这短短的时间里，使师生的合作学习得到有价值的引领，很多人还在摸索探究的过程中，我也当然。我在大学里修的都是英语教育，第一次代小学数学，对我而言，是个极具挑战的活。虽然整个英语思维和数学思维大不相同，但是我还是抱着尝试的态度迎面上了。刚开始的一个月，是我最难熬的日子，我用着我自以为的上课模式上着课，用我最常用的口头表达习惯来向学生解释书上的数学名词，用我愉悦的心情来带动学生学习，然而这带来的第一单元的数学考试竟然有17个学生成绩不及格，有两个同学考试得5分，这无疑带给我一次沉重的打击。看着成绩单，我无比伤心，暗自落泪，是我自己学习得不够，使用了一些不恰当的方法，我在误人子弟，我想放弃了。幸好，身边的老师和父母都鼓励我，然而我心里的那股倔强也让我重新站上了讲台。此后，我每每上新课之前，都会认真吃透教本，上网查阅各种资料、视频来进行学习，也经常向其他老师取经。

就在4月13日这个时候学校也组织了一年一次的“教研节”， 以“传承教研文化，打造精品学科”为主题，旨在以教研节为平台，进一步抓好常规课研究，规范教师教学行为，打造教学品牌，强化教师素质，促进教师专业成长。经过此次比赛，观看优秀教师的讲课，我对教学也有了更深一层的理解，找到了一些课堂教学的基本思路，并把一些情景妙用、课堂过渡、讲解重难点的方法给记录下来，便于以后学习。

我的名字叫______。我出生在_______。我家有_______口人，我的爸爸是一个________，我的妈妈是_______。那么就如大家所知，我当然就是一个学生了。每一个人都有他自我的兴趣。至于我，我喜欢看书，打篮球，听音乐等等。这天我们相聚在同一个教室，我期望我们将会相处愉悦。多谢大家。

新的学期又开始了，我们得把寒假玩耍娱乐的心给收回来。毕竟最后一个学期了，要抓点紧。为此，我给自己制定了一个计划!

一，学习方面

这是最后一个学期了，这一个学期结束以后，我们就该毕业了，一毕业，就该升学考了，都还不知道要考哪所学校呢!从大人们的口中得知，升学考很难，所以我们得加把劲!我要努力做到：

1.上课认真听讲，当天老师讲完以后，要好好复习今天的课程预习明天的课程!

2.做作业不拖拉，按时完成(这一个我好像只有一两次)。当天的作业量也不是很多，如果真的觉得多的话，那就想想那些能完成作业的人，想：既然他们都能完成老师布置的作业，那我为什么就不能完成呢?当被老师说字体不行的时候，就像一下那些字体写得好的同学，想：既然他们的字体就可以写工整，为什么我的就不能呢?如果字体真的不行的话，可以练字，我们班开展有百日写字活动，每个人都可以积极参加。每天坚持，要好好写!毕竟这是最后一个学期了，我们都长大了，不再是一二年级的小孩子，不要再让老师在我们身上在操太大的心!

二，安全方面

身心安全是最重要的，安全时时放第一，如果自己的安全都没有照顾好，那么学习再好又有怎么用呢?安全是生命的基石，安全是欢乐的阶梯啊!

好了，先按照这样做吧!我会尽量督促自己的!新学期新气象，最后一个学期，让我们一起冲刺吧!

i have a best friend, xiao hai. she is very interesting and lovely too. she often tells funny stories and always make me laugh. we often play together. i like action movies. i think they are exciting and interesting.

i often go to the movies with my friends on weekends. i can aslo play the violin and have won many prizes in the competitions. i take violin lessons twice a week. it is a little hard for me but i am very happy , because i have a dream. i want to be a great violinist one day.

And I will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in June. In the past four years, I spent most of my time on study.
