中学德育示范校评估自查自评报告

尊敬的各位领导：

德育是素质教育的灵魂，德育工作是学校的永恒主题。我校始终把德育工作放在学校工作的首位，始终把德育工作当成了事关学生健康成长，学校持续发展的系统工程来抓。近年来，学校的德育工作坚持从学校实际出发，以学生学习生活为起点，将德育贯穿了教育教学各个环节，坚持“以人为本、德育为先、创新思路、质量强校”的德育管理，确保了学校德育工作的特色化、实效化，取得了优异的成绩。根据《渭南市德育示范校评估标准》进行自查，累计得分90分，现将我校德育工作汇报如下：

一、德育组织机构

1、指导思想。我校坚持用科学发展观统领学校工作全局，全面贯彻党的教育方针，育人为本，德育为先，以“立德树人”为核心，遵循思想品德形成规律和学生成长成才规律，把社会主义核心价值体系融入到中学德育教育中，培养全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人，深入推进素质教育的实施。我校制定了德育工作计划、德育实施方案等，以强化德育工作的进行。

2、机构建设。我校成立了以校长为组长、德育骨干教师、班主任为成员的德育工作领导小组，分工明确，责任到位，并且经常召开德育例会并且做了记录；另外我们还建立了家长会委员，和家长进行沟通，更好的推进德育工作。

3、制订德育工作计划，明确任务和目标。

学校每学期的工作计划中，对德育工作作了明确的规划，并提出了具体的目标。政教处根据学校的规划每学期制定出具体的德育工作计划，做到目标明确，落实任务职责，运行有效措施，为学校德育工作抓实抓好提供了保证。

4、全员投入德育，形成德育工作网络。

学校始终坚持人人都是德育工作者的观念，形成以学校德育工作领导小组为核心，党组织、教导处、团组织齐抓共管的德育管理网络。以年级管理人员和班主任为德育工作骨干，全体教职工共同开展德育教育，各学科教师在教学中结合教材特点，挖掘教材中思想内容，积极渗透德育因素。我校充分利用政治学习时间，组织全体教职工认真学习中共中央、国务院《关于进一步加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设的若干意见》和市、县德育工作会议精神等，提高全体教职工理论水平。

二、制度建设。我校制定了完善的制度和机制：师德考核制度、师德量化考核实施细则、学校安全管理制度、校园突发事件预警和干预机制、德育导师工作手册、德育工作优秀导师表彰奖励制度、文明之星评选制度、优秀生激励制度、家长会制度、家访制度等。通过这许多的措施，我校的德育工作开展得更好。

三、贯彻要求，狠抓队伍建设

⑴做好德育队伍建设

班主任是德育工作实施的重要力量，班主任的政治素质和业务水平直接影响德育工作的开展。因此我校十分重视班主任队伍的建设，每月召开班主任工作例会，学习班主任工作理论和有关法律法规、选派优秀的班主任老师参级加上的培训班。另外我校还要求撰写班主任工作案例和育人小故事，回顾和思考自己班主任工作中的成功和教训，并在每月的班主任工作例会上学习优秀的案例，供大家借鉴。

四、坚持育人为本，增强德育实效

学校一贯坚持育人为本、德育为首，不断加强和改进德育工作，以爱国主义教育为主旋律，以队伍建设为保证，以养成教育为抓手，以体验活动为载体，注重现代文明与传统美德相结合、学校教育与社会教育相结合、道德认识与道德实践相结合、他律与自律相结合，不断增强德育工作的针对性和实效性。

一、基本概况
