6、实行新课改，推进三项实验，实施质量攻坚 。
推行新课程改革：坚持每周一次教研组活动、每月一次校级大教研活动，教研活动月有主线，周有主题。教研组长预先确定中心发言人，设计活动内容、程序、活动重点、交流未来一周内各学科几节重点课时的课堂教学设计等，活动扎实有效。教务处对教改实验能及时设计工作进程及调整策略，抓骨干、勤指导，使实验真正成为促使工作上台阶、促使教师提高能力的直接途径，使实验成为培养教师现代教育教学理念、促使课堂教学以灵活、多样、高效、愉快方式进行、有力驾驭调控课堂教学的发展平台，使实验成为在课堂上培养学生创新精神和实践能力、全面践行素质教育的主阵地和突破口。每学期初，各组根据实际确立教科研专题，期末积累多种成果，以教学心得、教学设计、数据对比、论文、专著，以及良好的教学成绩等等来反映各人的努力和工作，确保质量一流。
为了加强现代化教学基础设施建设，推进现代化教育技术实验，学校先后投资，建设了标准的多功能教室，微机室装机 15 台，实验室24 平方米；图书室总藏书 4300 册，生均 20册，工具书 5 种。给各班装配了投影机、电脑、展示台，购置增添了现代化办公设施和教学仪器，使教学不断趋于现代化。教学手段趋于现代化，教育资源逐步优质化，为提高教育教学质量，提供了物质保证，也给学校可持续发展增添了后劲。
心理健康教育实验也是我校教育教改实验的重要课题之一。学校 年春季开始，一直坚持做好这项实验。学校面对全校学生，上好独立的心理健康教育课，在各科教学中渗透心理健康教育，并设立心理咨询信箱，对学生进行心理咨询，定期举行心理健康教育主题班会，将心理健康教育寓于各项活动之中，多途径、多渠道、全面深入开展心理健康教育，促进了每个学生最大限度的发展自己，不断走向成熟。
7、认真抓好体育教学。现在学校操场问题因为客观原因没有得到很好的解决，我们只能利用好现有的条件开展好体育活动。严格按国家有关规定要求开足体育课时，上好体育课。每学期至少开展一次全校性的校园文体比赛，通过丰富多彩的文体活动活跃学生的课余文化生活，提高学习兴趣，增强学生体质。
8、做到两个落实，完善制度落实措施 。一是校本教研活动落实。为了使教科研工作扎实有效，学校制定了《课题管理制度》，每周一次教研例会，会前有备会卡，会后有记录卡，使教研活动落到实处。二是个人措施落实。要求每个课题组成员加强理论学习，做好“三个一”工程，即：备好一节优秀素质教育教学设计，上好一节素质教育示范课（公开课），撰写一篇高质量的素质教育论文，每学期进行一次展评。
综上所述，我校自查得分298分。
三、 教育教学（300分）
全面贯彻党的教育方针，全面实施素质教育，全面提高教育质量，是我校的办学指导思想。我校在面向全体学生的同时，关注学生个性的张扬。
1、以丰富多彩的校园活动为载体，培养创新意识。 每年通过书法、绘画比赛，引导学生中继承并发扬中华优秀文化瑰宝，发展了学生特长，丰富了学生课余文化生活，营造了校园文化氛围；学校每年利用寒暑假开展“五个一”活动，要求每个学生读一本好书，写一篇好文章，为特困家庭或学生做一件好事，为美化市容干一件实事，收集一箱废品（旧电池、废纸、易拉罐等），通过开展“五个一”活动，使德育工作做到在校教师教育与假期自我教育有机衔接，同时使一大批学生远离“三厅”，免受毒害。通过丰富的校园文化生活，锻炼了学生动手实践的能力，培养了学生探索、创新的精神，同时也提高了学生明辨是非的能力，学生中无违法犯罪行为。
2、狠抓智育工作，提高学生文化知识水平。 智育是素质教育的一个重要组成部分，我们学校历年来都把智育工作放在主要的位置上，狠抓智育工作。
第一、重视基础知识教学。我们切实抓好教学这个中心环节，强调基础知识的重要性，我们通过一系列的措施来保证各学科合格率。每学期初由任科教师定好计划，确定目标，并要求教师做好辅导记录，每学期不少于20人次。
第二、加强质量监控，落实抽考制度。把质量考核的重点放在面向全体学生上，特别关注学差生转化，设立“进步生奖”，促其转化提高。
第三，利用教研网络，组织各项学习竞赛。我们学校利用教研网络，督促各学科教研组开展各项学习竞赛活动。
3、重视体育卫生工作，促进学生身心健康 。 学校认真贯彻执行《学校体育工作条例》、《学校卫生工作条例》。学校积极组织开展活动，体育达标率始终在98％以上。学校卫生工作做到领导重视，组织落实。每年一次的体检工作，做好以保护视力、预防近视为重点的学生常见病、多发病的预防工作。有计划开展急性、慢性传染病的防治和控制，切实履行对学生健康监测的职责，使学生增长了卫生知识，养成了卫生习惯，净化了校园环境。

二、教师队伍建设
1、思想政治工作
