一、 估价工程范围、评估工作量及完成期限：

5、乙方未能在双方约定的时间内交付评估报告的，每延迟一天按评估标的总价款的0.2%向甲方支付违约金。

6、乙方有义务为拆迁人和被拆迁人就估价报告的有关问题提供咨询服务。

7、乙方对甲方委托评估所提供的文件资料应妥善保管，并尽保密义务，未经甲方同意不得擅自公开或泄露给他人。如有类似情况，甲方保留理赔权利，本条款所规定的保密义务将在本合同终止后持续有效。

8、双方约定的其他条款：乙方帮助甲方了解被拆迁人搬迁意向。

三、 合同价款及支付方式：

1、本项目评估费为：评估标的总价款的       % 。

2、具体支付方式如下：

（1）本合同签订的5个工作日，甲方应向乙方支付（人民币）              ×万元作为启动资金。

（2）在乙方出具全部分户房屋评估报告后，甲方向乙方支付评估标的总价款的50%。

（4）拆迁工作全部结束后10日内，在确认拆迁工作中确无乙方之责任后，甲方将剩余评估费尾款一次结清。在收取履约保证金的情况下，同时退还履约保证金。

四、 违约责任：

乙方无故中途单方中断合同，应双倍返还甲方已支付的定金，并没收履约保证金；甲方无故中途单方中断委托估价请求，乙方工作已经过半，甲方应支付乙方全部预计评估费用，乙方工作尚未过半，甲方应支付乙方预计评估费的50%。

五、 甲方对评估报告结果有异议的，应在本评估报告送达之日起5日内向我公司书面申请复核或另行委托评估机构重新评估。若拆迁当事人向我公司申请复核的，我公司将在书面申请之日起五日内给予答复。甲方对复核结果有异议或者另行委托评估的结果与我公司评估结果有差异，且协商达不成一致意见的，自受到复核结果或者另行委托评估机构出具的评估报告之日起五日内，可向房屋拆迁评估专家委员会申请鉴定。

六、 对评估报告初始估价结果做出调整的，乙方负责重新具调整后的评估报告并注明调整原因。

七、 如乙方违背独立、客观、公正原则，出具虚假评估报告造成本工程工期延误及给甲方造成经济损失的，乙方应承担由此产生的赔偿责任。

八、 本合同自甲乙双方签订之日起生效，其中任何一方未经同意不得随意更改。如有未尽事宜，经双方协商，另订补充合同，补充合同与本合同具有同等法律效力。

作为金驰公司一名新员工，不能说工作能有什么突出业绩，虽然此前在机械行业摸爬许久、历经较长年限并积淀了一些工作经验，已有经验只能使我比较快的适应新工作环境，在新环境下仍有许多需要深入学习、适应并改变的地方，要有所收获仍然要踏下心来虚心向前辈们学习请教。

既然身在技术部，那么我就立足本部门，结合本公司的实际情况谈谈工作感受。

一、 成长与发展——现实中所有公司最根本内在需求。

为什么这么说呢。就像人的自身成长规律一样，公司的成长与发展也有其内在的规律。我也一直在试图弄清公司的发展规律，只是到现在还不得其所以然。

但是有一点是肯定的，任何公司只要想存在下去就得努力向前进步，在现今市场竞争日趋激烈、信息转瞬即逝的情况下，前进犹如逆水行舟，不进则退。伟大的拿破仑曾说过，不想当元帅的士兵不是好士兵;在此我也可以说，不想进步的公司不是好公司;因为在其中员工感受不到可以预见的未来，自身职业需求无法得到必要的发展。

二、 公司的现实目标——公司赖以存在的根本原因

所谓术业有专攻。没有一个人可以将任何事都包揽下来。同样在现今各行业的市场日益细分趋势下，也没有任一公司可以包揽所有业务。必须把有限的资源投入到最有潜力、利润最好、自己最擅长、最专业的领域内。公司必须确立一个明确而又可以实现的目标，制定短期、中长期的发展规划，并朝此矢志不渝地努力前行。

资金与技术只是一个公司发展的必要而非充分条件。

要实现飞跃发展，还必须苦练内功——内部管理跟得上。管理就是企业的大脑，是最核心最复杂的系统工程，统筹企业的一切行为，使之步调协调一致，朝既有目标前进。

7、我们为什么会浪费时间?

如何减少时间浪费，以便有效地完成既定目标

所谓“时间的浪费”，是指对目标毫无贡献的时间消耗。

• 误区之一：工作缺乏计划

工作缺乏计划，将导致如下恶果：

1、目标不明确

2、没有进行工作归类的习惯

3、缺乏做事轻重缓急的顺序

4、没有时间分配的原则

解决对策：

• 写下明天必须做的最重要的各项工作，

• 先从最重要的那一项工作做起，并持续地做下去，直到完成该项工作为止。

• 重新梳理一下办事次序着手进行第二项重要的工作。

• 倘若任何一项工作花掉你整天的时间，也不用担心。只要手中的工作是最重要的，则坚

持做下去。

• 若无法完成全部重要工作，那么运用任何其它方法，也同样无法完成。

上周，被戏称为“东莞女侠”的石龙女子徒手拆掉柜员机的图文被网友疯狂转评。经媒体报道后，更是登上各大门户网站的显眼位置，成为热点话题。监控录像显示，女子反复取钱不成，对着电脑显示屏狂拍，又徒手将取款设备的塑料胶框掰下，并将电脑显示屏用力拽了下来。警方称，女子疑似患有精神病，后由东莞市精神病院关押治疗。

虽然疑似精神病病人所为，由此或可解释光天化日拆卸ATM机或是其头脑不理智的举动。但事件的主角并不是这位女子，而是那个被拆得七零八落的ATM机。舆论热切关注的重点在于，印象中本该固若金汤的ATM机，却被一名女子徒手大卸八块，这与他们的认知相去甚远。

从铺天盖地的转评来看，不少网友对女子不可思议的动手能力表示“惊呆了”，纷纷调侃其是“武当传人”、“民间高手”。在调侃背后，更让他们担心的是，供大家存取现金的ATM机为何如此容易就被拆卸?他的使用年限以及日常保养情况如何?还有网友担心，“即使拆了ATM不能获得现金，也不排除有不法之徒去效仿，如果出现大规模人为破坏，无论是对银行还是对储户，都会带来损失和不便。”也有网友提醒，徒手拆ATM机一定程度上说明了这台机器的“脆弱”，银行方面应该提高警醒，加强对设备检修和管理。

然而面对舆论的热烈反应，涉事方的回应却显得不够积极。在此事发生后，这台ATM机的主人—东莞银行方面书面回复媒体称，“因取款未果，涉事女子行为失常，进而反复拉扯、恶意破坏ATM机具，导致机具操作台模块脱落。事件并未造成ATM内现金损失。”面对舆论持续的质疑，10月23日，东莞银行办公室负责人解释称，经过现场检查，被拆的ATM机只是机身上半部分用于操作模块脱落，而内部线路完好无损且ATM里的现金并未丢失，实际情况并不是网友图片中显示的那么“恐怖”。

不过，东莞银行方面并未就这台ATM机的使用年限以及日常保养维护的相关情况给予回复。有说，“我们关心的是为什么ATM机如此脆弱，但得到的回答是，虽然被拆但是资金安全。”目前能看到关于这个问题的的答案，只有该商场一名负责人的推论—有可能是该ATM机使用时间太长，周边的塑料配件老化脱胶，从而被轻易损坏。这或多或少都暴露出银行方面在日常设备维护、安全保卫上的不足，及公众公共责任意识的欠缺。

众所周知，东莞凭借其巨额的金融存款与不良贷率，一直被誉为“广东金融绿洲”。但就是这样的金融绿洲，却出现最基本的硬件系统却如此不堪一击。为什么ATM机如此容易被拆卸，日常的维护又如何进行?脆弱的ATM机是不是普遍现象?如何保证市民的使用安全?我们期待着答案。

为积极落实教育法，全面贯彻党的教育方针，推进课程改革，提高教育教学质量，促进教师自身不断发展，充分调动教师的工作积极性，实现对教师教学的科学评价，根据《高碑店市教育局关于义务教育阶段学校对教师教学评估的指导意见》，结合我校实际，特制定本实施方案，具体内容如下：

二、教学评价的原则

教师教学评价坚持方向性、客观性原则，自我评价与他人评价相结合原则，规范与创新相结合原则，等级与定量相结合原则。

三、评价内容

评价内容分为职业道德、专业水平、专业发展、课堂教学四部分内容。

(一)职业道德(满分10分)

1、爱岗敬业(满分7分)

热爱教育事业，珍惜自身的工作岗位，关爱学生积极参与学校的各种活动，能按时按量地完成学校交给的各项任务，出满勤，按实际考核得分7%，未履行自己的职责，没有按时按量完成自己的教学任务，按每缺席一课时减0.1分计算;未出满勤，事假一天扣0.5分，病假三天扣0.5分(1天扣0.16)，旷工一天扣1分，迟到(早退)一次扣0.1分，直至扣完本项分数为止。

2、为人师表(满分3分)

仪表端庄，举止文明，具有健康心态，乐于奉献，遵纪守法，率先垂范，为人师表者实际考核得分3%，违纪一次减0.5，直至减完本项分数为止。

(二)专业水平

1、学历资格(满分3分)

小学教师学历达到大专以上学历满分，低于大专两2分。

2、教学技能(满4分)

普通话达标，并能用普通话流畅教学;板书整齐，汉字规范;能制作简单的教具和课件;能利用网络等现代信息技术获得教学资源，进行学习和研究。

3、教学能力(满分5分)

教学语言表达清晰、准确、简洁，有一定的感染力;了解学生的心理特点和知识，能力情况;具有对学习困难预测、诊断指导的能力;有对学生实验活动、实践活动、创新活动指导的能力。

4、作业指导(满分5分)

作业选取针对性强，难易得当、数量合理，课内外作业能及时批改，有批改记录、批改日期、指导性批语。

5、教学质量(满分5分)

任教学科期末，学年学生成绩考查大于或等于镇级同年级同科平均水平得满分，低于同年级同科平均水平每2分扣0.5分直至减完本项分数为止。

(三)专业发展

1、终身学习(满分5分)

有自主学习，自我提高的愿望，有写学习笔记和体会的良好习惯;能搜集整理与教学相关信息，能按要求积极参加学校组织的各种学习、进修、培训，定期完成学校、教育局规定的学习书目。

2、转变观念(满分5分)

建立新的课程观，重视教材内容的整合、开发和利用;转变传统教学观，提倡自主、合作、探究的学习方式，体现师生互动;树立新的学生观，用发展的眼光看待学生，关注学生的全面发展，尊重每一位学生，因材施教。

3、反思交流(满分5分)

对个人的教学观念、行为具有反省的意识，积极、主动与学生、家长、同事、学校领导进行交流和沟通;能通过学生课堂学习活动、作业及知识考查情况，反思自己的教育观念、教学行为，每周听课两节，联系教学实际，主动进行教学方式的改革，教学水平不断提高。

4、研究行动(满分5分)

教材研究深透，准确把握教学目标(三维);明确教材编写意图，能充分利用教材和校内、外学习资源设计教学方案，并做好充分的教学预设;对教学重点的突破方式要设计详细，尤其是学生活动方式，教学资源的展示要有充分预设，对所用例题、习题要精选。

2、教学技术(满分3分)

以技术为教学服务为宗旨，根据教学活动需要，科学、合理地利用现代教育技术手段;能继承简便、实用的传统教学手段。

3、教学方式(满分7分)

符合课堂教学民主化、学生自主学习，自主发展的要求，教学方式的选择有利于课堂教学目标的实现;努力为学生提供动手实践、自主探索、独立思考、合作交流的空间。能够引发学生兴趣，学生积极思考，大胆探究。

4、学习环境(满分6分)

教师平等对待学生、态度亲切，能用多种方式调动学生参与学习活动的兴趣;能够展示出知识本身的魅力，善于与学生共同创造学习环境，为学生提供讨论、质疑、探究、合作、交流的机会;教师能够适时提出具有较高思考价值的问题，课堂气氛活跃，师生互动和谐。

三、评价方法、步骤

教师教学评估采用等级评估、定量评定结果的方式进行，由学校组织实施，每学年一次，先由每一位教师根据评估标准进行自我等级评估(25%)。然后，教师互评(15%)、学生评估(10%)、学校评估小组评(50%)，确定教师教学评估等级。最后，转换为分数对教师做出校级评价。教师“教学评估等级权重”表存入每位教师档案，作为教师专业发展考核的重要依据。

四、结果认定

教师教学评估分为优秀、良好、一般、不合格四个等级。具体分值为：优秀90分以上;良好70—89分;一般40—69分;不合格39分以下。

优秀人数不超过本学校教师总数的20%。

加分项：

1、获得市级荣誉的教师加2分，获得镇级荣誉的教师加1分。(含教师指导学生参加镇级以上活动学生所取得的荣誉);

2、班主任教师加5分。

注：进入优秀栏的教师不突破99分，进入合格栏的教师不突破89分。

The writer of the novel is Jane Austen . Jane Austen was born at Steventon on December 16, 1775, the youngest of seven children. She received her education—scanty enough, by modern standards—at home. But quiet and uneventful though her life was, it yet supplied her with material for half a dozen novels as perfect of their kind as any in the language. The most remarkable characteristic of Jane Austen as a novelist is her recognition of the limits of her knowledge of life and her determination never to go beyond these limits in her books. She describes her own class, in the part of the country with which she was acquainted; and both the types of character and the events are such as she knew from first-hand observation and experience. But to the portrayal of these she brought an extraordinary power of delicate and subtle delineation, a gift of lively dialogue, and a peculiar detachment. （2）规范办学行为

严格执行上级制定的统一作息时间，保证学生“两操一活动”。严格控制学生的课外作业量，实行课外作业总量教务处干预制度和年组长、主管校长把关负责制，实现一、二年级不留书面家庭作业，其它年级除语文、数学外不留书面家庭作业。语文、数学书面作业每天不超过1小时的总体目标。严格遵守上级关于规范招生行为的要求，不违规招生。严格考试管理，没有公布学生的期末考试成绩，实行学生综合评价制度。没有违规订购国家和省颁布的教学用书目录规定以外的教材、教辅资料。做好了部分学科循环使用教科书工作。

（3）课堂教学

教学工作是学校的中心工作，学校始终把此项工作当作头等大事来抓，学校领导经常深入教学第一线上课、听课、评课。以素质教育为中心，以课堂教学为主渠道，完善教学常规管理体系，加大课堂教学研究力度，构建创新教育新模式，保证了教学过程的最优化。以新课程改革为重点，扎实搞好“向40分钟要质量”工程，抓好新课程方案的实施，改进教学常规要求，并具体细化到计划、上课、备课、作业、辅导、测评、听课和总结七个常规环节的规范要求之中。狠抓教学工作，各教研组认真制订学期教学研究计划，明确研究重点任务，积极开展教学研究活动，切磋教法学法，每学期每个教研组都组织教师上公开课、课改示范课、研讨课，充分发挥已有各级教学骨干的辐射作用，对新教师采取“传、帮、带”活动，向新教师提出“一年过关，二年上水平，三年出成果”的“123”奋斗目标，切实提高新教师的教学技能和理论水平以及科研能力。通过课堂展示，业务培训，结对帮教，苦练内功，促进新教师尽快成长，使一部分青年教师逐渐成为教学骨干。同时，为有经验的老师创造研究课、展示课的机会，积极开展评课交流，不断总结提高，使我校教师的课堂教学能力有了较大幅度的提高，做到基础性评价和发展性评价相结合，确保教学行为的改革和学习效果的统一，促进课堂教学结构的优化。

（4）教学监控

建立健全教学质量监控体系

坚持各级教学管理人员听课制度。要求学校各级教学管理人员和教导主任每学期听课至少40节，以便及时深入地了解和研究教学工作中的新情况、新问题，并提出解决方案。

强化教育教学检查制度。定期检查教师备课、上课、作业批阅、班务日志，掌握教学状况，发现问题即知即改。巡查教师周二碰头、周五交接，主管校长周一、周三教师例会上通报检查情况，及时提出改进要求。

通过期初、期中、期末阶段质量检测，分析检测成绩，查找薄弱年级、薄弱学科、薄弱班级、薄弱教师，召开多层面座谈会，分析原因，制定整改措施。

及时改进完善教学制度。以前我校实行“集体备课，资源共享”的备课方式。但随着年轻教师的增多，这一制度已不合实际。今年，我校规定XX年以下教龄教师自主手写教案。XX年以上教龄教师采用“资源共享”的备课方式。

努力提高教育技术手段的现代化和教育信息化程度。我校总校已实现电子白板“班班通”，给每位英语教师配备了新式复读机，其他学科教师也配备了充足的教学仪器，我们提倡教师使用多媒体教学、网络教学等现代化辅助教学手段，并进行记载，作为教师业绩考核内容，激发了学生学习兴趣，直观形象的理解了知识，增进了教学效果。我们的原则是宁肯用坏，勿教放坏。

建立毕业班工作指导机制。六年级工作是教学工作的重中之重，学校主要领导和主管教学的校长紧紧抓住六年级工作不放松，定期召开教学情况分析会，及时解决教学中存在的问题；定期召开学科牵头教师汇报会，以统一教学进度和教学要求；召开优秀生座谈会，及时为尖子生鼓劲加油。学校主要领导坚持深入毕业班一线，准确把握毕业班的工作脉搏，使毕业班复习工作不偏离正确的航向。为有效提升学生的综合能力，学校对各个阶段的复习进行了精心安排，提出了一轮复习夯实基础，二轮复习专题强化，三轮综合复习狠抓规范，利用周考及时循环巩固的具体要求，使得复习环节连接紧密，知识掌握与能力提升并举，大大提高了复习效率；学校加大了对毕业班的学生管理，通过细化各项管理制度，落实各项管理措施，做到人员到位，管理到位，严抓狠管，发现不安定苗头，及时化解，确保了毕业班的稳定和毕业班教学质量的快速提高。
