市博物馆先进事迹介绍

淮北市博物馆成立于1976年，一个机构二块牌子，兼负文物管理所的职责。多年来，该馆以“三个代表”重要思想为指导，深入贯彻党的文物工作方针，认真执行文物保护法规，扎扎实实地做好文物工作，一年一个台阶，不断开创文博工作的新局面，为淮北市的经济和社会的全面发展做出了突出的贡献。

一、机构健全、职责落实。淮北市历史悠久，文化遗存丰富，文物工作繁重。而该馆只有十多人。为抓好全市的文博工作，他们首先狠抓了规范化管理和制度建设。设立了保卫部、保管部、群工部、陈列部、考古部及研究室、办公室等机构，做到了分工精细，任务明确。同时，还陆续制定和完善了《劳动纪律》、《奖惩条例》、《岗位责任制》等20多个制度，从而保证了文博工作全面有序地开展。

二、博物馆工作卓有成效。在新馆舍未建前，博物馆根据馆情，充分挖掘自身的潜力，在文物收藏、保护、整理、保管和研究、宣传等方面，全面的展开工作，并取得一定的成效。对馆藏文物都进行了建卡、拍照、绘图、测量、建档等基础工作，做到帐帐相符，帐卡相符，帐实相符。库房管理有严格的制度，文物出入库，人员出入库都有据可查。1999年，我市境内出土发掘了唐代古木船4艘，为保护好这些古船，该馆成立了保护小组，外请了泉州及省博专家制定了保护方案。在近6年的保护工作中，博物馆人员昼夜值班，对古船喷洒药剂，24小时不间断地进行温度、湿度、天气、喷药量、船体变化等数据的监测、记录。由于没有先进经验可借鉴，他们就成立了“古船保护”科研课题组，在专家学者的指导下，科研攻关，多次论证和更新保护方案。现在，古木船已比较成功的完成了脱水，定型、防腐等工作，已移至博物馆内，对外展出。由于保护成效显著，得到专家的赞肯。

为提高广大市民的文物保护意识，淮北市博物馆十分重视宣传工作。多年来，每年都利用“5.18”国际博物馆日和法制宣传日等活动，开展文物法等法律法规宣传，走上街头散发宣传资料，现场讲解文物知识，张挂宣传条幅。并充分利用新闻媒体的作用，不断进行文物法律法规的宣传。《安徽省建设工程文物保护规定》下发后，博物馆配合市文化主管部门，积极推动了《淮北市建设工程文物保护规定》的制定工作。该文件出台后，他们翻印了5000多份，分别寄送到相关单位。宣传工作的有力，使文物保护的法律法规深入人心，广大市民文物保护的意识日益增强，群众举报次数逐年大幅增加。市民丁仰振同志，为支持博物馆的建设，一次性就无偿捐赠古瓷藏品近件。该馆还十分重视文物征集工作。平时注意收集信息，已发现文物，就努力克服资金短缺，路途遥远等困难，想方设法的去收集。柳孜镇发现大量文物后，他们先后8次深入到该地区，进行摸底、调查，收集，共征集古陶瓷器等文物上千件。听说离市区几十公里处的铁佛由一农民收藏了2只古铜鼎，他们连续十多次上门做工作，使他主动捐献这件贵重文物。

XX年在市委、市政府的重视下，博物馆新馆建设于XX年动工建设了。在一缺经验，二缺人手的情况下，该馆全力以赴，全身心地投入，反复论证陈列方案，精心组织施工。为赶在XX年国庆节前开馆，他们夜以继日地工作，在文化局领导的带领下，吃住在工地近两个月，顶着三伏酷暑和蚊虫叮咬，一天工作十几小时，有的职工病了也不休息，打完点滴就上工地，有的家中有急事，来不及处理就赶来加班。有一次油漆气味一下子就熏到了七、八人，但是没有一人离开工作岗位，也没有一人叫苦。博物馆上上下下拧成一股绳，齐心合力，艰苦奋战，终于如期开馆，向国庆55周年献了厚礼。博物馆建成开馆受到了各级领导、专家学者和广大市民群众的一致好评。开馆的前七天，为配合市文化旅游周对外免费开放，原计划每天只接纳1000人次，但市民的踊跃参观，博物馆主动调整安排，加大组织力度，在七天之内共接待了观众达10万人次。新馆开馆后，博物馆在抓好管理工作的同时，热情接待观众，提供全方位的服务。人手不够，就加班加点连轴转，白天接待观众，晚上苦练基本功，为贯彻全国加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设工作会议精神，他们针对中小学生的特点，制定措施，变更开放时间，修改讲解词，得到广大市民的好评。开馆三个多月以来，共接待参观团体260多批次，观众达13万余人次，其中免费接待中小学生近万余人次。
