我们今天要前往名胜古迹——故宫。在路程中，我就先简单介绍下故宫吧!

在外科我更能体会到何谓“三分治疗，七分护理”。外科护理工作相当繁重，护士排的班种也多，分工更细。跟着老师上过主班、办公班、连班、晨晚班、中夜班等。对于大致的工作程序都了解了_分，其中还是基础护理占比较多的份额，也有专科护理，如T管的护理，更换引流袋，饮食指导及宣教还有各种检查或手术前后的护理准备观察等。

外科中的护理有着举足轻重的作用，特别是在检查与手术前后。能看着病人在病房得到优质的治疗护理后安返回家则是给我们的奖励与鼓舞。

感动老师给与的耐心指导，无论是知识或技能，抑或者工作习惯等方面。在这里，不仅是我的带教老师，还有肝胆科所有的护士老师。就在肝胆科我还是个新生，很多方面都不甚熟悉明白时。不管是理论知识不够扎实回答不上问题，护理操作技能不娴熟时有违规操作的，老师都微笑的鼓励，细心点评不足之处，没有丝毫的生气与不耐烦，所有的点滴都烙在我的心头。

即使只是测血糖这种小治疗在可以熟练操作之后，老师说了句“以后会越来越好”，就这么一句短短朴实的话语，给与我的却是莫大的鼓励，也会与我之后的实习生活一块走过实现。

收获的不仅是工作中学到的知识与经验工作

本人在外科实习期间，遵守医院及科室各项规章制度，尊敬老师，工作积极，认真负责。在老师认真的指导下，熟悉掌握了外科无菌技术操作，手术前备皮，术前术后护理，熟悉换药，拆线，包扎，各种引流管与胃肠减压的使用与装置，掌握了外科常见器械，物品的清洁消毒，污染敷料的处理。

同时也掌握了大手术如胃癌，胆囊结石，结肠癌，直肠癌的术后应注意观察的内容。能够独立承担普外科常见的急腹症-阑尾炎，术前的准备工作和术后的护理工作。这段实习期间，使我了解到，普外科是手术科室，要求护士具备短时间处理大量问题的应急能力及较强的技术水平。希望在下一个科室学到更多知识，提高自己的能力。

这次的翻译实习对我来说是次绝佳的挑战。首先，与之前做的翻译作业相比，这次翻译任务相当艰巨，让我第一次全身心的严肃认真对待翻译。其次，这次翻译让我了解到跨文化交际这个新的领域,在翻译的过程也增进了对这个新领域的了解; 再次,这次的翻译实习给了我一次把课堂所学的翻译理论应用于实践中的机会，在不但的比较，推敲，衡量，找到最佳字词句的过程中，我也慢慢领悟到翻译的真谛。最后，这次翻译实习也上次难得的经历，进一步锻炼我的翻译水平，今后的笔译和口译的深造铺砖添瓦。

这次翻译实习让我对如何做好翻译，如何提高翻译水平有了更加深刻的理解和感悟。首先，必须真正理解所要翻译的材料;其次，用“忠实而通顺”地传达原作内容。最后，审校译文。由于初次接触到医疗环境中跨文化交际的话题，初读原文时一头雾水，不知所措，也无从下笔。而无法理解原文的内容自然也就无法表达。于是我在网上查看了中文英文的背景资料后，再重新阅读原文。第一遍，掌握文章大意，对一些疑难词句作上记号;第二遍细读原文，逐词逐句逐段地自习研究，解决疑难问题;第三编通读原文，将全文精神“融汇于心”。因此，要理解原文，不仅要准确透彻地理解所译的文本，而且还在文本之外下功夫，既要掌握文本的背景知识，以及与文本有关的各种专门知识。第二步是表达，翻译的一般标准是“信雅达”，但针对此次文章的文体，可能把“忠实而通顺”作为翻译标准更加合适。为了完成“忠实而通顺”地转达原作内容，就要正确处理忠实与通顺的关系。忠实与通顺，本事一个矛盾同意体的两个方面，在表达的过程必须“统筹兼顾”，一方面要准确，精当地转达原文的意义，另一方面又要是译文通达晓畅，符合规范，不可顾此失彼，或者重此轻彼。最后，在对译文做审校，第一遍，对照原文，我发现了一些漏译，误译的地方。第二遍，脱离原文，检查出一些生硬拗口的地方，还有些标点，断句方面的错误。

通过这次翻译实习也让我认识到想要成为一名合格的译者，第一，中文水平要高，要打下扎实的汉语基础，特别是要下工夫提高自己的汉语表达能力;第二，外文水平要高，特别是要具有很强的阅读理解和鉴赏能力;第三，知识面要广;第四。要熟悉并掌握基本的翻译技巧。在今后的英语学习中，我会更加严格要求自己，在这四个方面多下工夫，争取做一名合格的译者。

一.实习目的

1.通过本次实习使我能够从理论回到实践，更好的实现理论和实践的结合，为以后的工作和学习奠定初步的知识，使我能够亲身感受到由一个学生转变到一个职业商务英语笔译工作者的过程。

二.实习内容

20xx年6月中下旬开始在本校内为期2个星期左右的商务英语笔译的实习，起初我对笔译还不是太了解，选择笔译是基于我对笔译工作的特别爱好。商务英语笔译是一项需要耐心和精力的工作，它是以商务方面的资料为依据，要求翻译者对其进行全面，准确，快速的翻译，语言要表达准确，意思清晰。

由于商务英语笔译的翻译材料大部分都是非文学的，例如合同，客户资料，商业等专业性文件，所以它的要求就更为严格，苛刻，同时又必须符合“信，达，雅”的原则，难度相当的大，其中要用到大量的专业术语，范围不仅仅包括我们平时上课时所认识的，更多的需要我们通过各种可行的渠道去查阅，具有很强的专业性。这就要求我们在翻译时要严谨，不能给读者以错觉。

这次实习主要针对商务合同的翻译进行重点突破，花了整整几天的时间才磕磕绊绊的翻译一个合同，感觉到了前所未有的压力，也突出了自己眼高手低的缺点，平时课堂上老师讲的用的寥寥无几，更多的是靠自己查资料来获取准确的信息。其中有些既晦涩又在网上很难查的一般都给不了，这些都给刚开始翻译的我造成了各种各样的阻碍，往往会遇到原文看不懂或者觉得语法别扭不对的情况，这时候需要更大的耐心和毅力，需要坚持，对商务合同中的一些专业术语进行重点突破，查阅各种资料，在网上搜索各种专业术语，一点一滴的翻译，练得多了，慢慢就变的更加熟悉了，速度和质量慢慢的有所改善，当然和真正意义的笔译质量还是有相当的差距的。

工欲善其事，必先利其器。商务英语笔译也同样如此，它需要通过大量的网上资料和翻译软件来进行协助翻译，因此在掌握商务英语基础的同时，电脑成为了我们读取翻译资料的利器。在实习的过程中我们不难发现，其实很多相当一部分的专业术语需要我们通过电脑来进行翻译，来完成，基于此我们也有必要掌握一些简单的电脑知识和电脑软件，例如word文档等等。看来要作为一名合格的笔译工作者，电脑知识也是其必要的一个方面。

在实习的过程中常常出现翻译质量不合格的问题，这些对我们初步介入笔译领域的初学者是司空见惯的，没必要害怕，但同时是必须要引起我们的重视的，所谓熟能生巧，这个工作就更要求我们不断的进行练习，不断的进行知识积累。这次实习对我们来说就是一个十分难得的机会，辅导老师给我们的作用也是希望我们能有更多的机会去接触并练习商务英语笔译，这些都有助于我们提高翻译水平和翻译质量。

众所周知，商务英语笔译是很枯燥无味的工作，大部分的时间我们都是花在了凳子上，但是这同时也是对我们的一种挑战，能锻炼人的毅力。短短的两周实习时间，虽然短暂，但是对我们来说是尤为重要的，要好好的利用这次机会，认真的完成辅导老师给我们的练习和作业，不断的对我们的翻译能力和思维进行锻炼，严格要求自己，正所谓”不积硅步无以至千里“。对于合同翻译中的问题要弄个彻彻底底的明白，对于翻译的质量要精益求精，努力克服自己的不足，尽最大的努力积累经验，为以后的毕业工作打下坚实的基矗

三，实习总结

通过本次为期十五天的实习，让我真正的感觉到了商务英语笔译的难度和责任，我们作为刚刚起步的初学者距离合格的笔译者还有相当大的一段距离，需要学的东西和知识还有很多，尤其是专业知识的欠缺，动手能力的不足等等，我也明白这些不是一天两天就能弥补的，但是我相信只要通过我不懈的努力是可以不断缩小差距的，我坚信自己能做到这些。

人们常说：大学是个象牙塔。确实学校，学习与工作，学生与员工之间存在着巨大的差距。但这次实习确实也为我们提供不少学习与了解真正笔译者的机会，让我们在脑子里对商务英语笔译有个很清晰的概念，再加上以后我们的工作经验，定能在这条道路上创出一片天地，能在这条道路上走的更远。

一、翻译稿件名称：材料。具体包括：1、拟建考察报告(含建设发展规划及规划图册);2、申报书;3、申报自评报告;4、风光片解说词。

二、工作时间：甲方于年月日前将需翻译的中文定稿材料交付乙方。乙方应于年月日前将翻译好的英文成稿交付甲方。

三、交稿方式：乙方应向甲方提供英文成稿打印件及电子文本(文件格式：coredraw9.0排版)各一份。

四、合同总金额：合同全部工作任务总费用为元，大写人民币元整。甲方在签订合同之日起向乙方支付万元，余款在乙方交付成稿并经甲方验收后一次性结清。

五、翻译质量：乙方保证翻译成稿质量，做到忠实原文、翻译准确、语句通顺、行文流畅，达到甲方提供给乙方的《综合报告》(英文版)的翻译水平。如双方对译文水平发生争议，由双方共同认可的第三方进行评判。

六、其它事项：乙方负责为甲方在申报国际评审会上作英文陈述，陈述费用不再另付。乙方在申报材料的英文翻译稿进行电脑排版时，需就排版格式等有关问题与甲方提供的印刷厂技术员进行联系沟通，以保证英文成稿的电子文本符合甲方印刷要求。

七、本合同自签订之日起具有法律效力，双方应共同遵守，否则由违约方赔偿对方由此造成的一切损失。

八、本合同未尽事宜，由双方友好协商解决。

九、本合同壹式肆份，甲乙双方各执贰份，具有同等法律效力。

根据《合同法》及相关法律法规规定，在平等互利的基础上，经甲乙双方共同协商，就乙方向甲方提供保安服务相关事宜达成如下协议条款，以期共同遵守。

乙方应甲方要求委派 柒名保安人员(人员必须达到：身高1.80米至1.85米，五官端正，形象佳，年龄20至30周岁)为甲方提供保安服务。甲方应在合同签订之日，将本单位对保安岗位的职责、要求。任务明确界定。并经乙方确认后，由乙方保安人员严格遵照执行。

三、服务时间

服务期为 壹 年，自 20__ 年 2 月 1 日起至20__ 年 1 月 31 日止。

工作岗位安排为：甲方岗位为内部巡逻岗、门卫形象岗、迎宾引领岗三个岗位，每天每个岗位从上午八点至晚八点不间断单人执勤，两班轮换制。每名保安员，每周休息一天。具体岗位人员由乙方安排，但需甲方批准后执行。

保证三个岗位在工作时间都各有一人执勤。其中一人为轮休备用人选，特殊情况下，若甲方根据工作需要和环境条件，确需变更乙方保安人员的工作，延长工作时间以及临时增派保安人员的，应经过乙方的书面同意，并对延长的工作时间，向乙方另行支付额外服务费用。

四、保安费用及支付服务费为每人两仟元/月(不含税费)，由甲方在每月12日之前将上月的保安服务费用一次性向乙方付清，如甲方需要发票，由乙方负责开具，甲方承担税费。乙方不再向甲方提出其他任何费用要求。

五、甲方权利义务

1、甲方监督乙方派遣人员的全面工作，有权向乙方提出改进保安管理服务工作意见。

2、乙方须遵守甲方制定的各项规章管理制度(附后)。对不严格履行岗位职责的保安人员，甲方有权向乙方提出更换，提出后7个工作日内乙方保证换人。

3、 甲方应加强和完善自身的安全防范措施，并负责教育本单位工作人员自觉遵守和维护安全管理规定，协助乙方做好保安工作。

4、 甲方向乙方保安人员提供三部对讲机和日常办公低值易耗品，并免费提供午餐、晚餐及带有七个床铺的宿舍一间。

5、 甲方不得要求乙方工作人员从事违背法律及超过保安合同内容的工作。

六、乙方权利义务

1、乙方需保证在任何工作时间内，派遣至甲方的保安员达到本合同规定的人数且应加强对保安人员的培训，并向甲方提供适合其工作要求的保安人员。

2、乙方保安人员应严格按照甲方的安全管理规章制度，履行自己的岗位职责，保护甲方的合法财产和权益不受侵害。

3、乙方保安人员在甲方工作期间，应忠于职守，尽职尽责，文明执勤，礼貌待人，对执勤区域内正在发生的刑事案件、治安案件、治安灾害事故应采取紧急措施予以制作，及时报告给当地公安机关和甲方单位，并采取相应措施。

4、 乙方保安人员发现不安全因素和不安全隐患时，应及时向甲方报告。

5、乙方保安人员在按照甲方要求进行执勤时，对手续不符合规定和由明显问题的，有权坚持原则履行职责，甲方领导或有关部门应予以支持配合，并不得进行干涉。

七、违约责任

1、甲方应按时支付保安费，逾期20天未付的，乙方有权单方面解除合同，而不承担由此引发的责任，甲方仍需支付拖欠的保安费。

2、因乙方保安人员未遵守本合同的规定，给甲方造成损失的，乙方应赔偿甲方所遭受的损失。因乙方保安人员未遵守本合同的规定，甲方有权要求乙方整改，经乙方整改，仍未达到本合同的规定标准。甲方有权单方面解除合同，而不承担由此引发的责任。

八、赔偿限制

1、 由于不可抗力或非乙方保安人员失职造成的财产损失，乙方不予赔偿。

2、 对甲方存在的安全隐患，乙方保安人员提出合理书面建议后，甲方仍未采纳，由此造成的损失，乙方不予赔偿。

3、 甲方因乙方保安人员拒绝履行其与法律法规相悖的不合理要求而造成损失，乙方不予赔偿。

九、争议解决

在履行合同中发生纠纷时由双方协商解决，协商不成的，可向当地人民法院提起诉讼。

十、合同生效及终止

1、 本合同自双方签章之日生效：

The Great Wall is a magnificent defensive building in ancient China. Itstarts from Shanhaiguan in the East and ends at Jiayuguan in the west, and runsacross the north of China. Winding more than 12000 Li, it is famous for the"Great Wall". It was listed in the world cultural heritage list in 1987. It iscalled "the longest defensive wall in the world" by experts and scholars.

长城是我们古代一项极为雄伟的防御性建筑，它东起山海关，西至嘉峪关，横贯我国北部。婉蜒一万两千多里，故以“万里长城”闻名于世。并于1987年被列入《世界文化遗产名录》。被专家学者们称为“世界上最长的防御性城墙”。

中国最早修建长城是在公元前7世纪的春秋时期，最早修筑长城的国家是楚国。楚国长城在历史文献记载上称作“方城”，长度近千里。齐国也是诸侯国中修筑长城较早的国家，齐长城西起山东平阴，东入大海。是春秋时期长城中遗址保存最多的。

秦始皇于公元前220__年统一中国后，先修缮了秦、赵、燕三国北部的部分旧长城。并开始以“修万里城，筑万里人”的代价修建西起临洮、东到辽东，长达7000多千米的长城。从此万里长城巍然屹立于世界的东方，经历千百年的风霜雨雪。

西汉初期，为了抵御侵略和保护新开发的“丝绸之路”。修筑了西起新疆罗布泊，东到辽东，长达一万多千米的长城。这也是我国历史上最长的一条长城。

明朝建立后，面对蒙古和女真的威胁。从朱元璋开始就派大将徐达北上修筑长城。直到明朝灭亡，先后大修十八次，历时260余年。直到弘治20__年，才完成了东起鸭绿江边，西到嘉峪关。途经辽宁、河北、北京、山西、陕西、内蒙古、宁夏、甘肃等省市自治区。全长12700多里的长城。并把长城沿线划分为九个防御区域，称为“九边九镇”。而且还在许多重要关隘地区，特别是北京城的北面，修筑了多重城墙。这些就是我们现在所看到的八达岭长城了。

现在，我就来介绍一下八达岭长城。八达岭长城位于北京西北部的延庆县，是北京地区长城中保存最完好，工程质量最佳，结构最严谨的一段。这段长城以瓮城为中心，南至七楼，北到十二楼，全长4770米。它是北京地区通向塞外的唯一通道，是居庸关的前沿阵地。由此地东可到永宁、四海，西可到宣化、大同，南可抵京城，北可通延庆，四通八达，所以叫做八达岭。八达岭关城建于1520__年，城高7.5米，厚4米。东西两门各有一块牌匾，东为“居庸外镇”，西为“北门锁钥”。关城入口处有一尊长2.85米，口径10.5厘米的大炮名叫“神威大将军”。现在请大家看八达岭这段长城的城墙。这段城墙上窄下宽，上窄约5.8米，下宽约6.5米。分别由四种基本构造构成。一、城墙，二、城台，三、关隘，四、烽火台。墙内有券门，中间有石梯相连。顶部可容5匹马并行。烽火台又称烽堠、烽燧、狼烟台。它独立于城墙之外，几乎每隔一里就有一座，组成了万里长城的防御报警系统。

每当有敌兵进犯的时候，烽火台就燃烽火，传递军情。白天燃烟称烽。夜晚举火称燧。又因为经常用狼粪做燃料，烟飘的高又不易消散，所以也叫做“狼烟”。而且，在明朝规定。来犯敌兵百余人点一烟放一炮，五百人左右两烟两炮，千余人以上三烟三炮，五千人以上四烟四炮，如果事万人以上，五烟五炮。

从八达岭一直向南，就是著名的雄关——居庸关了。居庸关是万里长城最有名的关隘之一，为古代北京西北的重要屏障。以秦始皇修长城“徙居庸徒于此”而得名。也就是说把囚犯、和受过宫刑的人，抓到这里来让他们修长城。并且居住了下来。居庸关在汉朝时叫居庸塞，隋朝叫军都关。到了明朝重新修筑后，成了明长城中最坚固的一段。这里既有军事指挥部、又有行政管理机构。古时的居庸关同样林木葱郁，景致非凡，著名的燕京八景之一“居庸叠翠”指的就是这里了。除此之外还有许多名胜古迹，象杨六郎的栓马桩、穆桂英的点将台、游龙戏凤的白凤冢等七十二处名胜。不但如此，而且居庸关中还有一座始建于1345年的汉白玉高台，人称云台。因台上曾建有3座藏式佛塔，台下为券门，故原称“过街塔”。明初佛塔被毁，后又建泰安寺。清朝前期，寺又被毁，现仅有柱础和望柱。内壁还留有用梵文、藏文、八思巴文等6种文字篆刻的经文，是研究我国古代文字的重要实物。

说了这么多了，下面我给大家讲一个故事来放松一下。故事的名字呢就叫做“孟姜女哭长城”。说的是秦始皇修筑长城的事。当时为了加快工程速度，又开始在全国各地抽调民夫。孟姜女的丈夫范杞梁在新婚不久，也被抽调去充当修长城的民夫了。

转眼三年过去了，范杞梁杳无音信，急得孟姜女吃不好睡不香。突然，有一天夜里。孟姜女做梦，梦到他的丈夫饥寒交迫，衣不遮体，还不停的喊“我冷啊，我饿呀!”孟姜女惊醒后决定去找丈夫，并给他带上了干粮和御寒的衣服。一路沿着长城寻找他的丈夫。她四处打听，走到山海关才知道，为修长城死了很多人，丈夫范杞梁也被累死了，并埋在长城下，尸骨都找不到。这一消息如同晴天霹雳，孟姜女顿时就伤心地痛哭起来，哭得惊天动地，长城一段段的倒塌，足有八百里长。这下可急坏了工程总管，急忙去报告正来此巡查工程进展的秦始皇。秦始皇赶忙派人把孟姜女抓来寻问根由。当见到之后，秦始皇却被她的美貌迷住了，非要封她为"正宫娘娘"。孟姜女虽然怒火满腔，但还是压住心头仇恨，灵机一动，将计就计地非要秦始皇答应她三个条件，之后才能当"正宫娘娘"。一要找到丈夫范杞梁的尸体;二要为其丈夫举行国葬;三要秦始皇为范杞梁披麻戴孝、打幡送葬。秦始皇听罢孟姜女提的三个条件，思索片刻，为了得到貌美如花的孟姜女，便硬着头皮答应下来，孟姜女戴着孝拜了为筑城而死的范札梁坟墓后，宿愿已偿，面对滚滚的渤海，纵身一跃，投海自尽了。

Since Party A entrusts Party B to translate the relevant written document, two parties agree to sign the following translation agreement under each other’s friendly consultation:

1. Party A entrusts Party B to translate the relevant written document with a total characters of

________(blanks not included), and Party B shall translate the document into_______ language in accordance with Party A’s demand.

2. When Party B confirms to receive the relevant document, Party B shall complete and deliver the

corresponding translated document to Party A on_____(month)_____(day).

3. The translation fee shall be calculated in accordance with Chinese

characters (blanks not included); before Party B begins to carry out the relevant translation, Party A shall pay an advance payment RMB______ to Party B. When Party B delivers the entire translated document to Party A, Party A must pay off the entire remaining translation fee RMB_______(deducting the advance payment from the total translation fee). If any deferred payment occurs by Party A, Party A shall compensate the corresponding losses, and pay Party B with a late payment charge of 5% of the total translation fee per day.

4. Party B shall complete the translation work in time, and guarantee that the quality of the

translation. If Party A has any objection to the quality of translated document, Party A shall notice Party B in written form. Party B shall be responsible for correcting mistakes for free in the document translated within seven days after Party A’s receiving the translated document.

5. Party B shall keep confidentiality of any content of the documents provided by Party A and can

not disclose to any third party. Party B shall not dispose the original document and the

corresponding translated document in any form without authority of Party A.

6. Party B has right not to translate the document with unclear original test and blurred writing. If

it is necessary, Party A and Party B shall jointly consult the relevant special nouns.

7. Since the date of signing this agreement, both parties shall not terminate this agreement freely.

If a party causes the other party suffer losses, the party violating the agreement shall compensate the agreement value in double as a default penalty, and Party A and Party B shall reserve their respective litigious rights.

8. If there is any item not being referred in this agreement, Party A and Party B shall jointly

resolve the corresponding through consultation.

9. This agreement shall be valid after both parties’ signing or sealing in this agreement.

10. Any fax copy of this agreement shall be valid and effective.
