旅游英语专业实训报告

综述

自XX年6月20日起。作为旅游英语专业的专业实训课便随之一一拉开帷幕，直到30日双选会的来临才会结束。之所以要进行专业实训课无外乎是想要我们做好顶岗实习前的训导准备。都说三百六十行，行行出状元。要想在各行各业出人头地的前提出了对职业拥有莫大的热情外还必须懂得其中运作的规矩。其实这也是我们在校接受教导的最后一次机会了。可以说每天安排的科学而合理的实训课程避免了我们在等待双选会期间虚度光阴。而且每堂实训课都是有针对性的进行的，所以对于我们每个人来说是有百利而无一害。

主体

为了让大家更深刻的体会有关导游这门行业，21日那天一大早我们全班就随着班车踏上了去墨江的旅途。并花了两天时间分别游玩了墨江的北回归线标志园和国际双胞文化园。当然我们是带着任务去玩的，除了聘请个导游姐姐的讲解外，我们每个人都必须亲自再走一遍景区并讲导游词给老师和同学们听作为考核的方式。还值得一提的是我们有幸应邀到该地珠宝行进行参访，负责人很热心的请出了我们上一届的学姐为我们解说这里的大概行情。放眼望去直觉店里的珠宝首饰琳琅满目不失让人挑花了眼。幸好有热心的服务员在一旁为我们指点着迷津。接下来负责人还带领着我们在售茶区入座畅谈，比品茶更有趣的是他们毫不吝啬的向我们解剖了他们所认为的导游。此番言谈的确令我们增进了不少有关导游这门职业的别样见解。

除此之外，让我难以忘怀的课程当属胥佳老师上的有关服务方面的礼仪礼节课。她的课素来倍受青睐，这次也不例外。她一点也不浮夸，所以教授的都是些特实际而实用的知识。最主要的是她愿意让我们当场运用所学的知识。瞧，我们最后是在女生化着美美的妆容和男生打着美美的领带中愉快的结束这门实训课的。与此同时，我也时刻没有忘记朱建青老师不辞辛劳的教我们有关导游业务方面的知识，特别是接待服务方面的细节问题正是有了他的提点才让我们更深入的了解到想当一名合格的导游那是相当的不容易啊。

28日这天也是充实的一天，我们有幸邀请到了旅行社的经理来为我们上实训课，她的确是见多识广之人。课间言词展现的都是她在实际带团中所遭遇到的各种问题和需要注意的地方，哪怕是遇有游客食物中毒也能处理的四平八稳。果真彰显了果断干练和沉着冷静的优良品质。我便不经在省思若是换做是自己遭遇此类种种问题是否能够像她一样胜任的游刃有余。

总结

俗话说“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行！”在短暂的实训过程中，当面对老师一些假设性的提问时总让我深深的感觉到自己在实际运用中的专业知识的匮乏，再思及以后的工作中难免遇到此种困难，便让我感到十分的难过。本以为自己在学校学的不错，一旦接触到实际，才发现书到用时方恨少，这时才真正领悟到“学无止境”的含义。可见，注重理论联系实际的学习方法当真是学习的不二法门。最后，很感谢学校能够提供这样难得的学习机会让我们提前意识到自己有诸多的不足，好为顶岗实习之日的应战做好最充分的准备。

二、收获以及体会

一收获:

一是加强思想学习，主动与上级领导沟通，努力提高思想水平思想是人的灵魂，是人的内在力，要想把实习任务完成好，首先要把思想调整好。领导十分重视大学生成长，为此特地为我们制定了“双导师实习制度”。双导师，顾名思义，就是两位导师，工人导师是教授生产技术的，而领导导师是在思想上引领大学生，为其排忧解疑，指引方向的。在此优势下，我主动与领导进行了沟通，在领导的尊尊教导下，我对实习有了更为深层次的理解，更明确了我的工作目标，在思想上使我对未来的工作有了新的认识，在行动上使我对未来人生有了新的规划。

二是注重联系实际，理论与实践相结合，努力提高实习质量。

在实习中我发现大学中所学的专业知识并不是完全都能运用到实践中，我所学的是英语和旅游知识，而我所在的公司却是一家电机公司看起来两者相差很大。而我所学的几乎运用不到但其实不然。我可以翻译我们公司所生产的产品，为外国客户介绍我们的产品。同时也可以接待我们的客户。在此期间我必须重新学习关于电机方面的英语。这也让我的英语在另个方面有了更大的提高。

三是热爱实习岗位，积极承担岗位职责，不断提升实习效率。

二体会：

只有爱岗才能敬业，热爱实习岗位才能完成好实习岗位的工作。在实习过程中我努力培养自己对本岗位工作的热情，珍惜在岗位上的每一分钟，积极承担岗位上的责任以及义务，努力做到能够独立完成顶岗任务。对岗位做到懂、会、做。

大家上午好!今天是20--年5月14日，星期一。今天我利用国旗下讲话时间将对全体师生进行一次系统的夏季安全教育，希望大家认真听，并遵照执行。

随着气温的升高，逐渐进行入夏季，夏季，是恶性侵害和意外事故的多发期。为提高大家的安全防范意识，请大家注意以下事项：

一、防溺水

夏季气温闷热，许多学生喜欢选择游泳降温，易发生溺水事故，我们江山市每年都有许多中小学生溺水死亡。为了确保游泳安全，防止溺水事故的发生，必须做到以下几点：

1.不独自一人外出游泳，更不要到不摸底和不知水情的地方去游泳。要对游泳场所的环境，如该水库、浴场是否卫生，水下是否平坦，有无暗礁、暗流、杂草，水域的深浅等情况要了解清楚。

2.必须要有组织并在老师或熟悉水性的人的带领下去游泳。以便互相照顾。如果集体组织游泳，下水前后要清点人数、并指定救生员做安全保护。

3.要清楚自己的身体健康状况，四肢容易抽筋者不宜参加游泳。下水前的要做好准备，如水温太低应先在浅水处用水淋洗身体，待适应水温后再下水游泳;镶有假牙的同学，应将假牙取下，以防呛水时假牙落入食管或气管。

4.下水后不能逞能，不要贸然跳水和潜泳，更不能互相打闹。不要在急流和漩涡处游泳，更不要酒后游泳。

5.在游泳中如果突然觉得身体不舒服，如眩晕、恶心、心慌、气短等，要立即上岸休息或呼救。

6.在游泳中，若小腿或脚部抽筋，可用力蹬腿或做跳跃动作，或用力按摩、拉扯抽筋部位，呼叫同伴救助。

7.在游泳中遇到溺水事故时，马上现场急救，将溺水者救上岸，立即清除口腔、鼻咽腔的呕吐物和泥沙等杂物，将其舌头拉出，保持呼吸通畅;然后将溺水者的腹部垫高，使胸及头部下垂，做“倒水”动作;接着立即进行人工呼吸，可采取口对口或口对鼻的人工呼吸方式。在急救的同时应迅速送往医院救治。

二、防中暑

1.中暑的诱发原因：气温高于34℃，在强烈的阳光下照射过久;所处环境温度高、通风差、阳光直射强;外界温度高，内部空气湿度大，通风差，汗液难蒸发，体热积蓄过多;高温下，出汗过多，身体中的水和盐分大量排出，又得不到及时补充等都可能引起中暑。

2.分级症状：①先兆中暑。大量出汗、口渴、头昏、耳鸣、胸闷、心悸、恶心、四肢无力、注意力不集中，体温不超过37.5℃;②轻度中暑。体温在38.5℃以上，并伴有面色潮红、胸闷、皮肤灼热等现象;或者皮肤湿冷、呕吐、血压下降、脉搏细而快的情况;③重症中暑。除以上症状外，发生昏厥或痉挛;或不出汗，体温在40℃以上。

3.中暑的预防措施：

1)出门要戴太阳镜、遮阳帽或使用遮阳伞，涂抹防晒霜，穿透气性好的、浅色的棉质或真丝面料衣服。2)在中午13时前后2小时尽量避免外出，因为这个时间段的阳光强烈，发生中暑的可能性较大。3)随时喝水，不口渴也喝。喝防暑饮料，如绿豆汤、西瓜汁、菊花茶等，也可以适当吃些冷饮，但不要吃得过多。4)空调时室内外温差不要过大，否则会导致人体体温调节功能障碍，出现不适。空调间一定要注意通风换气。5)睡眠要充足。充足的睡眠，可使大脑和身体各系统都得到放松，既利于工作和学习，也是预防中暑的措施。6)高温环境下，要补充蛋白质，如新鲜的鱼、虾、鸡肉、鸭肉等低脂肪的蛋白质;或豆制品等植物蛋白质食物。7)出汗过多时，应该适当补充一些钠和钾。钠可以通过食盐、酱油等补充，含钾高的食物有豆类、坚果类等。8)室外作业者及长时间在户外者，要随身携带防暑品，如十滴水、藿香正气液等。9)注意控制情绪，尤其是心脑血管疾病患者更要小心。

4.中暑的处理方法：

如果出现了先兆、轻度中暑的症状，应离开高温现场，到阴凉的地方坐下休息，并且及时补充水分，如果出汗较多，最好补充淡盐水或者含盐的清凉饮料;解开领口口子、领带、皮带等一些配饰，保持身体周围通风;涂抹或饮用解暑药物，例如涂抹清凉油或者饮用十滴水、藿香正气液等，缓解不适感。重症中暑的尽早治疗，尽快降低身体温度。否则会造成身体多个器官的损害，尤其对脑的损害，会留下严重的后遗症，如导致言语障碍、智能低下等。

三、防触电

夏季高温炎热，家用电器使用频繁。人出汗多，手经常是汗湿的，而汗是导电的。所以，在夏季要特别注意：

1.自觉遵守安全用电规章制度，禁止私拉电线，私安电炉等，不要用手去移动正在运转的家用电器，如台扇、洗衣机、电视机等等。如须搬动，应关上开关，并拔去插头。

2.不要赤手赤脚去修理家中带电的线路或设备。如必须带电修理，应穿鞋并戴手套。

3.对夏季使用频繁的电器，如台扇等，要经常用电笔测试金属外壳是否带电，加装触电保安器(漏电开关)等。

4.如不慎家中浸水，首先应把家中的总开关或熔丝拉掉，以防止正在使用的家用电器因浸水、绝缘损坏而发生事故。其次为切断电源后，将可能浸水的家用电器，搬移到不浸水的地方。如果电器设备已浸水，在使用前，应对设备的绝缘用专用的摇表测试绝缘电阻。如没达到规定要求，要对绝缘进行干燥处理，直到绝缘良好为止。

四、防雷击

(一)人在室内避雷

1.雷雨天气时，要注意关好门窗，以防侧击雷和球状雷侵入。

2.雷雨天气时，最好拔掉家用电器的电源插头;不使用带有外接天线的收音机和电视机;不接打固定电话。

3.雷雨天气时，不接触天线、管道、铁丝网、金属窗、外墙等;远离带电设备;不赤脚站在泥地和水泥地上。

4.不在雷电交加时用喷头洗澡。

(二)人在户外避雷

1.立即选择装有避雷针、钢架或钢筋混凝土的建筑物等处所避雷，但是不要靠近防雷装置的任何部分。若找不到合适的避雷场所，可以蹲下，两脚并拢，双手抱膝，减少人体与地面的接触面积。立即披上不透水的雨衣。

2.不要待在露天游泳池、开阔的水域或小船上;不要停留在树林的边缘;不要待在电线杆、旗杆、干草堆、帐篷等没有防雷装置的物体附近;不要停留在铁轨、水管、煤气管、电力设备、拖拉机、摩托车等外露金属物体旁边;不要靠近孤立的大树或烟囱(山顶孤立的大树边尤其危险);不要躲进空旷地带孤零零的棚屋、岗亭里。

3.不宜在旷野中打伞或高举羽毛球拍、高尔夫球杆、锄头等;应立即停止户外活动。

4.要避免开摩托车、骑自行车，更不能开摩托车、骑自行车在雷雨中狂奔;人在汽车里要关好车门窗。

5.多人一起在野外时，应相互拉开几米距离，不要挤在一块。

6.高压电线遭雷击落地时，当心地面“跨步电压”的电击。正确逃离法是：双脚并拢，跳着离开危险地带。

7.身处空旷地带宜关闭手机。

五、防中毒

1.养成良好的个人卫生习惯，在烹调食物和进餐前要注意洗手，做好预防工作。

2.食品要低温储藏，做好食具、炊具的清洗消毒工作，生熟食炊具要分开使用;熟食品应及时食用，隔夜、隔餐的熟食品食用前要充分加热，提倡“现买、现做、现吃”。

3.夏季是植物病虫害高发季节，菜农、果农用农药杀虫在所难免。应尽量到正规农贸市场或超市购买水果蔬菜，并注意市场内有关农残检测的公示布告。食用前尽可能先浸泡半小时后再清洗食用。

4.在选购熟食卤菜、凉菜时更应慎重，要注意销售场所防虫防蝇防尘设施是否齐全，存放条件(如温度控制)和存放容器是否符合卫生要求。熟食制品在夏季室温条件下放置超过2小时以上的，或隔餐、隔夜食物存放于冰箱或食用外购卤味时，食用前须彻底再加热。如发现熟食制品变质变味，则应弃去，因为一些微生物产生的毒素靠加热是破坏不了的。

5.食用冷饮要适量。夏季冷饮历来是安全性较低的食品，这既有生产加工运输冷藏等方面的问题，也有消费者保管不当的问题。因此购买冷冻饮品尽量选择正规商场和超市，除查看标签、生产日期、保质期外，还要查看包装是否完好，不要购买包装破裂、变形的产品。

6.慎食水产品。各种鲜活水产品因天热容易缺氧死亡，特别是黄鳝、龟鳖、螃蟹、虾等水产品死亡后极易变质，切勿食用。

7.包装食品即时食用。听装、瓶装、罐装、纸盒、真空包装的各种牛奶、肉、禽、蛋类食品，具有安全、方便、快捷的特点，但最好打开后即时食用完毕。因为这类食品之所以安全的主要原因就是隔绝空气，一旦打开，随着夏季气温的升高，细菌生长繁殖的速度加快，如不能及时使用冷藏等后续保护措施，很快就会发生变质腐-败。

8.一旦发生食物中毒，应及时到附近医院就诊，不要自行乱服药，并及时向卫生行政部门报告，同时立即停止食用可疑食品，并予以保存，以备检验;在治疗急救病人的同时要保护好现场，以备有关部门进行现场调查，查处食物中毒事件。

六、防其他

1.防偷盗。夏季天气炎热，外出时在就餐、乘车、购物时，要保管好自己的财物，防止被盗。

2.防火灾。夏天天热是火灾高发期。不要违规使用大功率电器，不要乱扔火种，点蚊香一定放在安全的地方。

3.防抢劫勒索。要求大家不要到社会复杂场所活动，不要到偏僻人少处活动，以免遭受抢劫勒索。

4.防车祸。自觉遵守交通法规，不乘坐非法运营车辆，不乘坐超载车辆，不乘坐三轮车、摩托车、农用车等。

5.防性侵害。夏天天气炎热，女生尽量减少夜间单身外出，不要到偏僻地方行走、逗留，外出活动时应结伴而行，平时衣着自然得体，以免被坏人盯上。

6.防过度疲劳。不可学习或者上网太晚，按时作息。

7.防自然灾害。夏季多雨，注意防雷电、暴雨、冰雹、洪水、泥石流等自然灾害。
