二、活动时间及地点：

12月26日(暂时定)上午9：00，东莞植物园(绿色世界)正门。

(以后定期组织活动时将轮换选择周日和周六，以便不同时段的家庭参加。)

三、活动准备：

1、自带一条小布条。

2、自带食物与同学分享。

3、自带一至两件写上祝福语的礼物与同学交换。

四、活动内容：

9:00—9:30 集合 拍照(由一有像数较高的数码相机家长带，需找人配合)

9:30—11:00亲子活动

1、我们大家一起边唱边舞《感恩的心》。(请爸爸妈妈先在家里跟孩子学习学习哦)

2、企鹅行走：小孩和家长面对面，小孩双脚放在大人双脚上，从一个地点走到另一个地点。

3、三人四足：以家庭为单位，若干个家庭为一个比赛组。道具：橡皮绳或布条和折返点标志物，终点红线。方法：学生和家长单腿捆绑在一起，在20米距离处折返回起点竞速，先撞红线为胜。

4、接力游戏：坐轿子。两个家长搭档抬孩子

5、抓尾巴：家长背着小孩，小孩后面裤子上放一个手绢，不断移动，在保护自己“尾巴”的同时，去抓别人的“尾巴”

6、拔河比赛：拔河比赛三场：孩子与孩子拔一场，家长加油，第二场由家长参与，孩子加油，第三场由家庭参赛，孩子在前，家长在后，一起参与。

11:00—11:30 食物分享 自由活动 结束

1、每位家长预先带上食物和餐布，可以几位家长和学生一组。(野餐完后要把用餐过程中的垃圾清理干净)

2、自由活动，可以在周边踩单车，划船，或孩子们之间自己活动，家长们可以观察自己的孩子跟同班同学的交往，他(她)的朋友，也可以帮助孩子们交流交往。

五、备注：

1、星期三22:00之前报名，确定是否参加及参加人数，因为要给所有家庭分组以便参加游戏(因是家长委员会第一次组织活动，本次活动限定为本班级同学和家长参加，陪同大人不超过两名。

2、食物、水家庭自备。

3、家长委员会中要选部份家长出来做分时段义工，同时也保证每个家庭活动都能参加。

4、游戏项目顺序可能会变化，以当场情况为准。

(d) In case of dispute over the terms of this contract, final decision shall rest with a reputable person to be mutually agreed upon the by parties to this contract. If the parties hereto do not agree upon a third party within 10 days following the initiation of the dispute, or in the case of further disagreement, then within 15 days from the initiation of the dispute, it shall be submitted to a Board of Arbitration of three persons, one to be selected by each party to this contract and the third to be selected by the other two. The Board shall decide the dispute within 5 days after the matter is referred to it.

In the event that damages are awarded to the Seller by the Board of Arbitration and are not paid on the date that the award is made, then all operations of the Purchaser shall immediately cease, and if the award is not paid or satisfied within 30 days after the date of award, the Seller may take immediate possession of the premises upon which the timber is located, shall retain as liquidated damages all money paid by the Purchaser, and the title to all timber shall revert to and become the property of the seller.

研究生开题报告的写作技巧

《中国青年报》报道:复旦大学新闻学院xx级研究生所做毕业论文开题报告，仅有不到1/3的博士研究生获一次性通过，而78位硕士研究生，10人没获通过，仅有19人获一次性通过。这在复旦大学乃至于全国研究生教育的历史上“都很少见”。但据笔者了解，倘若以严肃的眼光审视目前学位与研究生教育的论文开题报告工作，可以说，管理部门、导师、研究生三者均不同程度地存在着认识不足的问题——视“论文开题报告为走过场”、视“论文开题报告为形式”。除思想上重视不足外，对毕业设计开题报告的撰写方法缺乏了解也是重要原因之一。鉴于此，笔者结合自己的管理工作体会，就毕业论文开题报告的写法和技巧做一探讨。

1 毕业论文选题的原则

毕业论文选题一般要求满足以下原则：

①开拓性:前人没有专门研究过或虽已研究但尚无理想的结果，有待进一步的探讨和研究，或是学术界有分歧，有必要深入研究探讨的问题;

②先进性:硕士毕业论文要有新的见解，博士毕业论文要做出创造性成果;

③成果的必要性:所选课题应有需要背景，针对实际的和科学发展的需要，即应有实际效益或学术价值;

④成果的可能性:课题的内容要有科学性，难易程度和工作量要适当，充分考虑到在一定时间内获得成果的可能性。

以上要求说明，毕业论文题目不是给定的，而是研究出来的，只有在对所研究领域的过去、现在的研究资料等信息进行全面把握、深入分析的基础上，才能够确立满足以上“四性”要求的选题，从而为完成高质量的毕业论文奠定坚实的基础。无论是结合导师已有科研任务的选题，还是自选课题，选题之前的“信息积累”与“发现问题”均是研究生所必须经历的过程，尽管导师已完成了以上过程，但导师并不能替代研究生，这就是研究生学习、研究的独立性要求。

2 开题报告的内容与撰写要求

开题报告的内容一般包括：题目、立论依据(毕业论文选题的目的与意义、国内外研究现状)、研究方案(研究目标、研究内容、研究方法、研究过程、拟解决的关键问题及创新点)、条件分析(仪器设备、协作单位及分工、人员配置)等。

2.1 开题报告——毕业论文题目

题目是毕业论文中心思想的高度概括，要求:

①准确、规范。要将研究的问题准确地概括出来，反映出研究的深度和广度，反映出研究的性质，反映出实验研究的基本要求——处理因素、受试对象及实验效应等。用词造句要科学、规范。

②简洁。要用尽可能少的文字表达，一般不得超过20个汉字。

2.2 开题报告——毕业设计立论依据

开题报告中要考虑：

① 毕业论文的选题目的与意义，即回答为什么要研究，交代研究的价值及需要背景。一般先谈现实需要——由存在的问题导出研究的实际意义，然后再谈理论及学术价值，要求具体、客观，且具有针对性，注重资料分析基础，注重时代、地区或单位发展的需要，切忌空洞无物的口号。

② 国内外研究现状，即文献综述，要以查阅文献为前提，所查阅的文献应与研究问题相关，但又不能过于局限。与问题无关则流散无穷;过于局限又违背了学科交叉、渗透原则，使视野狭隘，思维窒息。所谓综述的“综”即综合，综合某一学科领域在一定时期内的研究概况;“述”更多的并不是叙述，而是评述与述评，即要有作者自己的独特见解。要注重分析研究，善于发现问题，突出选题在当前研究中的位置、优势及突破点;要摒弃偏见，不引用与导师及本人观点相悖的观点是一个明显的错误。综述的对象，除观点外，还可以是材料与方法等。

和客户多聊聊，注意沟通的技巧

当客户来找你说明想法的时候，给他泡上一杯茶，和他好好聊聊。多问客户一些问题，比如他们想要什么颜色，他们的目标消费者是谁，他们的目标市场是什么，他们想要的风格是什么?这些问题能够帮助你对自己的工作形成更为具体、准确的认识。

在你发觉自己的设计创意比客户想法更好的时候，先不要着急动手进行设计，你应该思考一下如何说服客户。这不仅能够让你避免因推倒重做而造成的时间浪费，因为客户总是希望自己的想法得到尊重和落实，而且也能为你自己争取设计的自由空间。

一些细微的措辞变化就能使结果截然不同，对客户的想法不要吝惜赞美之词，多以肯定的形式进行引导。让客户在讨论过程中感觉良好，从而更容易接受不同的观点，并最终接受改变。

积极寻找灵感

首先清除任何否定自己无法做到的想法，你可以上网搜索相关的设计案例。但请记住，千万不要窃取别人的作品，这相当于犯罪。你需要的是从这些相似作品中获得灵感。

然后你可以把获得的灵感告诉客户，确认他们的想法。哪种设计他们会喜欢或讨厌?接下来的工作就会顺畅很多，客户所给的反馈将有助你设计出独特的、富有创意的作品，同时也是客户所喜欢的。

商量、影响、妥协

首先和你的客户坐下来商量他们的想法。你心里清楚哪些地方是行不通的，哪些地方可以做的更好。决定权掌握在你手中，你可以选择迎合客户而抹杀自己的创意，你也可以选择通过沟通让客户接受你的想法。后者的成功与否取决于你能否巧妙运用措辞以及注意沟通技巧。

然后，你需要让自己的想法慢慢影响客户。必须使客户觉得你始终在按照他们的原始要求进行设计，你并不是完全否定他们的想法。这点至关重要，因为客户永远不会乐意看到自己的最初想法被改得面目全非。

最后，有时候需要作出适当的妥协。在很多情况下，让创意妥协于客户要求在所难免。尽管有些无奈，但毕竟是客户决定是否接受你的作品，客户也只有在对结果满意之后才会为你的努力支付酬劳。
