英文补充协议变更的起草

一般来说对于合同的小修改，没有必要重新签订合同，重新签订都是费时费力，也没有必要，所以都用补充协议对原合同进行修改。如果对合同改变重大的话，比如对方想换个姊妹公司来签合同，或者合同条款有多处重大变更，可以说从根本上改变了合同的内容，都可以重新签订合同的。重新签订合同有两种方式。一种是交出所有原合同的原件，然后废除，撕毁都可以，然后再签订新合同；如果对合同原件到底有多少份不清楚的话，保险起见可以先起草一个对原合同的终止协议，然后再签新合同。当然如果为了做到天衣无缝，两个合同之间权责无缝转移的话，我自己使用过这种模式，不用撕毁原合同或者起草终止协议，先在新合同中写终止原合同，一般写新合同生效后原合同立即终止，在新合同未生效前原合同保持有效。然后在新合同上盖上三种章，第一种是原合同的对方的章，第二种是新合同的对方的章，第三种是我方的章，这样操作有个缺点是财务看见合同上有三个章，如果她们不看合同内容的话，有时候容易混淆合同内容。

言归正传，给大家分享一个我起草的比较简单的补充协议。

忘了给大家说了，之前跟一位做国际工程的朋友讨论补充协议和变更怎么翻译，我倾向于合同变更翻译为amendment, 补充协议翻译为addendum.不知道大家什麽意见？不过我自己一般都是不加区分的用amendment的。

职场中如何学会艺术地道歉

道歉并不简单，如果说有什么原则可以参考的话，那么就是有效沟通的原则。

上司是否应该道歉，答案是惟一的——当然！只不过，很多上司可能并没意识到，道歉也是门学问呢。如果可以真诚、适时、适度地表达歉意，不仅可以体现个人的素养，更可以对下属起到一定的激励作用。假装没在意或者走坚持不道歉的强硬路线，不仅无助于保住作为上司的威信，效果还适得其反，而倘若还找借口搪塞，就只剩下遭受鄙视了。

一句话：上司大可不必回避过失，相反，坦然道歉并即时改正才算领悟了领导力的精髓。

那么，到底该如何去道歉呢？

如何开口第一句

道歉需要及时。这正如沟通和反馈的原则一样，及时与否，效果将大相径庭。如果有些客观因素导致不适合在当下道歉，那么也不宜将时间拖得过久，最晚不要超过一周。否则，一旦对方心中的积怨已深，那么你的道歉效果将会大打折扣。但如果双方都在气头上，立刻道歉的效果也好不到哪里去。在冷静过后的第一时间道歉，才是最为理想的选择。

通常情况下，道歉时第一句话最难以说出口。可以试着用这样的句式：“刚才的事情是我的态度不好，让你受委屈了，我真诚地向你道歉……”在你的道歉中，要包含有几个元素：第一，勇于承认自己的过失，不找借口；第二，认同对方的情绪，因为认同感会起到缓解“疼痛”的作用；第三，真诚的道歉后，试着给出补救办法。

同时，上司的态度很重要，如果一副“我都向你道歉了，你还想怎样”的态度，那么下属反而会更反感上司的行为，心想“你何必在这儿装？”态度，决定了道歉的效果，哪怕仅仅一句“我很抱歉……”

如何选择道歉方式

在道歉方式的选择上，要根据错误产生的原因，以及涉及的范围和严重程度，来采取不同的方式。比如：如果错误对工作造成了一定的影响，那么比较适合在会议这样的公开场合上进行道歉。这不仅有助于表达上司实事求是的工作态度，化解与下属的矛盾，还有利于团队价值观的强化，以及弥补和推进工作的进展。

而对于一些属于私人之间的摩擦，比如：因为某种态度、用词不妥、沟通不畅而导致的误会，可以适当选择电话或e-mail的方式进行沟通，或者是私下里进行面对面的交流也会效果不错。尤其对于行事低调和内敛的上司来说，在私下的空间，能让双方在较平静的状态下进行沟通。这样既不会在公众面前张扬和放大上下级之间的恩怨，也会使上司和员工之间的私人感情慢慢滋养起来。

道歉有时不仅是一种认错的表现，更是一种对对方感受的尊重。即使上司没有实质性的错误，但只是让对方感觉到受到了打击或产生其他负面影响，上司也应该负起安抚员工情绪的义务。毕竟，这也是一个与员工之间增进沟通和理解的契机。

小心道歉“后遗症”

well ,in my spare time ,i like basketball, tennis and chinese chess. also english is my favorate.i often go to english corner to practise my oral english on every thursday,and write compositions to improve my witten ability .but i know my english is not good enough ,i will continue studying.
