在卫校的第四年是我们到医院实习的时间，基本上一年都是呆在医院里学习。再这里我熟练我的护理操作技术，把理论和实践结合在一起，在带教老师的指导下用我全副的耐心和爱心护理病人，使病人得到良好的照顾，早日康复。到医院实习认识到许多也是学习护理的同学,也就增加了与其他同学交流和向其学习的机会,锻炼了自己的交际能力,学到别人的长处,认清自己的短处.所以我喜欢实习。虽然有时会感到累些,但乐此不彼.

我个人认为自己最大的缺点就是喜欢一心两用甚至多用.急功近利,喜欢一口气学许多东西,但是贪多嚼不烂,即使最后都能学会,也已经搞得自己很疲劳.如今想想,这样其实并不好,正所谓,贵在精而不在广.如果我一段时期内专注于一种学问,不求博但求精,相信一定能更深刻的理解并掌握这门知识.自从我发现自己有这个缺点和问题后,我常常警戒自己,步入社会后也不能一心两用.

通过四年卫校生活,学到了很多知识,更重要的是掌握了护理操作技术.思想变成熟了许多,性格更坚毅了.认识了许多同学和老师,建立起友谊,并在与他们的交往中提升了自身素质,认清了自身的一些短处并尽力改正。

记得席慕容在她的一篇文章里写道“有些深印在生命里的记忆，却是不容我随意增减，也不容我退让迁就的，哪怕只是一棵小小的花树。”对于家的记忆最有感触的就是家门前的花花草草了，父亲是一个喜欢自己把弄些花草的人，我有空闲时也会去照看下，看着那兰花渐渐冒出了头的感觉是那样的妙不可言。
