一、 所教班级学生基本情况分析：

由于在小学英语课并未受到足够的重视，本届初一新生在写的技能方面基本上没有得到过训练，连音标和字母的拼读都没有掌握好。经过上个周的英语课的教授，大部分学生的基础知识得到了加强，学习态度也有所好转。但是学生整体的惰性还是很强，自觉性较差。

另外，学生在情感态度，学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的，没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯，不能做好课前预习课后复习，学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累。

二、 奋斗目标：

钻研新课标，提高教学水平，真正做到教学相长，努力达到学校规定的教学指标。

三、 具体措施：

1、坚持听说领先，读写跟随上的原则

在任何语言中，听都是第一位的。没有听就没有说。听是信息的输入，有了足够量的信息输入才能有信息的输出。教师的任务就是要通过大量语言信息输入，使之内化为学习者的一种能力。听的能力包括听得见、听得懂、听得准。听是目的，也是手段，不听，不会听，谈不到会说。新编初中英语教材强调语言的功能，重视听说。听什么呢?一是听教师讲;二是听英语录音带;三是听同学讲。学习新语言项目总是先闻其声再见其形。教师在课堂上努力营造英语氛围，尽量用英语组织教学，课前，值日生做英语值日报告;有新生转来时，让其用英语自我介绍以训练听说。说依赖于听，就还应从模仿开始，先模仿老师，模仿录音，然后同学间学说，最终达到脱口而说，自然流畅。

过了听说这一关，读写就容易了，学生打开书，看到文字有一个“我会了”的感觉，稍加训练，就会琅琅上口，再拼写几遍，“写”的任务就完成了。

现在初一学生基本上能听懂教师的课堂用语、简单的日常用语、听懂与课文内容相当的录音，还经常用英语打招呼，询问情况。

2、以活动为主线，以交际为中心

我们为什么要学英语?我想最直接的目的只有一个：为交际。用英语交流信息、交流思想，或是口头的，或是书面的。而传统的英语教学重语言结构，轻其功能，重语法知识的分析，轻学生能力的培养，现代英语教学不仅要教会学生这种语言而且还要教会他们如何使用语言进行交际，尤其是口头交际。口头着陆能力怎样培养呢?

1)教师在课堂上提出的问题一般要有“信息差”，有了“信息差”学生才会有真实的信息反馈。例如：How are you? Whats the weather like today? 等。

2)对话教学一般都由二人或多人操练，待熟练之后，让学生根据实际有创造性的表演，真正体现课堂交际化。

3)以活动促交际，让学生“动”起来，让课堂“活”起来，少年儿童模仿能力强，好动、善表现，教师要抓住这一特点组织好活动，培养交际能力。一个动词可以用动作表示，名词、形容词，包括一个句子若配以相应的动作，就会使语言更加直观、形象，学生乐学易记。如：Look! This is my friend Li Lei. He is twelve. He likes playing football.在活动中学生学到“活”的语言。

3、加大读的份量，培养语感

中学英语教学大纲要求学生听、说、读、写四会并举，然而在强大的母语重重包围之中，听说英语的机会毕竟有限。尤其是学生走向社会之后，我想读应成为英语学习的主旋律。课本要读，课堂练习也要读。书面作业要求学生边写边读，鼓励放声朗读。读，可以增强语感，扩大知识面，了解英语国家的文化。为此，本学期我们还给学生订了一套初中英语阅读，学生十分感兴趣，爱不释手。今后还将补充其它新闻记者材料。中有当学生能用英语看懂浅易的文章，他们才会真正体味到学习的乐趣，领会到英语的美妙之处。

4、课后做好不同层次学生的辅导工作。

尤其要关心后进生，厚爱特困生，积极投入到爱心帮扶活动中去。要重兴趣、重方法、求稳定、求实效，避免出现大批掉队和过早分化现象。对英语学习水平不同的学生，要做好“培优补差”。在上好课的同时，我们全备课组教师也积极参加各种教科研活动，从而不断提升自己的专业素养。

1.多听、多看、多想、多做、少说

要知道自己是否能胜任这份工作，关键在于你自己对待工作的态度。态度对了，即使自己以前没有学过的专业知识，也是可以在工作中逐渐掌握的。态度不好，就算自己有基础也不可能吧工作做好的。比如我刚到一些岗位工作，根本不清楚该做些什么，并且这和我在学校读的专业并没有太大的联系，刚开始我觉得很头疼，可是经过工作中不断的学习，多看别人怎么做，多听别人怎么说，多想自己又该怎么去做，然后自己亲自动手实践。终于在短短几天对工作有了系统的认知，慢慢的自己也可以完成相关的工作了，这光靠嘴巴说是不行的。所以我今后干什么都要端正自己的态度，才能把事请干到最好。

2.少埋怨

在条件艰苦的地方实习，也许有的人会觉得这里不好、哪里不好的，同事的相处工作也不如愿，经常埋怨，这样只会影响自己的工作情绪。不但做不好工作，还增加自己的压力。所以，我们应该少埋怨，要看到好的一面，对存在的问题应该想办法去解决而不是去埋怨，这样才能保持工作的激情

小班小小班的英语尤为重要，因为对于孩子3-6岁是语言学习的关键期，只要方法的当，孩子们不会象我们想象的那样对英语恐惧，反而面对一种新生语言，他们非常的好奇，学会了就非常乐意的表达。所以小班要努力培养幼儿的兴趣，提高幼儿对英语的感知能力。

B 英语视听环境的创造对幼儿英语表达能力的促进。

而顺利完成各年龄段的目标，需要的不仅仅是努力，更是我们有效的方法和正确的引导方式，我们可能都是英语的大学生，又通过了四六级的考试等等，但一方面我们已经捡不起大学的水平，另一方面，我们需要更多的新的方法和技巧来填充我们的英语教育， 所以，我们迫切的需要成长，需要提高，那如何提高呢?

时光匆匆，转眼间，大学三年的美丽时光就快结束了，三年的大学生活使我成长，成熟，成为有用之材。

一、学情分析：

我担任高一历史科教学。学生基础差，底子薄，且各科成绩发展不平衡。但是经过分科以后，学生明确了学习目的，端正了学习态度，学习的主动性大为增强，学习风气较好。80%以上的同学对历史学习兴趣浓厚，能积极主动的复习和研究课本，参与探求和讨论相关的历史人物和历史事件。辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义观点正在逐步形成。相信经过本学期师生的共同努力，学生的历史学科成绩将会有一个整体的提高。

二、课程目标：

1、知识与能力目标：在义务教育的基础上，进一步认识历史发展进程中的重大历史问题，包括重要的历史人物、历史事件、历史现象和历史发展的基本脉络。在掌握基本历史知识的过程中，进一步提高阅读和通过多种途径获取历史信息的能力;通过对历史事实的分析、综合、比较、归纳、概括等认知活动，培养历史思维和解决问题的能力。

2、过程与方法目标：进一步认识历史学习的一般过程。感知历史、积累历史、理解历史与现实和主动参与的过程。掌握历史学习的基本方法。学习历史唯物主义的基本观点和方法，论从史出，史论结合;注重探究学习，善于从不同的角度发现问题，积极探索解决问题的方法，养成独立思考的学习习惯，能对所学内容进行较为全面的比较、概括和阐释;学会同他人合作学习和交流。

1、深入钻研新课程教材，依据历史课程目标，针对学校和学生的实际，精心地设计历史教学课堂。在集体研究的基础上备大纲、备教材、备学生、备教法。

2、认真教好每一堂课。上课是整个教学的中心环节，灵活安排必修课和选修课的教学顺序，把创新教育和素质教育引入课堂，采用问题教学法和讨论法，激励学生的学习，激活学生思维。同时重视基础知识，搞好学科内专题研究。在教学过程中，构建知识体系，注重知识迁移，培养对历史事实的分析、综合、比较、归纳、概括等能力和历史思维能力。

3、关爱学生，以情动人，耐心辅导每一个学生，认真批阅学生的每一次作业。搞好对学生的学习评价，及时反馈教学，同时促进学生的全面发展。

4、采用“情境教学”，精心设计多媒体课件，调动学生学习历史的积极性，在愉快中学到知识。相互配合学校进行综合知识竞赛，开辟第二课堂，拓宽学生视野，培养学生能力，提高学生综合素质，以应对高考的挑战。

5、结合实际，开辟第二课堂。本学期要求学生进行适量的课外阅读和历史调查活动，收集相关史料，撰写历史习作和制作历史课件等。重点培养学生的历史思维能力、语言文字表达能力、收集和处理信息的能力，同时培养学生的动手和动脑的综合能力，逐步形成历史唯物主义和辩证唯物主义观点。
