3、胜任年级学科组长工作，能够协调好领导和老师之间、老师和老师之间、老师和学生之间、老师和家长之间的关系，做到团结协作，搞好本年级的学科教学工作。

5、尽管我是从教多年的英语教师，有着一定的工作经验和成绩，但我绝不会满足于已经取得的微薄成绩，我会竭尽全力把学生教好，把英语教学搞好。

综上所述，本人符合竟聘中学英语教师岗位所具备的条件和素质，故向各位评委和老师提出申请。

如果我能够竟聘上这个岗位，我打算从以下几个方面改进自已的教学工作，提高自已的教学水平。

a)更加科学规范地做好日常教学工作，认真落实教学常规工作，确保教学质量稳中有升。做一个学习型的教师.在工作中不断完善自我，充实自我;拓宽自己的知识面，早日使自己的教学再上一个新的台阶.

b)顺应教学改革方向，积极参加教学改革，做教育教学的有心人。以人为本，因材施教，根据不同学生的不同特点，采取不同的教学方法;关注全体，关注差异，教他们学会学习，学会做人。根据英语学科的特点，我打算开展“任务型教学”实验活动，把学习者个人的生活经历作为课堂学习的主要资源，力图将课堂内的语言学习与课堂外的语言活动结合起来。每上一节课，我会突出“八个抓八个不”：一、抓听讲集中，不能过于松散无束;二、抓讨论合作的效果，不能流于教学形式;三、抓发言与质量，不能让课堂死气沉沉;四、抓作业书写规范与作业按时完成，不能轻易放纵学生;五、抓自学指导与训练，不能让学生连读书都不会;六、抓教学难点与重点，不能使教学走过程;七、抓有意注意和无意注意，不能过张或过驰;八、抓暂差生辅导与补差，结合学生自身实际情况做到因材施教，不能让他们失去学习的兴趣。

c)结合英语学科特点和学生实际情况，配合学校的校本教研，设计并开展丰富多采的英语实践活动，进一步拓展学生的视野，培养学生各方面能力。

d)、加强个人修养，练好基本功。进一步树立自已强烈的事业心和责任感，加强自已的工作能力和工作艺术，顾全大局，维护学校良好形象，努力调动学生的学习积极性，提高教学质量，力争在教学中体现实力，在工作中保持动力，在学生和老师的交往中凝聚合力。

A. 好吧，今天我们给大家带来的是在说英语的国家常用的十种手势。

B. One, cash：右手的大拇指.食指和中指在空中捏在一起或在另一只手上作出写字的样子，这是表示在饭馆要付帐的手势。

A. Two, use your brain: 用手指点点自己的太阳穴,就表示要动动脑筋。

B. Three, fool: 用大拇指按住鼻尖摇动其余四指，或十个手指分开。也常常用食指对着太阳穴转动，同时吐出舌头，表示所谈到的人是个痴呆傻瓜。 A. Four, lying: 讲话时，无意识地将一食指放在鼻子下面或鼻子边时，表示别人一定会理解为讲话人讲的不是真话难以置信。 B. Five, agreement: 向上翘起拇指,则表示赞同。

A. Six, congratulation：双手在身前嘴部高度相搓的动作表示对别人的祝贺。

B. Seven, thats all：两臂在腰部交叉，然后再向下，向身体两侧伸出,这个动作表示没有希望了，完了。

A. Eight, shame：双臂伸直，向下交叉，两掌反握，同时脸转向一侧,这是一个表达害羞 的动作。

B. Nine, greeting：英语国家的人在路上打招呼，常常要拿帽子表示致意。现一般已简化为抬一下帽子，甚至只是摸一下帽沿。

A. Ten, pity：头摇来摇去，同里嘴里发出咂咂之声，嘴里还说thats too bad.或sorry to hear it. 这是英语国家的人表达怜悯和同情的方式 A.B：同学们，今天我们教给大家的十种手势是不是都会用了呢,那么就让我们行动起来吧。
