2.2  甲方持有的发明创造技术的完成情况以及发明人、权利人的基本情况：（明确该发明创造技术的发明过程、完成情况，发明人基本情况、权利人基本情况及有关证明材料等）

2.3  甲方同意将该发明创造技术的专利申请权转让给乙方，并且应转让与实施该发明创造技术有关的其他技术，保证乙方能够最充分地利用该技术以达到合同约定的预期效果。

2.4  本合同订立前，甲方已许可如下单位实施该发明创造技术，（列举甲方许可使用该技术的单位名称、许可实施范围、实施期限等内容）

2.5  在本合同生效后，甲方应立即停止实施该发明创造技术，并且不得将该发明创造技术再许可、转让给任何第三方使用。

2.6  甲乙双方订立的专利申请权转让合同的生效，并不影响在合同生效前甲方与其他方订立的有关合同的效力。甲方在这些合同中的权利义务关系（应由甲方承担的债权、债务关系除外），在专利申请权转让合同生效后，由乙方承担。

I am applying for admission to the Ph.D. program in Electrical and ComputerEngineering， at the University of California， Berkeley. I present my researchexperience and study objectives in this statement of purpose. I would like tobuild on my solid education and experience as an engineer for a Ph. 经过友好协商，甲乙双方就乙方委托甲方协助办理澳大利亚留学签证有关事宜，达成如下协议：_______

一、 甲方职责：_______

8、 乙方如未获得澳洲使馆签证，甲方负责向乙方退还应退款项(具体退款原则及规定见本合同"退款规定"部分)。

二、 乙方职责：

1、 乙方根据甲方要求, 提供真实的材料，在办理各项相关手续时与甲方积极配合：如使馆要

求面试，应经过甲方培训后赴使馆接受面试;

2、 乙方负责根据本合同书付费条款，按时向甲方付清所有款项;

3、 乙方应根据国家出入境管理部门的规定及时办理护照，并按澳洲使馆规定及时将签证申

请材料交给甲方，确保及时去澳洲使馆申办签证;

4 乙方应向校方交纳澳洲院校学费押金(依照录取通知书的要求);

5 乙方如果被拒签，凭澳洲使/领馆的拒签通知书、交款收据、合同书原件及大使馆退还的

文件，按本协议退款规定，向甲方办理退款手

续。

三、 乙方付款标准及程序：_______

1、乙方未能获得使馆签证(经过2次努力)，则甲方将咨询服务费中扣除工本费的人民币

2、发生以下情况时，乙方所交甲方各项费用将不予退还;

1)在委托签证申请服务过程中尚未结束时，乙方因个人原因单方面提出终止本合同;

2)隐瞒拒签史或提供假材料被澳洲大使馆发现拒签的;

3)获得签证后，没有如期到申请的澳洲院校报到。
