四、教学措施

(一)会话教学(Lets talk / Lets play)

本教材的会话部分设计了各种真实自然的情景，并以连环画的形式出现。其目的在于分散教学难点，循序渐进，便于表演。四年级儿童的特征就是爱玩，好表现自己。因此，用表演和游戏的形式来进行交流，学习语言、运用语言是最恰当的。在会话教学中，教师应注意以下几点：

1.融会话教学于情景表演之中(Lets talk)，师生一起在表演中教，在表演中练，在交际活动中用，而不要将会话教学变成跟老师念，跟录音读，集体、小组、个人读的枯燥无味的形式。在会话表演中，教师的角色既是导演，又是演员。

需要更加强调的是每单元都有两组句子在四线格中以手写体呈现，为学生提供了正确的书写规范。教师在指导学生书写句子时不可忽略而过也无需太烦琐，强调以下三点即可：

①句子打头单词的第一个字母要大写;

②句子末尾要加标点。需要特别指出的是英语中的句号为实心点，汉语中的句号是空心小圈;

③句子当中的单词间距约为一个字母宽。

教师批改作业时要仔细检查学生的书写是否规范，要逐渐培养他们良好的书写习惯。

教师在引导学生听、说、读、写各单元四会掌握句子时需要着重强调复数结构，这是本册学生用书的学习重点。教师应鼓励学生替换句型中的关键词语造新句，以达到灵活运用熟练掌握的目的，为五、六年级集中学习组句做好准备。

在大学期间，我们主要学习了：C语言不但是我最先接触的计算机语言，也是我学的最好的语言，还获得了全届第二名;虽然SQL server是我们学过的唯一的大型数据库其它的还有access和Delphi自带的数据库;静态网页开发，javascript，asp，Web数据库开发是我们学过的网页开发技术这些也是我喜欢的课程因为也是设计的，感觉跟做出一个程序有一样的快感。Delphi， java，vb。net(另外还有PHOTSHOP，3D MAX，AUTO CAD等一些处理工具，English，自学了C++)。我非常喜欢软件开发，希望以后能在这方面发展，因为我觉得每当做出什么东西时，会有一种像创造了生命一样的感觉，我非常喜欢这种感觉，所以，在学习这些语言的过程中能够非常快的了解它们的含义。

有些玉天生就是一件艺术品，有些稍微处理一下也是件艺术品，而有些呢则要经过很久的加工。虽然我的工作经验不是很多，但就像质和量一样我注重的是质而不是量，因为我认为一件好的作品远胜过十件劣质作品。就像我经历过的一样，不是每次都获得一样的经验，而是每次都有新的发现让我改变了很多错误的观点。

毕业从事软件开发期间，我经常听到其它同行说他们客户的需求又要变啦。而且当时在做需求分析的时候，客户没有提出，等差未几做好时提出。假如要修改，而当时在设计数据库的时候没有考虑这个题目，修改数据库又要耗掉大量时间，增加开发本钱。假如不修改，项目又完成不了，无法收钱。

又或者软件在使用了一段时间，在使用一些查询功能的时，反应好慢。随着数据越录越多，这些查询功能就会越慢，假如要解决这个题目，一定需要修改数据库。而要修改数据库，对于软件开发来说，是十分痛苦的。

这些社会经验再加上我个人吃苦耐劳、为人诚恳、勤奋刻苦、集体观念强、具有团队协作精神、创新意识，我会很快适应新的工作环境、并且会快胜任这份工作，真诚的希望我们能共同携手创造公司美好的未来。
