一、指导思想

国家《英语课程标准》明确指出：提倡任务型教学模式，把综合语言运用能力的培养落实在教学过程中，倡导体验、实践、参与、交流和合作的学习方式，实现任务的目标，感受成功，强调学生能用英语做事情。

二、学生情况

本学期我继续任教四年级两个教学班，由于班级人数比较多，虽然我运用了多种办法，兢兢业业，但是四年级各班还都存在差生面的问题。由于各班人数比较多，对教师课堂上的操练和课后的培优辅差都带来了一定的难度。然而，学生对英语的学习还是存在很大的兴趣。作为教师，我们可以抓住这一点，调动学生的积极性，活跃课堂、才能有效率地完成教学任务。教师除了要培养学生的“四会”能力外，还要注意对学生的综合运用英语的能力的培养。特别是那些学有余力的学生，教师还要对他们的思维能力、分析能力和理解能力进行更高层次的提高。

三、教材分析

>第八册共有10个模块。在各模块有两个单元，每单元设计了以下几个部分：首先是listen ，point and find“I want…”。在这部分学生会看到本单元的基本故事，书中的小朋友在用英语互相交流。学生要认真听，认真看，理解他们在干些什么，说些什么，然后努力去学着说。然后是Listen and say。这部分是对重点句型的练习与巩固。接着是practise。这部分设计了一些课堂活动。学生可以按照书中的范例，运用前面学到的表达方法进行交流，进一步巩固和提高用英语听、说、做、玩、演的技能。第二单元专门设计了listen and say. then sing。在这里，同学们可以结合本单元的内容，唱一唱，说一说，玩一玩，做一做，动动脑筋，使英语学习成为一件快乐的事情。

这学期的教学内容，在继续培养学生的听、说、写的基础上，继续侧重学生阅读理解方面的能力，同时也继续要求学生在写能力方面进行要求，引导学生写出简单的小短文。比如书信，海报等。继续对出现在每一个模块中的语法点进行形象的，生动的讲解。做好小学阶段的复习工作。在复习阶段，应该注意区别优秀生和学困生，加大练习量，让学困生吃饱的同时，优秀生吃好，复习中提高学生的口头表达和复习重点： 复习框架如下：

1、 单词复习：总结归纳三年级上册至六年级下册的单词，分为水果、蔬菜、颜色等二十七个版块，根据内容的多少，平均每天复习两个版块，循环式复习。

2、语法串讲：在语法串讲中，重点讲一下学生易混淆的一般现在时、现在进行时、一般过去式，通过试题训练让学生对于英语中的时态又更深层的了解。

3、试题练习：只有理论学习而无实践不利于学生的掌握，精选几套会考试题让学生进行练习，通过做题找出学生容易出错或难理解的题反复练习、讲解让大部分学生真正能掌握。

五 教学方法

1.提倡任务型教学，让学生学以致用。在教学中，根据教学内容为学生设计一些贴近学生学习和生活实际的任务，培养学生对语言的支配感;鼓励学生们将语言看作是工具，而不是最终的产品，让学生们将注意力集中到充满合作和竞争意识的活动中，通过思考、调查、讨论、交流等方式或者运用他们所能的语言(模仿、动作、关键词、图画等)来交际解决问题、完成任务并汇报结果，从而达到“用英语做事情”的目的。

2.尽可能为学生学习语言创造情境。利用图片、模型、实物、简笔画等教具，利用自己的手势、动作、表情等体态，利用CAI课件、录音、录像等现代教学设备，使英语教学变得生动、形象，为英语教学提供各种教学语境和真实的交际场合，营造英语交际情境和气氛。

3.实施趣味性教学，精心设计游戏、竞赛、猜谜、音乐、诗歌、扮演角色等活动，使教学情趣化，给学生以愉快的情绪体验，充分调动学生的积极性，促使学生向着目标不断进取。

六.学困生转化措施

“学困生”的转化教育教学工作者所面临的一个十分重要的课题，无论是多么优秀的班级，都会存在“学困生”，英语课堂亦是如此，因此，做好学困生的转化工作，其意义是非常深远的。作为一名教师，要以一颗平常心去看待他们，用真诚的爱心去理解、关心他们，用无比的耐心去帮助他们，从而使他们的学习不断的提高。

经过观察和分析，我总结出原因主要有以下几点：

(一) 学习目的不明确

英语学习受不稳定的情绪支配，学习热情冷热无常，久而久之，就形成了英语学习中的学困生。

(二)学习基础不扎实

学困生在小学启蒙阶段没有得到良好的教育，基础不扎实，思维不活跃，接受能力差，从而影响了其以后的英语学习。

(三) 学习习惯和学习方法不当

学困生大多缺乏良好的学习习惯和科学的学习方法，学习不主动，课堂上不能全身心的投入。

(四) 受家庭环境的影响

没有良好的家庭环境，缺乏家长的正确引导也是形成学困生的一个重要的原因。

因此，作为教师就要考虑到学生之间的差异，根据他们个人的具体水平情况，尽量使每个学生在课堂上都有收获。

2. 在学校的时候，老师总是教育我们：大学不比高中初中，需要老师的管制，大学期间讲究的就是一种自学能力，要学会自觉，凡事要靠自己的独立，到了我自己真正成为一名工作职员的时候才明白老师的良苦用心，由于出单员一职，大部分时间是在给客户办理车险手续，然后就是月底盘点的时候工作量稍微大点，有点繁忙，但这些工作几乎和我所学的专业知识毫无关联。刚开始的时候由于是一个新手，做的工作也就仅限于一些简单的，主要是将保户或保险代理人提供的保险单信息录入到保险公司专门的业务程序中去,没有太大的难度,然后将保险单提交核保员,当核保员将保单核对并提交回出单员时,出单员按规定打印保险单证等.

大多数时候还是需要自己去摸索怎样做，师傅不可能整天跟在你的身边教你，尤其在这个信息爆炸的时代，知识更新太快，靠原有的一点知识肯定是不行的的。所以必须在工作中勤于动手慢慢琢磨，不断学习不断积累。遇到不懂的地方，自己先想方设法解决，实在不行可以虚心请教他人，而没有自学能力的人迟早要被企业和社会所淘汰。因此一个人的自学能力也是相当重要的。

就算再冷再差的天气，只要不是周末，都得去上班，有时候公司业务繁忙，晚上或周末得加班，那留给个人支配的时间更少。我们必须克制自己，不能随心所欲地不想上班就不来，而在学校可以睡睡懒觉，实在不想上课的时候可以逃课，自由许多。每日重复单调繁琐的工作，时间久了容易厌倦。象我就是每天坐着面对着电脑打打字，做做账都显得枯燥乏味。但是工作简单也不能马虎，你一个小小的错误可能会给公司带来巨大的麻烦或损失，还是得认真完成。一直以来，我们都是依靠父母的收入，而有些人则是大手大脚的花钱。也许工作以后，我们才能体会父母挣钱的来之不易。而且要开始有意识地培养自己的理财能力，一不留神可能就入不敷出成为“月光一族”，但此时我们再也不好意思伸手向父母要，因此很多时候我们要合理支配我们手中的这笔少的可怜的钱。

我目前的工作，相比其他人来说待遇挺不错的了，也不是和其他人比，现在熟练了也习惯了，工作起来也就相对不是很难，很容易进入工作，关键是学习对人怎么说话、态度及其处事。由于经验少，我现在这方面还有欠缺。现在才明白，在校做一名学生，是多么的好啊!早晚要工作，早晚要步入社会，早晚要面对这些避免不了的事。所以，现在我很珍惜学习的机会，多学一点总比没有学的好，花同样的时间，还不如多学，对以后择业会有很大的帮助。有时候和同事们在一起思想多少受他们的影响，觉得读书还真是没用啊，在内心嘲笑自己竟然还不如一个初高中生，不过我还是不后悔。现在心里上没有什么额外的不必要的压力，可以好好工作，学习。先就业，后择业。我现在要好好锻炼自己。再好好学习，之后相信自己通过努力一定会找个好工作，别的没有什么奢求的，现在当然是要把磨练自己放在第一位，更何况现在的待遇还不错。在这一个多月中，我学到了一些在学校学不到的东西，即使都明白的事，可是刚开始有时还做不好。现在做事，不仅要持有需心求教的态度，还要懂得取长补短，最重要的一点就是“忍”了也就是坚持不懈。现在，我工作的时间虽然不久，可是我发现自己真的变了点，会比以前为人处事了。

4. 人生难免会遇到挫折，没有经历过失败的人生不是完整的人生。在出单员这个职位上，技术性的劳动并不多，大多是些琐碎重复的工作，因而出单员在工作中所会遇到的挫折主要可能发生在：⑴.对琐碎重复的工作感到怨烦;⑵.针对出单员这个职位的特点，受到挫折时，不妨从调整心态来舒解压力，面对挫折。古人曾经有云：“天降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，增益其所不能。” 遇到挫折时应进行冷静分析，从客观、主观、目标、环境、条件等方面，找出受挫的原因，采取有效的补救措施。树立一个辩证的挫折观，经常保持自信和乐观的态度，要认识到正是挫折和教训才使我们变得聪明和成熟，正是失败本身才最终造就了成功。学会自我宽慰，能容忍挫折，要心怀坦荡，情绪乐观，发奋图强。善于化压力为动力，改变内心的压抑状态，以求身心的轻松，重新争取成功。

五、实习总结

其实，实习真正的是我们自己的事情，而不是学校、家长或是社会强加给我们的一个任务，它有助于我们认识自己，把握自己和在以后更好的塑造自己。而且，实习也是我们在在校期间接触社会、认识社会的极好的机会，因为在这段时间里，我们虽然身处社会之中，但实际上却还是一名学生;虽然学习生活即将完结，但却不知道自己的所学应当如何付诸应用。所以，在这段时间里，我们更能发现自己的不足，找到学校与社会的种种不同以及方方面面的差异。从而，在剩下的时间里，更加完善的包装和塑造自己，为将来踏入社会作进一步的准备。 而社会，是一个错综复杂的混合体，绝然不同于学校，如果以为有再学校里学到的就足够了，那是致命的错误。所以，实习又不单单是一个检查的过程。

综上，实习是为将来打基础的重要阶段，不论什么人，什么学历，从事什么工作。如果少了实习这一环，那么在他真正踏入工作岗位的时候，适应期会变得很长，从而不能尽快地进入角色，甚至失去表现、展示自己的机会，错过好的机遇。 所以我们应当正视实习，好好的体会、经历实习，认识自我，达到事半功倍的效果。还有就是我的言语措辞交谈方面欠缺，在和人家客户交谈的时候不知道怎么应答，这需要给以长时间的锻炼，由于年轻气盛，受不了领导的气，做事冲动鲁莽，希望自己以后能够在做事方面慎重考虑，在做决定。

通过在职的加几个月里，我深感自己的不足，我会在以后的工作学习中更加努力，取长补短，需心求教。相信自己会在以后的工作中更加得心应手，表现更加出色!不管是在什么地方。

二、学情分析

四(3)班共有学生48人，其中男生24人，女生24人。四年级学生正处在儿童向少年过渡的时期，这个年龄段的孩子具有好奇、好活动、爱表现、善模仿等特点。他们喜欢新鲜事物，对陌生语言的好奇心能激起他们对外语的兴趣。他们喜欢引起别人的注意，重视老师的表扬，不怕犯错，很少有羞怯感。他们处在发育阶段，尚未定性，发音器官较成人的灵活，因此模仿外语的语音语调远比成年人容易。他们的记忆力好，形象思维好，但缺乏理性思维，逻辑思维不强。部分学生还未形成良好的学习习惯，课堂上时常出现不专心听讲，交头接耳，做小动作等现象。因此，应把培养学生良好的学习习惯作为提升学业成绩的前提来抓。

三、教材分析

本册教材共有6个新授单元，2个复习单元，内容涉及学校、时间、衣服、天气、购物、农场动物、数字、颜色等几个话题。其中每个新授单元均分为三大块，A部分包括Let’slearn，用来巩固单词的Let’s do，以Let’s learn所学词汇为主题的对话Let’s talk，以掌握单词、句子为主要目标的Read andwrite。B部分是对A部分内容的深化和拓展，二者一脉相承。C部分为选学内容，包括语音训练，歌曲教学、趣味故事教学等。2个复习单元是对前面三个单元知识的重组、整合和升华。
