2012新学期给孩子的一封信

亲爱的孩子们：

离别了56天之后，我们又要见面了。陆续接到爸爸妈妈电话咨询的时候，老师知道见你们的日子越来越近了。你们又长高了，也肯定更懂事了，一个暑假你们都在做什么呢？可以讲给老师听吗？想起又能听到你们叽叽喳喳的声音，老师的想念越来越真实。

那天因为奖学金的事我哭了，也很生气，我不知道你能否理解我当时的感受。我以前本没有对国家奖学金报过希望，突然之间被告之我被评上了，转眼之间又告诉我没了，请不要给了我希望，又让我失望。说到这儿，我不得不提那件事，就是关于上个学期你让我进办公室的事，同样的给了我希望，又让我失望，后来为什么不让我进了，一点理由我都不知道，我莫名其妙，难道我哪里做的不好吗?但是不管怎么样，我应该知道理由。

如果我家很富裕，我不会在乎那四千块钱，我爸爸因为我上大学的事愁的不行，学费可以贷款，生活费我可以打工，但是马上面临的电脑问题又是一个大难题，因为我弟弟也在学美术，你知道的，学美术花费很大，我上中专已经花去很多钱了，弟弟只比我小两岁，两个花钱的挨在一起，这个也要钱，那个也要，父母愁死了，刚知道得了奖学金那一刻，我首先想到的是电脑问题可以解决了，当后来没有我的时候，你不知道我当时是多么的难受，我哭并不是要博得别人的同情，不是为了让人可怜，那是实在控制不住。后来你说给我改成国家助学金，我拒绝了，因为名额有限，如果我评上了，我们班两名同学有一名就有可能失去，我不愿意让别人也尝试这种空欢喜一场的感觉，我也不做那样的事。

你说:"就算每门课都只有60分，只要英语过了就可以评。"英语，我中专时根本就没学过，高考前突击了两个月，考了60分，我真的没有那么多精力又去当好班长，又学好专业，又打工，再学好英语。第一学期英语勉强过了，第二学期51分，英语真的那么重要吗?真的是即使每门都考60分也有资格评上国家奖学金吗?文件上不是说"成绩特别优异者"吗?!

我不愿意和别人争什么，当了一年班长，我连个团课都没有上过，至于进学生会，别人让我进，我就进，好好干，如果不让我进了，我也不会求谁去让我进，我从来不愿麻烦别人，也不愿意求人，但是如果是应该我得到的东西，我是不会放弃的!

现在我已经想通了，我多辛苦点，多打几份工，自己挣钱!

学期中段，老师让我们点评《飞鸟集》。泰戈尔花了很长时间把人世的哲理和生活的情趣用一首首小诗编成一本《飞鸟集》留给了我们后人。翻开这本经典的书，“无垠的沙漠追求一叶绿草的爱，她笑着摇摇头走开了”、“我们欲望把彩虹借给那只不过是云雾的人生”……一条条为人处事的必备品，在一句句内涵丰富的话中透露出来。“不要以为峭壁是高的，就把爱情放在峭壁上”、“‘我相信你的爱’，让这句话成为我最后的话语吧”……生活中必不可少的“爱”也在《飞鸟集》中展现，这些可能对于我们来说很难读懂，这也是《飞鸟集》耐人寻味的魅力。通过像品茶一样细细地品《飞鸟集》，我体会到了语文的善。

而语文的美在哪里呢?每个月，我们班都有一次以小组为单位的文学展示活动，就如那次的“中秋咏月诗会”吧。精美的幻灯片，精彩的朗诵，精致的理解，精心的准备，各种各样的互动和千古流传的诗词让我无法忘记。“明月几时有?把酒问青天，不知天上宫阙，今夕是何年?……”同学带着悲伤的眼神中透露着对亲人的思念，乡愁就不由自主地升上心头。这首《水调歌头》我从四年级就开始背了，但是因为不懂什么意思，总是背得不熟，而知道了它所表达的思想感情后，它就深深地刻在了我心里。“无言独上西楼，月如钩。寂寞梧桐深院，锁清秋……”这是李煜的《相见欢》，我现在能信口背出，每当一个人孤孤单单的时候，弯月下寂静的西楼那片凄凄凉凉的场景便浮现在眼前。

一学期的语文，一学期的真善美，触动了我的心灵。语文现在对于我来说，不再是读背写的忍耐，而是真善美的触动。

语文像一轮明月，在漆黑的夜空给人美的享受;语文像一道彩虹，雨空过后给人善的抚慰;语文像一道流水，能洗尽虚假，映出真实。

万科物业办食堂，让人们对物业公司的创新职能产生了浓厚兴趣。

金陵晚报记者了解到，如今一些品牌房企的物业公司，还做起了房产中介、保姆培训、打理花园等工作。

“她很专业，我发现她把面盆龙头上的水渍都擦得一干二净。”仁恒翠竹园业主吴小姐说，在试用过许阿姨之后，她将原来自己请的保洁员辞退。

仁恒物业副总经理袁艳军介绍说，仁恒除了培训专业的保洁员，还有园林绿化师傅可以为别墅业主打理花园，现在网购比较多，他们物业也有人可以帮业主代收、代发快递。

“这些服务人员都是仁恒物业签约的正式员工，这样业主不在家，他们按约定的时间上门打扫，业主也非常放心。

如果一个家政员的预约时间是4个小时，剩余时间还可以安排他们在物业干点活，这样人力成本也可以降低，业主、物业公司和服务人员都划算。”

此外，仁恒与万科的物业公司，都开始代理房屋销售。

袁艳军表示：“业主们觉得可以把钥匙丢给仁恒自己的物业，看房方便又放心。

我们专门为此招聘了有经纪人资格证的房产中介，上个月公司一共经手5套租赁，一套买卖，收取的服务费与其他中介公司一样，租赁收取一个月的租金，买卖各收取1.2%佣金。
