通过以上工作，本班学生纪律、学习、卫生、日常行为规范等都有了较大转变，为今后的教育教学工作打好了基础。当然，班主任工作是一门科学，需要不断探索，在今后的工作中我将不断努力，尽心尽责做好这一项工作。
