公司与博超时代及其股东就股权投资及未来业务合作等事宜进行了磋商，但鉴于各方若干投资条款未能达成一致，为尊重各方对各自业务未来发展的布局，各方经友好协商同意终止《投资意向书》约定的投资事宜。

三、对公司的影响

因《投资意向书》对各方不具备法律约束力，终止该意向书之前及之后均不会对公司产生任何负债、义务或潜在的义务，也不会对公司的生产经营和利润产生不利影响。
