在这里我要感谢学校安排了这次实习，也要感谢公司给我这次机会，虽然只有短短的两个星期时间，但是我所学到的将使我受益一生。因为这次实习的经历让我原本枯燥的暑假变的充实起来。

一、实习过程

这次实习我主要负责的是办公室文秘的工作。第一次走进办公室，一切都是那么陌生，所有的工作人员都各自忙着，仿佛没有人注意到我，这让我本来激动的心情多了一些慌乱。这个时候我想起了在学校时老师对我我们说的一句话，人的适应能力是无穷的。于是我深深的吸了一口气准备迎接接下来的一个个挑战。

说是文秘，其实我主要负责的就是打打文件，接接电话。多亏以前的练习，我的打字技术和质量足以应付领导交给我的任务。虽然只是坐了一天，但我还是感觉挺累的，再加上宿舍的简陋条件，生活真是给我上了意义非凡的一课，以前家长跟我们说一千遍挣钱多不容易，不如我亲身经历一天的感悟。

刚开始的几天就这么不咸不淡的过去了。在学校学到的东西并没用到多少，同事们也因为彼此工作没有交集依然十分陌生。只是见面打招呼的交情。看着他们整天忙碌着，闲暇之余彼此开开玩笑，觉得他们真的是一个集体，而我却像个局外人般悠闲。我想我不能再这样下去，于是，在办公室，有闲的时候就会看一些计算机方面的书，虽然自己所学的专业在此时没有派上什么用场，但我觉得应该多学点，以丰富自己的能力。

但这样下去也不是办法，复印、传真、等文秘工作我都还没有掌握。终于有一天我鼓起勇气向一名看起来很面善的年轻女同事请教了这方面的内容。没想到她不仅告诉了我发传真的方法还跟我说理很多文秘需要注意的事项。她告诉我文秘必须态度认真，细心，不能疏忽大意，不能马虎潦草。比如说办理公文，就要保证文件的质量，用词要准确，材料要真实，抄写要认真，校对要仔细，力求每一个环节都不发生差错。否则就会耽误工作，甚至酿成难以弥补的损失。最后为了让我掌握发传真的方法她又交给我一份需要发的传真让我练习。回到自己的座位上我一边体会着同事跟我说的话，一边发传真，当听到传真发送成功后的“嘟嘟”声，我便又小小地得意一番，虽然很傻，但至少又学会了一项办公器材的用法。

在这里我要特别感谢这位前辈，她不仅教给了我很多有用的东西，还把我介绍给其它的同事认识，以帮助我提高工作方面的能力。慢慢的我也不在只是闷着头做，遇到疑难的问题就请教这些前辈们，我觉得自己开始融入这个集体了。

在做打字发传真等枯燥工作的时候，我不止一次的幻想着公司忽然有英文的文件需要翻译，在大家焦头烂额，手足无措的时候，我镇定的走出来然后利用在学校学到的知识解决这个棘手的问题。但当幻想成为现实的时候，我却慌了阵脚。因为文件涉及的化学产品，金属元素等专有名词我连读都有困难更不用说翻译了。我只有达开电脑利用金山词霸一个个的查。即使这样还经常是单词的意思查到了却连不成句。仅仅四页纸我翻译了一天半。

最令我没有想到的是，我在大二学的国际贸易实务的通选课竟然在我阅读合同等文件时帮了我很大的忙，也节省了我不少时间。那些时常出现的诸如 fob、cif之类的贸易术语都是我们课上最主要的内容。在学习的时候只是单纯的背过，并没有真正了解它们的含义。例如合同，它是履行的依据，是成立的条件，品质、品名、数量、包装、价格、保险等条款缺一不可。因为涉及双方的利益，而商家又以追求最大利润为目标，所以划分的越详细，责任也就越明确，也就可以避免一些不必要的纠纷。可见做生意来不得半点马虎。

实习的另一个关键是学习对人怎么说话、态度及其处事。以前老听哥哥姐姐们念叨还是在学校好，当时还特幼稚的想，学校有老师管着有什么好的啊!现在才看请其实到那里都有人管。在学校可以没心没肺的开玩笑，但走上工作岗位之后，说话做事都要谨慎，要有技巧。像我这样毫无社会经验的黄毛丫头，说话做事毫无技术含量，所以最好还是少说多做。

通过两星期的实习，我对复印、传真、公文处理等文秘工作都基本熟练。在领到实习工资的那一刹那，我真的有种激动和不安的感觉。那是自己辛辛苦苦工作换来的。多少天的困难和疲惫总算有收获。但更重要的是，我拥有了一笔丰富的经验财富，

二、实习感悟

除了第一次工作人人都会有的工作难做社会难处的感悟之外，我最大的感悟就是真诚所至，金石为开。不管多难做，做好自己的那一份，总有一天会有收获，只是时间的问题。但如果你不去做，这一天永远不会像天上掉馅饼那样到来。

还有我更清楚的看清了自己的不足，除去能力上的不足，我更想说的是心理的不足，这大概是大学生的通病，眼高手低。虽然我所做的不过是一份打杂的工作，更像是文秘助理，但如果我不做，在我后面有很多人等着接替我的职位。职位带给你的面子，工资带给你的生活质量都不能是你择业的首要根据。一个人对工作的态度决定了一个人能否找到工作，并且也决定了一个人能否做好工作。如果一个人眼光总是太高，可能永远也无法找到一份令自己满意的工作;相反地，如果一个人能够从自身实际出发，善于把握眼前的工作机会，并愿意为之付出，那么最后一定会取得工作上的成功。

在专家做专题指导的基础上，用心推广已经结题的《基于母语环境的英语自主性阅读与表达潜力培养途径研究》的研究成果，提升学生的口语与写作潜力。加强教研组活动中“研”的成分，注重课题研究与课堂教学的整合，在课堂实践中就某一点重点突破，获得反思，再提炼为经验、总结。以此激发、持续各个层面的学生英语学习的兴趣，使学生愿学、会学、主动学习的潜力得以提高，同时不断促进教师的专业成长。

2、单元设计促优化。

备课始终是教学五环节中的重要环节。本学期在充分保证备课组活动时光的前提下，要求各备课组成员发挥群众智慧，共同仔细研究教材教法，以学生实际为前提，以单元或章节为单位定主备人，完成原创教学设计，体现个性化。

3、教学研讨增效益。

进一步完善开课方式，提高教学观摩、研讨质量。本学期区级、校级骨干每学期参与教学研讨课，其余教师进行观摩和评课。继续推进课堂教学改革，激发学生主动学习的用心性。观课要求：每位教师每学期观课不少于10节(学科课堂教学，不包括教研活动记录)，其中校内观课不少于6节，评课不少于4节(以上交评价表为准)。

4、作业辅导促质量

教师在完成课堂教学的基础上精心设计、挑选习题，针对学生不一样实际水平，尽可能体现分层，不搞题海战。批阅作业时，要写上批阅日期、鼓励性的和多样性的批语，并注重订正作业的再批改。教师采用因材施教的方法，主动对学生进行课外辅导，指导学习方法。对学习有困难的学生，适时进行“查缺”、“补漏”，辅导应耐心、细致、循循善诱。对学有余力的学生开展各种提高、竞赛辅导，培养学生的特长、爱好。对课余的辅导做好适时的记录。

5、及时梳理促提升。

各备课组、教研组在开展教研活动的同时，及时积累案例和工作经验，填写活动记录。

6、开设拓展型、探究型课程。

教师在课内和课外的各种场合要搭建平台展示学生学习英语的收获。老师可根据自我的特长和爱好，开设英语歌曲、英语原版片欣赏和空中英语教室等课程，分年级举办英语单词比赛、报刊阅读比赛和编写英语小报比赛，鼓励学生在老师和班级博客上及时发布学习成果。相关老师还要做好迎世博英语竞赛决赛的辅导工作，争取收获更多更高水准的奖项。

一、成绩分析

本次期中考试试题难易适中，对前半期教学内容进行了较全面的检测，学生完卷情况较好。就六(1)班来看，应考学生42人，实考学生42人，本次成绩总分3518分，平均分为83.76分，及格率95.24%，优秀率61.9%，班级最低分为52分，分为98分。从全班学生的完卷情况来看，学生对基础性的题目做得相对比较好，失分的原因主要在句型转换和作文上，其中句型转换得分率69%，作文得分率56%。

二、日常教学工作

本学期以来，我尽心尽力做好自己的教学工作，不断严格要求自己，努力汲取他人的长处，不断更新自己的教学理念，并运用到自己的教学的实践中，使每一节课都能取得良好的教学效果，使每一位学生都能真正提高自己的英语素养。本人坚持认真备课、上课、听课、评课，及时批改作业、讲评作业，做好课后辅导工作，广泛涉猎各种知识，形成比较完整的知识体系，严格要求学生，尊重学生，发扬教学民主，使学生学有所得，不断提高，从而不断提高自己的教学水平和思想觉悟，并顺利完成教育教学任务。

1、精心备课，上好课，努力提高教学质量。为了上好课，我做了下面的工作：

⑴课前准备：备好课。认真钻研教材，准确把握重点与难点，了解学生原有的知识技能的水平，他们的兴趣、需要、方法、习惯，学习新知识可能会有哪些困难，采取相应的预防措施。考虑教法，解决如何把已掌握的知识传授给学生，包括如何组织教材、如何安排每节课的活动。

⑵课堂上的情况。组织好课堂教学，关注全体学生，注意信息反馈，调动学生的有意注意，使其保持相对稳定性，同时，想方设法创设教学情景，激发学生的兴趣和情感，使他们产生愉悦的心境，创造良好的课堂气氛，课堂提问面向全体学生，尤其注重了像何海平、李自英、胡凤涛、曹雷庭等一些中下层的学生的课中和课后辅导与抓促。注意激发学生学习的兴趣，课堂上讲练结合，作业少而精，减轻了学生的负担。

2、做好课后辅导工作。小学生爱动、好玩，缺乏自控能力，常在学习上不能按时完成作业，有的学生抄袭作业，针对这种问题，我注意抓好学生的思想教育，并使这一工作贯彻到对学生的学习指导中，做好对学生学习的辅导和帮助工作，尤其在学困生的转化上，对学困生努力做到从友善开始，比如，握握他的手，摸摸他的头等。从赞美着手，所有的人都渴望得到别人的理解和尊重，所以，和差生交谈时，对他的处境、想法表示深刻的理解和尊重，还有在批评学生之前，先谈谈自己工作的不足。

三、教研教改方面

1、认真学习新课标要求，勇于从事英语教学的新尝试，借以带动现代英语教学工作的创新。

2、积极参加学校各类的教科研活动，促进自身水平的提高。

3、积极参加学校组织的各类培训活动，与时俱进，及时充电。

4、为提高自身的业务水平，我还经常阅读一些教学书籍，作记录，写感受，收集最新的教学信息，获得最新的教学理念，以弥补自身的不足。

5、积极参加课题《情景创设在小学英语中的运用》的研究并搜集和积累了一定的课题资料。

四、存在的的问题

1、个别学生的不良的学习习惯还有待进一步引导改正，其中有一些学生在习惯方面存在着的问题——书写习惯很差，不能自觉地完成作业，还有个别学生字迹潦草，不整洁。还有的学生作业不能按时上交，或遇到难题没有坚强的意志，不会主动克服解决。

2、对句型转换、阅读理解和写作等能力型的题目在平常的教学中训练不到位，在今后的教学中，应加以克服。

3、教学成果少。在今后的教学中，严格要求自己，让学生多动笔，并让学生尝试投稿，争取有英语作品发表或获奖。

4、教学技巧还有待进一步的提高，尤其是小学英语内容简单，学生又活泼、好动，如果没有较高的教学技巧，会使得学生失去英语学习的兴趣，最终导致成绩不高，今后要努力改进。

五、改进措施

1、严格要求自己，遵守好常规。

2、教会学习方法，提高学习能力。“方法比知识更为重要”。学生养成好的学习习惯，掌握“活”的读写有机结合的方法，将有助于提高阅读与习作的效能。因此，教师在教学过程中，应适度地渗透学习方法的指导，让学生在主动探究中进行实践，获取的不仅仅是问题的答案，而是吸取知识的方法。充分发挥“授之以渔”的重要作用，多教怎么学，少教怎么做。

3、充分发挥学生学习的积极性，培养创新精神。在今后的教学中，我们将更充分发挥学生的学习积极性，在课堂上要引导学生处于积极主动的思维状态，充分让其独立思考，不要一味灌输知识。要在学生掌握方法的前提下，充分挖掘学生的潜能，点燃其创新思维的火花。改变传统的教学方法，营造一种宽松的民主氛围，培养学生敢于质疑，勇于争辩，善于思考的创新能力。这样学生就不至于对于开放性的试题感到十分茫然，或只求答案。

4、潜心钻研《课标》，从整体上把握小学阶段的目标，重视从《课标》理论探究到操作策略的转变。

总之，要教好英语，让学生真正学好英语，必须靠广大英语教师本着一颗积极探索、努力钻研的心去不断努力、不断提高自身素质，不断适应时代的要求才行。
