实习学校.市二中学,上海市第二中学,自己初中,高中7年的母校,可以说是再熟悉不过,看到大学里对口的学校里有这所的时候,没有丝毫犹豫地就填进了志愿里,也如愿的在母校开始了大学必经的实习阶段,也是别有一番意义的.回学校实习,亲切万分,亲爱的老师们还在,接受教育的学生们却是一张张全新的面孔,想想自己离开学校3年来的进进出出,目前的3个年级都是我毕业后考进市二的学生.学校的操场,小花园,甚至是几间教室,都是充满回忆的地方,接下来实习的日子,走过这些地方的时候,过去的记忆就不断在脑海里回旋.

初日.我们一行8位同学到达市二后,接待我们的是现任教导主任高萍老师,她向我们简单介绍了下学校目前的状况,以及实习期间需要注意的一些事项.接下来是认识带教老师,我与其他2位同学分到高一,其余5位同学到高二.英语学科的带教老师是王雅芬老师,教学经验丰富,还担任高一的年级组长;班主任唐虹老师,自己高三时,她教过我政治,算是相当熟悉,呵呵.带教老师和班主任都向我们简单介绍了一下所带班级的基本情况.第一天只是熟悉下校园,第二天正式到班级,当时想到就要面对40多个学生,不免还是有点担心和紧张.

身份.实习老师,是个很特别的存在.还记得第一次被班级里学生叫老师好的时候的那种错愕,渐渐适应,然后自如反应,点头示意.开始的一个礼拜,日渐习惯起学校的生活,仿佛重回高中时代一般,只是是以一种全新的角度来看待学生,以老师的身份来要求自己了,这种感觉挺奇妙的,以往觉得“高高在上”的老师,突然间成了身边的“同事”,作为实习老师,又该以怎样的态度去面对高中的学生?身份的转变,是实习阶段第一个要跨越的坎吧,正确认识自己的身份:带教老师的学生,高中学生的老师.

高一(X)班.担任实习班主任工作的班级是高一(7)班,高一年级两个理科班之一,与我那时的理科班大为不同,现在理科班的学生不像我们那时那么沉闷,就像班主任唐老师所说,对于老师来说是喜忧参半吧,毕竟调皮的学生太多,比较不容易控制.一进教室就看到教室后的墙壁上贴满了奖状,看的出来这个班级在学校里也是相当活跃的,学校里评选的各个之星,几乎7班也每个都有份.班上同学的性格很活泼,几天相处下来,就建立起了不错的关系,谈谈班级同学,日常琐事,甚至也有同学会来找我解答问题,谈谈理想,也让自己渐渐有了的确是个老师了的觉悟.

听课.实习的必经阶段,听课不仅能够学习带教老师的教学方法,也能熟悉自己将要教学的班级.高中阶段的英语课程与大学里大不相同,尽管自己以前高中时也上过牛津的教材,现在的教学要求又有新的变化,也因老师的不同,教学方法上有很大的差异.带教的王老师教态相当严谨,备课很充分,听第一节课的时候就觉得整节课规划的很好,让学生知道这节课要完成的内容,就算有突发状况的发生,也能自行控制好时间等等.学校规定的听课是10节左右,自己基本上能去听的课都去了,为的是想了解整个章节上课的完整过程,每个部分都有不同的上课手段和形式,都是值得学习的地方.大学里所学的英语教学法课程,提及不少教学方法,光纸上谈兵当然不行,真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样,教学的内容就算一样,方式也可以有很多种,可以老师自己授课,可以让学生回答问题,可以结合练习加深印象,对于学生的回答,老师给予的鼓励也可以有很多种,比如: ‘Do you think there is something else?”, “I appreciate your answer”, “I think you must have a lot to say.”还要注意是否自己会漏掉一些没有专心听讲的学生,适当地抽他们回答问题来让他们集中注意力,板书的排布也不能天马行空,而是要让学生一看就明僚…这些都是书本上很难学到的东西.一周的听课下来,我们几个实习生进行了小小的交流,感触都很深,除了以上提到的这些,光是 “Sit down, please.”这一句,一个老师一节课就要说上几十遍,教学的内容固然重要,学生与老师间基本的尊重,也是我们今后教学中需要注意的地方.

一•学期教学目标：

二、学生基本情况分析：

本学期我担任初二（3/4）英语教学工作，经过上学期我的不懈努力，大部分学生学习目的明确，态度端正，掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性较差，相应的学习习惯也差。主要原因是没有激发学生学习英语的兴趣，学生觉得英语学习是一种负担，一部分学生没有掌握记忆单词的方法，连基本的单词听不懂，学不会，但是学生整体的惰性还是很强，自觉性很差。

经过一学期的学习，听力方面失分也较多，主要是听的时间太少。针对种种问题，在本期的英语教学中，应加强基础知识的讲解和基本技能的训练，让学生掌握词汇、语法、句型等基础知识和听、说、读、写等基本技能；另外，注意培养学生对英语的兴趣；让学生掌握记忆单词、听力、写作等英语学习技能，培养良好的学习习惯和自主探索、合作学习能力。充分调动学生的学习积极性和主动性，使每一位学生都能在学习中有所收获、有所进步。

另外，学生在情感态度,学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的，没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流；有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识；大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯，不能做好课前预习课后复习，学习没有计划性和策略性；不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累。

三、教材分析：

这套教材采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。本书每个单元都列出明确的语言目标、主要的功能项目与语法结构、需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A和B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。这套教材是基于城市学生的状况编写的，对于我们农村学生来说，由于小学基础不好，到初中以后学起来的确有些吃力，光是一千多个单词就吓退了不少学生学习英语的兴趣。但我们还必须知难而上，为了提高农村的英语教学成绩而努力。

本册教材的重点是现在完成时的用法；反义疑问句；过去进行时的用法；表感官和直觉的系动词的用法；动词不定式的用法；情态动词maymightmustcan的用法。

四、教学研究内容：

本学期教学研究的重点是继续推行345优质高效课堂教学模式，向45分钟要质量.

本学期的公开课内容与时间安排：五、教学措施：

1.要求学生坚持每周三篇日记记述日常生活，每单元一篇与所学内容相仿的作文，并及时批阅让学生及时发现不足加以改进；

2.每天背诵课文中的文章。要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感，掌握语法知识的应用技巧；利用组长检查及教师重点抽查的方法及时检查，表扬并肯定学习积极的学生以学习保证效果；

学校教育既要面向全体，又要因材施教，在坚持学生全面发展的同时，更要注重对优生的培养，对学生个性的发展。这里所讲的优生，既指各方面或多方面优秀的学生，又可以是仅某一方面比较优秀的学生。根据学生学习特点，结合我班实际，特总结出培养优生的几点思考：

1、提高认识，转变观念

教师要明确人才的真正含义，明确优生对一个学校所产生的各种效应，使教师重视优生，主动自觉地培养优生。俗话说：七十二行，行行出状元。社会不仅需要各行各业的专业人才，还需要一专多能、全面发展的通才。我们要相信，每个学生都想成才，绝大多数学生都能成才。学校教育就是要努力实践三让一树，即让学生成才，让家长放心，让社会满意，树文明校风。

2、抓好课堂教学，发展优生优势

在课堂教学中，教师要善于启用优生，让优生在学习中起好带头、组织、示范作用和其他学生的主导作用，以充分锻炼和提高优生的能力，发展他们的优势。

3、开展课外活动，开发优生潜能

学校开展了课外兴趣小组活动每天40分钟，老师对兴趣小组的学生要进行系统训练，并持之以恒地坚持做好，在保证大多数学生有兴趣学习的前提下，更要格外关注尖子生的培养，好让这部分学生早日脱颖而出，成为其他学生学习的榜样和不断进取的精神动力。

4、广辟途径，锻炼优生

学校要积极为优生提供用武之地，好让他们不断得到锻炼、提高。

在一个班级当中，总相对存在着好、中、差各类学生，影响着大面积提高教学质量。如何走出一条转化后进生的希望之路，是每一位教师倾力追求的目标，也是全面提高民族素质的需要。后进生的转化是一项十分复杂的系统工程，教师必须努力实践与研究，务必取得显著的成效。

1、明确做好后进生转化工作的意义，认识转变一个后进生跟培养一个优秀生同样重要。在学生的生活、思想情感上，全方位的关怀学生、激励学生奋发向上，老师炽热的情感使过去备受教师冷落、同学歧视、家长打骂的后进生建立自尊、自信，恢复求知的欲望。

2、坚持正面教育，爱护学生，替后进学生着想，课后多和后进生交谈，态度要和蔼，使后进生愿意接近老师，经常和老师说说心里话，有利于老师对学生的了解，有利于做好后进生的转化工作。

做到满腔热情地关怀，循循善诱地疏导，热心帮助他们解决实际困难，燃起后进生成功的希望之光。

3、制订班级常规工作计划的同时，制订好周密可行的转化工作计划，遵循小步目标，及时反馈的原则，合理实施。

4、建立后进生档案，跟踪转化效果，并从实际出发有的放矢的进行转化教育工作。

5、重视环境的作用和集体的力量，精心设计营造后进生转化氛围，汇聚集体力量，调动班集体的积极性，尤其是利用其他学生的影响力去转化后进生，开展语文兴趣小组活动，平均分配差生，优差生同组，坚持兵教兵，以达到良性互助，共同收益。

6、持之以恒，巩固习惯。

大学生英语课堂教学实习报告

在三个月的英语教学实习中，先后完成了听课、评课、议课、试讲及正式讲课任务。期间，指导老师、实习老师们、学生们都给了我很大帮助与启示。现把自己教学实习所作、所见、所感、所得一一回顾，作如下总结。

一、对听课、评课、议课、试讲及正式讲课等教学情况的概述

自9月610号起开始听课，先后听课大约有100多节，并且作了听课记录。听课后，与指导老师、实习老师交流，将心得体会记在日志中。听完公开课后，也与实习老师们一起评课议课，获益匪浅。在自己正式讲课前，认真备课、修改教案;曾多次试讲.自第一次走上讲台正式讲课后，就不断听取指导老师，实习老师们及学生们的意见，在不断总结与改进中探索有自己特色的讲课技巧与风格。先后在高一(1)班、高一(6)班讲课4个单元;评讲考试试卷3次及周清试题若干次;批改作业，早、晚自习辅导也不曾落下;监考，阅卷，组办英语文化季活动，参加学校的各种教研会议、各项活动也都尽力做到最好。

二、对自己英语课堂教学优缺点的总结

结合指导老师、实习老师、同学们的意见以及自己的思考，我对自己此次英语课堂教学优缺点做如下总结;

1. 课堂流程整体把握不错，上课有章法，遵循纯阳学校规定的“四步流程教学法”或“ppp”教学法等。

2. 课堂上教态自然，教学耐心;常微笑，常鼓励学生;对学生一视同仁，平等对待。

3. 讲解知识点的同时，能注意学生能力、策略、情感及态度的培养。

4. 板书的设计与书写需要提高;课堂举例要有意义，要举经典例句

5. 讲具体的一节课要有重点，要有简明的课堂小结

6. 声音要再洪亮一些，有升降。

7. 对睡觉、玩手机的学生管理应该严厉一些

8. 在讲解知识点时，要按照考试大纲分轻、重。

三、对英语课堂教学与考试的思考

在听课与讲课的过程中，我听取其他老师的意见，结合自己的心得体会，觉得作为一个好老师，不但要对基本的专业知识有深刻熟练的把握，还要对考纲、考点十分了解，更重要的是弄清楚考试与课堂教学的关系并将其应用于实际教学中。这样在讲课过程中，让学生们打下扎实的英语基础的同时，考试也能考出好成绩。

考试、高考并不与我们在大学里所学的教学法对课堂教学的要求相矛盾。考试是形式，是一个让老师了解自己教学效果的手段，也是一个让学生总结学习方法，促进学生学习的助推器。只是现在好多老师对这一手段、助推器的理解不对，应用的不是很好，所以因此导致了一些问题。现在的考试内容过于机械，频率过高，老师、学生，甚至领导、家长对考试的意义存有不当的理解，以致对英语课堂教学产生不良影响——上课以考试为目的。这恰恰是本末倒置。考试，重知识，轻技能;重语法与词汇，轻情感与策略。从而误导老师上课也如此。所以我认为要做一个合格的老师，应该仔细研究考纲、考点并把它灵活的运用到课堂上，并且善于出考试题，出有质量的考试题，更加善于让考试服务于课堂教学。当然做到这些需要学校领导的认可与支持。这些都是我以后的努力方向。

四、对英语课堂教学与英语教学法的思考

实习期间和许多实习老师一样，我也觉得在大学所学的教学法在这很难应用，是我们所学的教学法有问题吗?是它太先进而不能应用于这里的落后实际吗?到底问题在哪?

首先在这我自己得重新审视一下大学里所学的教学法了，思考后对它有以下三点新的认识，觉得它在教学中至少起到了“三条线”的作用。

第一条线，它是一个标准，不管我们衡量一节课上的好坏，还是评价一个老师教学水平的高低，我们都在有意识或无意识地用教学法课上学到的知识去衡量。这远比只看考试成绩要合理的多。既然是标准那也就是方向，也就是我们作为老师不断完善自己的参考标准。要做一个合格的老师，做一个让学生喜欢的老师，简单地说既要有学识魅力，又要有人格魅力;课堂上教学严谨又要不乏幽默，课下与学生打成一片，时刻提高自己。这些道理我们读懂，但具体怎么做才能有学识魅力，才能有人格魅力，这些我们就得参照教学法课上所学，一点一滴的去慢慢学习、积累、探索了。

写教案从何下手，修改时应注意哪些问题;评课，议课应遵循什么样的原则;与学生交流以及上课处理意外情况应该朝着哪个方向;到了总结与反思的时候，那些是要改进的，哪些是要继续发扬的等等这些具体问题的解决我们都需要参照教学法。

第二条线，它相当于一个脊梁、一副骨架支撑起了课堂教学这副身躯;相当于葡萄枝，把一个个像葡萄一样既好吃又好看的独立活动连成一节课;相当于曲谱，只要放进歌词就可以成为完整动听的音乐。脊梁、葡萄枝、曲谱我们不常看见，也不大关注，但他们的存在却不容忽视，他们的作用也是不容忽视的。
