2020年英语师范生实习报告

一、课前准备要充分

充分的课前准备是上好课的前提。因此，做好课前准备在教师的日常教学工作中占有很重要的地位。所以本人坚持每堂课上课之前分析教材、确定教学目标、设计教学过程、撰写教案等，在传授新内容时还有必要准备一些教具，方便教学，并且可以吸引注意力，引发学生的学习兴趣。只有自己熟悉了课本，对课堂教学的目标就更为清晰、流程更加了然于心，对课堂教学中必需的教具、学具的运用更加恰当，才能上课不慌不忙、有逻辑顺序的带领学生思考。课前的准备，不仅仅是老师的任务，更是学生的义务，如预习教材、准备练习本、学具等。并且认真做好课前准备，使学生明确学习新课程前，自己应该做什么，怎么做；坚持不懈地做好课前准备，学生就会形成学习“定势”，由被动的进行课前准备转变为主动进行，这也形成一种良好的自主学习习惯。

二、课堂教育有点难

老师的生命就体现在上课的40分钟里，要在这短短的时间里，使师生的合作学习得到有价值的引领，很多人还在摸索探究的过程中，我也当然。我在大学里修的都是英语教育，第一次代小学数学，对我而言，是个极具挑战的活。虽然整个英语思维和数学思维大不相同，但是我还是抱着尝试的态度迎面上了。刚开始的一个月，是我最难熬的日子，我用着我自以为的上课模式上着课，用我最常用的口头表达习惯来向学生解释书上的数学名词，用我愉悦的心情来带动学生学习，然而这带来的第一单元的数学考试竟然有17个学生成绩不及格，有两个同学考试得5分，这无疑带给我一次沉重的打击。看着成绩单，我无比伤心，暗自落泪，是我自己学习得不够，使用了一些不恰当的方法，我在误人子弟，我想放弃了。幸好，身边的老师和父母都鼓励我，然而我心里的那股倔强也让我重新站上了讲台。此后，我每每上新课之前，都会认真吃透教本，上网查阅各种资料、视频来进行学习，也经常向其他老师取经。

就在4月13日这个时候学校也组织了一年一次的“教研节”， 以“传承教研文化，打造精品学科”为主题，旨在以教研节为平台，进一步抓好常规课研究，规范教师教学行为，打造教学品牌，强化教师素质，促进教师专业成长。经过此次比赛，观看优秀教师的讲课，我对教学也有了更深一层的理解，找到了一些课堂教学的基本思路，并把一些情景妙用、课堂过渡、讲解重难点的方法给记录下来，便于以后学习。

____________________教育信息咨询有限公司少儿英语培训机构成立于______年，旨在为少儿提供专业的高层次语言培训，公司在借鉴和总结国内外语言教学经验的基础上，将世界上最领先的语言教学方法引进国内，并结合中国学生的特点展开语言教学，以达到提高儿童语言素养的目的。

目前，甲方在吴江____开办少儿英语培训班，乙方(家长)自愿报名参加，为明确有关事宜，特订立协议如下：

一、培训内容及提供教材：__________

培训内容为少儿英语，甲方采用交互式教学方法、直接教学法、TPR肢体反应教学、重叠螺旋式教学法、多元化、多媒体教学法、情景式教学法、沟通式教学法、左右脑平衡潜能开发教学法进行教学。采用教材为______神奇英语系统教材。

二、培训安排：__________

1、采取小班教学，每班10人左右。

2、每周六或周日上午开课，时间半天四课时，每30分钟一课时，每月四周安排16课时。甲方承诺自签订本协议后 天内正式开课。

3、每六周举行一次公开课，以便家长检验教学质量。

4、每周六甲方组织英语角活动(须电话预约，每次20组家庭为限)。

5、甲方还根据节日组织安排派对活动。

三、培训教师

甲方安排的培训教师应具备足以胜任教授少儿英语的经验和能力，同时，甲方应每四周安排一次外国教师进行教学。

四、培训费用：__________

1、______神奇英语教材：__________上、下套，为两年用教材，教材价格为1380元。

2、每月培训费用为200元。甲方可根据付款情况给予优惠。

五、 双方的权利义务

1、甲方负责全部培训课程的教授与教学期间安全管理工作;甲方应在安全适宜场所安排教学，保证按时按质的教授乙方相关课程，保证培训质量。

2、甲方的义务在乙方按时支付相应款项后才生效。

3、乙方有权对甲方的培训向甲方负责人员友好地提出意见和建议。

4、乙方自协议签定之日起按时按量向甲方交纳培训费用。

5、甲方不按时开课的，或甲方教学安排、数量、质量不符合要求的，乙方可要求甲方无条件退回全部款项。

六、本协议经双方签署后生效，各方各执一份。
