2、遵守职业道德。对甲方供给的有关材料(如人员名单)和情况保守机密。

3、随时或定期向甲方报告培训的进展情况，培训结束时请甲方参与监考发证等考务工作，以便验收培训成果。

七、甲方的任务

1、按约定日期为乙方供给所需培训的相干业务(培训)材料。

2、培训未完毕，但因不可归责于乙方事由使培训不能完成时，甲方也应向乙方支付报酬。

3、乙方在承办培训过程中，甲方应指定有关人员积极协助配合，给予工作方便。

八、双方的权利

按照国家有关民办职业教导的规定，保证培训的合法性。培训过程中，若一方未履行

合同书，另一方则有权终止该合同;若一方因培训未尽事宜，另一方有向国民法院起诉的权利。

九、违约责任

甲乙双方按照《中华人民共和国民法典》承担违约责任。若甲方终止合同，乙方不退预收款;若乙方原因而终止合同，乙方退还预收款。

十、本合同未尽事宜，按国家相干法律法规办理。

十一、本协议一式贰份，甲、乙双方各执壹份，签字盖章后生效。

每天英语学习计划

无论做什么事首先要明确目的，有的放矢方能事半功倍。高三是最为忙碌和紧张的一年，在忙碌和复杂的环境中我们需要的是冷静，并且要有合理的计划。

1、目标定位

(1)选择一个目标进行突破。经过对学习效率低的原因分析，找出自己的症结所在。首先选择其中较为可行的一项进行重点突破。某些学生在接受长辈一顿训斥后，立即制定一个宏大的学习计划，其实这种计划十有八九是执行不下去的，要根据自己的实际情况，从某一方面进行突破。

(2)实行新的学习程序。如果你的症结是行为拖拉，为克服这个缺点你就应该给自己订一个规则，每天不完成预订的任务不睡觉;如果原因是对英语不感兴趣，则首先努力去改变单调枯燥的学习方法，将英语学习与工作、娱乐、陶冶性情结合起来，坚持一段时间后，随着良好习惯的形成，学习兴趣就会逐渐浓厚。

2、行成一些好的习惯和学习策略

要尽可能的形成如下学习习惯：

每天必备的训练：

(1)听磁带20分钟。要选高考听力模拟试题，有针对性的强化练习，并复述听到的内容提高口语表达能力

(2)理解并记忆10个左右新词汇，可以参考大学四级词汇

(3)阅读两篇400字左右的文章并完成相应的练习(限定时间：一般为5分钟一篇文章)

(4)有目的的整理当天或者近期学习内容，做到举一反三

具体安排：

一、本学期新课的教学内容比第一学期要少，每个单元计划10课时。其余的时间用来进行综合复习。

二、本学期的语法教学内容为中招考试的六大时态：一般现在时，一般过去时，现在完成时，一般将来时，现在进行时和过去进行时。同时还要复习其它的语法知识，如被动语态，构词法，不定代词，疑问词加不定式的用法等等。

三、为了使学生打牢基础不至于出现知识断层，本学期要有计划的把学生学过的但掌握不好的时态、句式、状语从句、动词不定式以及部分掌握不好的词汇、短语、句型分插于教学中再次进行复习。

四、认真研究新课程标准和中招考试要求，尤其与旧大纲不同的地方，清楚哪些内容是考试的内容，哪些内容是已经不考的，哪些内容已经学的。在集体备课的基础上认真备课、上课，认真进行自习辅导和批改作业。

五、为了减轻初三学生听力训练的压力，提高学生的听力水平，从一开始就对学生进行听力训练。除了利用课堂上的时间外，还坚持每周利用课余时间给学生集体放听力。

六、单词一直是学生的难点、薄弱点，直接影响学生综合能力的提高，在教学中要重视词汇教学，狠抓中招必考单词的记忆与巩固以及对词汇的意义与用法的掌握。使学生掌握科学的单词记忆方法和养成勤查词典的习惯。

七、坚持每月一次笔头训练，训练题材、方法力求多样化，并能及时进行讲评。鼓励学生写英文日记，对个别英语特差的学生尽量多批改、多指导。

八、阅读理解能力的培养是初三教学的重点，也是中考的重头戏。在单元教学中专门抽出一节课作为阅读课，材料为课外五篇课外阅读理解，并且有计划的指导学生掌握科学的阅读方法。
