2、精选习题。复习阶段靠多做题来提高成绩的题海战术，效率极低，效果极差。为了更全面、系统地掌握、巩固所学知识，适当的强化训练完全有必要，但必须精选习题，否则，学生如果不加选择的做提，做得越多越糊涂，头脑越乱，反而不利于更好的掌握知识。所以，在第四阶段采用了归类复习，充分利用课外练习中的好题，系统的复习，以求达到最好的效果。

复习内容：所有字母的听说读写以辩音为重点，所有词汇以三会内容为重点；所有日常交际用语并以其答问训练为重点进行听说训练。

三、阶段复习的实施办法：

第一阶段：围绕各单元重点句型展开复习，检查各单元的单词和课文对话的背诵情况，并且注重口语交际训练。

第二阶段：字母复习并检测，包括默写、单词拼写，并辅以游戏以激发学生的学习积极性。短语及句型进行英汉互译练习，答问训练并与连词成句、寻找答句等能力性题型结合练习，以提高学生的实际运用能力。语音：26个字母的语音归类及简单的单词辨音。

第三阶段：在学生进行自主归类复习的基础上，设计一些综合练习，集听力、语音、词汇、短语、句型及对话于一体进行由浅入深的测试巩固型训练，发现普遍性问题，集体解决，结合个别辅导，力争使每位学生都得到提高。

第四阶段：利用一切资源如网上试题、以往的期中考试试卷进行期中模拟测试，以便查漏补缺，发现问题及时解决。

我性格开朗，健谈，常常面带笑容，喜欢以微笑待人，喜欢把自己的快乐与所有的人分享。我的爱好广泛，喜欢旅行、听音乐、下棋、各种体育运动。我是一个做事踏实、学习刻苦、有上进心的学生。刚踏进大学，我就严格要求自己，立志要在大学生涯中有所成就，从全方面发展自己。我也是一个追求完美的人，我知道世上没有十全十美的人存在，但我们可以去追求，去不断的向它靠拢，每一个人或多或少都有缺点，我把这些缺点比作一个无形的洞，我们都知道洞是可以填补的，就好比缺点也是可以改正的，这也就要我们怎样把这个洞一点一点填上，就是怎样一点一点完善自己。洞是无形的，就如人不会是十全十美，我们或许永远填不满这洞，就好像人不会十全十美，也就正如学习，学习是无止境的。因此我要不断的填洞，不断的学习，不断的完善自己。所以，我选择了我所追求的，追求了我所选择的入学生会。我积极参加了其它会议活动，得到了些许锻炼，在领导和师兄、师姐的教导下，我的思想素质有了进步;工作能力有了提高;文化函养有了提升;实践能力了有增强学习是无止境的，我要奋力拼搏，尽我的努力去做到最出色。虽说命运掌握在自己手中，但有时付出了不一定有回报，如果我没有入选，也不会就此灰心，我会下去总结经验教训，弥补不足。
