一、 学情分析

今年高一总共10个班级，学生能力参差不齐，层次差异较大。经初步了解大部分学生在英语学习方面一直属于薄弱环节。因此，首先要想办法培养学生英语学习的习惯。主要工作是从书写和朗读着手：利用早读培养学生的朗读习惯；在下半学期安排一个英语书法比赛，养成学生良好的书写习惯。

高一第一学期是初中向高中的重要转折点，学生能否在短期内快速适应高中英语学习是摆在我们面前的重要任务。这对高一英语教学提出挑战，教师应该多用心，应兼顾不同层次学生的需求，做到真正有效教学。

二、指导思想

在市、区教研室的指导下，全面贯彻学校工作计划，以年级组的工作计划为指导思想，以学生为核心，抓好基础，培养学生对知识综合运用的能力。

三、总体目标

英汉翻译是一门建立在综合能力基础之上的学科，囊括了全方位的知识以及中西文化的差异。不管是对个人能力以及日常积累都有较高的要求。前我一直有一种误区：认为只要掌握大量的词汇，翻译起来就会很容易，认为翻译只不过是把大量的词汇拼接连接在一起。可是当我真正接触到这门课程时惊觉自己原来的思维是有多么的狭隘。当翻译一句话时，我根本不知道该怎么组合。勉强组合在一块时不是错误百出，就是很Chinglish.

首先，英汉翻译应遵循“忠实，通顺”的标准。所谓忠实，就是忠实于原文的内容。由于中西文化之间存在的巨大差异，一句英文在欧美人看起来顺理成章，而在我们中国人看起来就会极其别扭。我们就会在翻译过程中不自觉的用上自己的思维，因而改变了原文的意思破坏了原文的风格。通顺就是指原文语言必须通俗易懂，符合规范。译文必须通顺，避免死译，硬译，符合规范。把原文的内容适当的表达出来，既不能改变扭曲，也不能增加或删减。如“Heisseriouslyill”.就译为：“他病得很厉害”。有人为了追求汉语的“漂亮”译为“他苟延残喘”，这就得不偿失了。

其次，翻译分为三个阶段：理解，表达，和校核。准确理解原文所要表达的意思，注意上下文的关系在翻译过程中是至关重要的。在翻译时采取直译或者意译两种方式。有时在翻译过程中我们也可以直译和意译结合起来使用。主要取决与具体的情景。校核也是一个非常重要的过程，不可忽视。即在翻译时要经过反复的推敲，已到达最好效果的翻译。

翻译不是一朝一夕就能做到做好的事。我们在日常学习中必须注重积累有关英译汉方面的知识以及基本方法。了解基本英汉语言对比(词法和句法)。通过对比，掌握两种语言各自的特点，以及所对应的意思，在翻译的时候才能得心应手的运用。避免造成错用，误用，闹出笑话。需要注意的是随着语言的发展，很多英语单词已经不再紧紧局限于其原有的意思，更有了扩展。这就要求我们积极扩充自己的积累。同时，我还学习掌握了英译汉时常用的方法和技巧。如：增词法，重复法，省略法，以及词义的转义等等。还有关于各种不同句型的不同翻译方式。如定语从句，被动语态，状语从句等等，这些在书本上都有系统的介绍。我们在日常练习的时候也要避免为了做题而做题，要在过程中学会理解，应用这些方法。

我还体会到理解和翻译并不是一回事，几个人的理解相同，翻译成的文字风格可以是不同的。通过学习，我了解到可以直译的就直译，只要把词序调整一下，保证通顺，不致引起误解就好。如果不能直译，可凭借各种翻译技巧，在不偏离原文意思的前提下，对句子的结构作一些变动。方法也好，技巧也好，都是为忠实、通顺地再现原作这个目的服务的，其功效自不待言，但并非万应灵药。任何方法在应用中都有其限度，过犹不及。如果一味死搬教条，盲目遵照翻译的规则，过分依赖这些翻译的技巧，最终只会落得个邯郸学步的结果。优秀的翻译者会在在实践中经常数法并用，因人因文而异，并无一定之规，主要靠自己不断实践、不断总结经验和不断提高理论水平，才能最终达到得心应手、曲尽其妙的境界。

经过学习，我确实获得了不少的进步以及在本学期的翻译学习中，我们获得了翻译专业应具备的一项技能，也对下学期的汉英翻译学习有了初步的计划和想法，以后学起来的时候亦不会无从下手。我相信我在今后的翻译道路更加宽阔平坦，我会再今后的学习中，不断总结经验技巧，是这些宝贵经验成为翻译学习的宝贵财富，力争做一名合格的英语人。

严格按照上级教育部门和学校的要求，积极推进“洋思”教学模式。从组织学习洋思中学的教改经验，学习洋思中学的学科教案，认识和理解“洋思”模式的内涵，积极尝试运用“先学后教，当堂训练”的课堂教学模式进行教学，集体备课，相互研讨，不断探索有效的实施方法和途径，力争做到“堂堂清”，“日日清”，“周周清”，“月月清”。

坚持集体备课，发挥群体优势，研究教学内容，研究学生，共同安排教学进度，共同设计教案学案，做到教学资源共享。同一年级要求教案学案统一，内容要求统一，重点难点统一，教学进度统一，作业练习统一。处理好教材的局部与全局，新与旧，难与易，重点与非重点，知识与能力五个方面的关系，加强重点与难点的研究讨论。

4、积极开展课题研究活动。

强化科研与教研意识，促使教师努力成为教学的研究者、反思者和实践者。突出教研活动的实效性和针对性，善于总结教学成果和教学经验，撰写教育教学论文，积极推进校本教研。围绕教研组确定的课题开展研究，坚持做好各类资料和教学成果的积累和整理，注意经验的积累、交流与分享，不断提高课题研究水平，以教研促教学。同时教研组要求老师每学期应该至少写一篇教研论文，若干篇教学反思和优秀教案，作为教学研究成果和经验。

5、利用课余时间积极培优补差，提高教学质量。

提倡教师吃苦奉献。利用课余时间，对学有余力的同学，要辅导他们另有提高，鼓励他们参加各类竞赛；对后进生绝不放弃，要以良好的心态接纳他们，给他们以更多的关心和指导。要求教师对差生要多鼓励，多表扬，每时每刻尽量发现他们的闪光点，树立他们学习的信心和勇气。对差生实行课内补差和课外补差相结合。相信每一个学生都能学到自己适合的知识，让他们在英语学习上有所进步，以提高学校的英语成绩合格率。

6、开展丰富多彩的课外活动，激发学生的学习兴趣。

课外活动是英语教学中重要的教学辅助手段，我们将有目的、有组织地开展一些适合学生语言水平的课外活动，使学生能够生动活泼、积极主动地学习，激发他们的学习热情，培养兴趣。以利于增长知识、开阔视野。根据各年级情况，将组织一些丰富多彩的课外活动。如：英语书法、单词拼写、课文背诵、课外阅读、听力、情景剧表演等竞赛活动，给学生充分展示自我，认识自我的机会。

总之，英语教学在学校工作中起着举足轻重的作用，直接影响学校的生命线，必须全力以赴抓紧抓好。我们坚信，在各级领导的关怀指导下，英语组一定会以爱岗敬业、勤奋向上的进取精神来对待工作，一如既往，再接再厉，把工作搞得更好。全体英语教师应树立科研促效益的思想意识，积极参与课题研究，认真实施课题研究计划，及时总结和改进，力争做出，出好成果。

思想品德上：本人有良好道德修养，并有坚定的政治方向，我积极地向党组织靠拢，使我对我们党有可更为深刻的认识，参加了“中共湖南涉外经济学院委员会业余党校第十三期入党积极分子培训班”的培训,并评为优秀学员。本人遵纪守法、爱护公共财产、关心和帮助他人，并以务实求真的精神热心参与学校的公益宣传和爱国活动。

在学习上：我热爱自己的专业，还利用课余时间辅修相关的知识，使我能轻松操作各种网络和办公软件。英语、计算机等方面的等级考试已达标。除了在专业知识方面精益求精外，平时我还涉猎了大量与工商企业管理相关的知识。更重要的是我的心智有了一个质的飞跃，能较快速的掌握一种新的知识，我认为这对于将来很重要。

在生活上：我最大的特点是诚实守信，热心待人，勇于挑战自我，有着良好的生活习惯和正派作风。由于平易近人待人友好，所以一直以来与人相处甚是融洽，在工作上，对工作热情，任劳任怨，责任心强。

三年的大学生活，使自己的知识水平、思想境界、工作能力等方面都迈上了一个新的台阶。在这即将挥手告别美好大学生活、踏上社会征途的时候，我整军待发，将以饱满的热情、坚定的信心、高度的责任感去迎接新的挑战，攀登新的高峰。

Good morning, dear teachers! Its my great honor to be standing here for this interview. I am _x, from Class One of the College of Chemistry and Materials Science. I think I am a positive and curious girl.

I love the mysteries and surprises chemistry has brought to me. To tell you the truth, I still remember so well how I was unbelievably fascinated by the power and glamour of chemistry in my first lesson in the chemistry lab.

Chemistry to me was like playing magic tricks--it could make impossible possibe. As I grew older, I came to realize that life is chemistry: it can be sour, bitter, spicy, sweet or fragrant, depending on how you combine the elements. Wherever we complain, chemistry can explain: try a different combination and we are sure to expect a change.

It was my first chemistry teacher who led me to become so interested in chemistry that during the six years of my middle school i had been among the top students, of which I still feel kind of proud. Now I am already a university major in chemistry. ive got to know more about this field of science and i am definitely looking forward to it.

My dream is to become a researcher in chemistry one day and help explain the world aroud us and benefit the human kind, or rather, the general public.

I will surely work hard for this dream and I am confident that I will make it. Thank you!
