二、甲方按所选定的服务项目应向乙方支付费用合计人民币_________元;双方签订合同时甲方应付_____%的合同首期定金：即________元，其余_____%即________元。在服务内容由甲方验收合格后两天内一次付清。

三、乙方按甲方所选的服务项目内容为甲方提供相应服务，乙方在制作完网站主页(包括版面风格、颜色方案)后通知甲方，然后由甲方确定是否满意，如不满意乙方可以重新改版后再让甲方决定，如甲方满意了须向乙方做出书面答复，甲方满意确定后的网站方案不能随意更改。合同规定制作期限为工作日，起计时间以乙方收到甲方“主页方案认可通知书”后才开始计算，如甲方资料末能及时提供，所导致超期，责任由甲方负责。

四、乙方对甲方所要求刊登的信息有终审权和修改权，甲方按选定的服务内容应向乙方提供相应的文字资料及图形资料。乙方仅提供设计发布，网站的内容合法性乙方一律不负责任。甲方所提供的资料应全部合法，如提供有关资料如违反法律有关规定或触犯版权问题，责任由甲方负责，网站美术设计、程序、文件源码的版权属乙方所有。乙方为甲方所设计的网站，版权归甲方所有，乙方有责任对甲方的资料信息予以保密。

五、本合同自双方签字盖章之日起生效，并具有法律效力，双方必须严格遵守，任何一方不得擅自变动修改，如有违反以上条款，则按违约处理，违约方应自动放弃抗辩权，并赔偿对方损失。合同有效期为一年。合同期满后，双方可视具体情况另行商定合作办法。

六、以上协议如有不足，可补充说明，但须双方在补充说明后，签名加盖双方的印章，方能有效。

七、本协议一式两份，甲乙双方各执一份，每份具有同等效力;本协议自双方签字之日起生效，未尽事 宜由双方协商解决。
