一、课前准备要充分

充分的课前准备是上好课的前提。因此，做好课前准备在教师的日常教学工作中占有很重要的地位。所以本人坚持每堂课上课之前分析教材、确定教学目标、设计教学过程、撰写教案等，在传授新内容时还有必要准备一些教具，方便教学，并且可以吸引注意力，引发学生的学习兴趣。只有自己熟悉了课本，对课堂教学的目标就更为清晰、流程更加了然于心，对课堂教学中必需的教具、学具的运用更加恰当，才能上课不慌不忙、有逻辑顺序的带领学生思考。课前的准备，不仅仅是老师的任务，更是学生的义务，如预习教材、准备练习本、学具等。并且认真做好课前准备，使学生明确学习新课程前，自己应该做什么，怎么做；坚持不懈地做好课前准备，学生就会形成学习“定势”，由被动的进行课前准备转变为主动进行，这也形成一种良好的自主学习习惯。

二、课堂教育有点难

老师的生命就体现在上课的40分钟里，要在这短短的时间里，使师生的合作学习得到有价值的引领，很多人还在摸索探究的过程中，我也当然。我在大学里修的都是英语教育，第一次代小学数学，对我而言，是个极具挑战的活。虽然整个英语思维和数学思维大不相同，但是我还是抱着尝试的态度迎面上了。刚开始的一个月，是我最难熬的日子，我用着我自以为的上课模式上着课，用我最常用的口头表达习惯来向学生解释书上的数学名词，用我愉悦的心情来带动学生学习，然而这带来的第一单元的数学考试竟然有17个学生成绩不及格，有两个同学考试得5分，这无疑带给我一次沉重的打击。看着成绩单，我无比伤心，暗自落泪，是我自己学习得不够，使用了一些不恰当的方法，我在误人子弟，我想放弃了。幸好，身边的老师和父母都鼓励我，然而我心里的那股倔强也让我重新站上了讲台。此后，我每每上新课之前，都会认真吃透教本，上网查阅各种资料、视频来进行学习，也经常向其他老师取经。

就在4月13日这个时候学校也组织了一年一次的“教研节”， 以“传承教研文化，打造精品学科”为主题，旨在以教研节为平台，进一步抓好常规课研究，规范教师教学行为，打造教学品牌，强化教师素质，促进教师专业成长。经过此次比赛，观看优秀教师的讲课，我对教学也有了更深一层的理解，找到了一些课堂教学的基本思路，并把一些情景妙用、课堂过渡、讲解重难点的方法给记录下来，便于以后学习。

“下课时间到了，老师你们辛苦了！”随着下课铃声，我依依不舍的离开教室。回到办公室继续我的工作，例如做好课后总结、批改学生作业、准备下节课内容等事情。通过批改作业可以知道学生学习的情况，做好记载，便于下节课再补充讲解。

Morning! Thank you for giving me this interview opportunity. I come from Affiliated Hospital Medical College Which is 3A level hospital in Jiangxi province.

I graduated from Medical College and got my bachelor’s degree in Medical Imaging and Nuclear Medicine in 20xx. After that, I became a doctor in the Affiliated Hospital Medical College and took charge of some research and teaching work in Ultrasound. In the past six years, I have published 6 papers, 3 of those were published in core journal. Due to my hard working and all these achievements, I was exceptionally promoted to be lectureship in 20xx.

Well, I may be an outstanding doctor in my hospital but I realized two years ago when I was visiting 301 hospital as a trainee, there is a significant gap between those professors and me. The academic atmosphere there also excited me so much that I decided to get further systematic training in famous university.

I took the entry exam twice. The first time, I failed because my English was lower than the level. Well, I am the kind of person that once I have set up an aim I will fulfill it no matter what I may meet. The little frustration can’t beat me. To my pleasure, I am here today and I hope you could offer me this study chance.

I am a 12 years old boy. Smart and handsome.

I am proud of myself. Because I can get perfect scores in Chinese, Maths and English. It is not good enough. I am also proud of being an elder brother.

That is a Friday evening, my baby brother was crying all the time. My parents were both cooking for dinner. I said to my mum, let me look after this little thing. My mum said, "Are you sure you can?" "Yes ,believe me I can." I answered. Then mum went to the kitchen. I went towards my baby brother." Oh baby, dont cry. I will sing a song for you…" I carried him and sing songs for him. After a while, he was asleep. I was so tired. My parents were happy and praised me a good boy.

This is my first time to look after my baby brother and I feel proud of myself.

2015英语专业毕业生实习报告格式

刚放假，觉得真轻松，随即过了8天的老师隐，挺辛苦的，但同时也取得很大的收获。

实习的经历虽已经过去，可我还会回头去看一下我在那里留下的脚印，我相信那不会是我旅途的归宿，而是我充满挑战和希望的开始!

回顾这8天的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，学生把错误指出来而无地自容。

每当站在讲台上，被一双双纯净的眼睛聚精会神地望着时，作为一名教师的价值感和成就感就油然而生了。这此实习的时间里，我并没有做到一名好老师，也不可能让所有的学生都喜欢我，但只要有一名学生记住我，那么我的第一次实习就不遗憾了。记得那是第四天，一个学生递来一张字条：老师，我喜欢你的微笑，当你微笑着走近我时，使我感到了从来没有过的亲切，我很喜欢你。这是我在实习里收到的最好的，最值得珍藏的礼物。我想，其实走近学生的第一步只须微笑就够。

初为人师，总是有些紧张。我带着羞涩与忐忑抱着课本和教案走上讲台时，尽管我做了很多预备，但当我真正面对那么多双眼睛时，我还是紧张了。

一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。例如我在教unit3的时候，这课的主题是“如何询问和回答时间”，教学难度比较大。如果照本宣科地讲授，学生会感到困难和沉闷。为了上好这堂课，我认真研究了课文，找出了重点，难点，准备有针对性地讲。为了令课堂生动，活跃，不沉闷，我还为此准备了大量的教具，授课时就胸有成竹了。当讲到“half”的时候，我拿出准备好的圆卡纸，把它剪成一半，告诉学生这是圆的一半，也就是half。讲到“quarter”时，又把半圆剪成一半，那么剩下来的就是圆的四分之一，也就是“quarter”了。这样学生就形象地明白了这两个单词。而讲到如何表达时间时，我用了一个用红卡纸做的大钟，同学们一开始就被它吸引住了，显得颇有积极性。用实物让学生练习“what’s the time? it’s…”的句型，学生特别用功，教学效果十分理想。相反，如果我没有认真备课的，那课堂将会气氛沉闷，教学效果不好，与此相比可见，认真备课对教学十分重要。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。

一个老师告诉我：备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富，现实;教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。

以上就是我的工作总结。由于经验颇浅，许多地方存在不足。

总之，我觉得教育是一个互动的过程，不单老师要认真投入教学，还需要学生的积极配合，才能达到做老师的目的—把知识真正传给学生。这种过程是很开心的，也是辛苦的，但要做个知识的传播者—人民教师，我要努力学习，将来当一个出色的老师。

大家好!我是来自08级市场营销2班的杨庆，这天我竞选的是宣传部部长一职。说起我进宣传部的经历，其实是个意外。刚进入大学，我对大学生活充满了好奇，我抱着一颗学习的心去学生会面试。但我第一个面试的并不是宣传部，而是组织部。我在组织部的面试很失败，当时在讲台上我还没有讲完就感觉进组织部没戏了。等我演讲完毕，当时宣传部的赵妍部长拿着我的简历问我对宣传部有没有兴趣，我很高兴的点了点头……

我就这样进了宣传部。我明白，当时的宣传部部长之所以把我领进宣传部，是因为我的简历写的比较认真，字也还算不错。我很感谢她的知遇之恩。

在宣传部里，有辛劳，有汗水，更有快乐和掌声。我们为宣传部奉献了时光，奉献了劳动，但我们收获了心灵的快乐和潜力的提升。我此刻深刻理解了“付出多少就会收获多少”的含义。当我在宣传部工作时，如果我是抱着一颗应付差事的心，即使劳动再少，也会感到不舒心，感觉很累;如果我是抱着一颗学习的心，即使劳动再多，也会感到很简单，很快乐。在宣传部这个温暖的大家庭里，我和我的同事们互相学习，共同进步。当我们一齐工作时，我学会了合作;当我自我工作时，我学会了职责;当别人的工作很出色时，我学会了欣赏;当别人的工作做得不太好时，我学会了鼓励……宣传部，不仅仅让我的书法绘画技能有所进步，更重要的是使我的潜力有所提高。

看着台下的学弟学妹们，我不禁感叹，时光过得真快。从我进宣传部到此刻，一年过去了。如今，当初领我进宣传部的部长已经毕业工作了，此刻的部长也即将退休，立刻方临就业了。我相信，当宣传部部长的经历会让他们在将来的工作中更加出色;我相信，当宣传部部长的经历会让他们终生受益。

我来竞选宣传部部长，是因为我拥有一颗学习的心，一颗自我学习的心，一颗帮忙他人学习的心。昨日，宣传部让我变得更加优秀;明天，我会把宣传部变得更加优秀!

本学期我又回到这个美丽的大家庭----邵刚中学。学校优雅的环境、和谐的氛围、先进的办学理念、完美的人性化管理给我留下了深刻而美好的印象。

我要在这样的大环境下，努力挑战自己的能力极限，严格规范课前准备，立足提高课堂效率，重视课后反思，努力探索教育教学规律，争做研究型的教师。下面就本学期的教学计划及复习计划做如下安排：

一、教学目标

根据中小学课程教材改革委员会制定的《全日制义务教育英语学科课程标准》，参照国家教委颁发的《九年制义务教育全日制初级中学英语教学大纲》。通过训练学生的听、说、读、写，使学生掌握最基本的语言知识和语言技能，从而培养学生初步运用英语进行交际的能力;寓教于乐，使学生养成良好的外语学习习惯，为将来的学习打下坚实的基础。

以教材为载体，密切结合教材，在课堂上努力创设各种情景夯实语言知识及语言技能，从而激发学生主动学习英语的兴趣，提高学生的记忆、观察、思维及想象能力，为学生的终身学习奠定基础。

二、课时安排

本教材共8课，包括两课复习课。周课时量为6课时。在一学期(约17周)内完成。第1周到第12周，每周一个新课。后五周进行复习。

三、具体实施

1.课堂上随堂安排口头练习。课前进行复习提问及听写，记录成绩，分期汇总。

每两周进行一次单元测试，每学期安排单元检查两次，期中检查，期末检查各一次。

2.第1周到第12周，讲解课文;第13周开始进行复习。将每课出现的单词、词组、语法、句型结构及交际功能用语进行一周一次的专项练习。

3.复习计划

1)在讲解新课时，向45分钟要质量。以课文内容(talklikethis、lookandsay)为基础，运用情景教学法及多种教学形式，如集体活动、小组活动、两人一组活动等形式，努力在课堂上给学生创设一个模拟环境，使学生在仿真的环境下反复强化每课所学的句型及交际功能用语，鼓励学生在积极使用已学的语言材料基础上进行略有发挥性的交际活动。以此来提高学生的听、说、读、写及实际运用能力，使学生在用中学，在用中练。

2)每单元给学生补充一些与课文有关的知识性、趣味性较强的阅读文章。增加学生学习外语的兴趣。

3)对单词、词组、句型的复习。

了解并掌握基本构词法，如派生词、合成词、前缀、后缀等。掌握构词法可以大大增加学生的词汇量。从而掌握背词技巧，减少背词压力。

运用选择、判断及对话等多种形式，将各课的词组、句型归纳起来，做专项练习。将单词融入词组、句型中。在复习词组、句型的同时，也复习了单词，使这三项练习融会贯通，融为一体。

4)对语法的复习。

首先掌握6种词类(名词、代词、动词、数词、形容词和副词)的词性变化及基本用法。复习本教材中出现的语法项目，如动词不定式、过去完成时、宾语从句、过去将来时。

介绍每种语法的基本概念及用法。

结合课文中的句子进行操练。这样既复习了本书中出现的语法项目，又巩固了课文中的句子。可谓一举两得。

在新的学期里我将尽我所能，做好我的本职工作。
