1)可操作性:指除设计者完成外,要充分考虑其他可能参与人员是否可能重复制作活动场地、当前教学机器人的潜力、本学龄段学生的知识水平和能力等因素,使其他参与者经过努力也可以完成相关的活动。

2)经济性:指要考虑其他参与人员在场地、机器人及设备制作等方面的经济承受能力,尽量使参与者自己创造条件,修旧利废,以最小的投入完成相关活动。

3)安全性:指机器人和活动环境的设计,应当是安全和是健康的,活动时不对周边人员构成威胁,不对环境造成破坏。同时必须遵从阿西莫夫提出的“机器人三原则”。

可行性原则这是中小学机器人创新活动的基础。

3、创新性原则:教学机器人这一平台,为参与者提供了丰富的创新空间,创新是技术活动的本质所在。在设计机器人活动时,应体现出创新性原则,这也是机器人活动的亮点之处。可以是师生根据日常生活经验、学习体会和构思的新创意,也可以是对以前某些机器人功能的改进、活动项目的再提升。这是中小学机器人创新活动的核心。

4、智能性原则:设计的机器人应能反映出机器人的本质特性,即体现出机器人的智能性(如感知、规划、动作和协同等能力)。应是按照周围环境的输入信息来做出判断、基于传感器控制、独立地根据程序指令、而决定自己的行动的具有一定自主能力的机器人。这是中小学机器人创新活动的魅力。

5、趣味性原则:设计的机器人活动,应当具有一定的趣味性,能够引起相关学龄段学生参与的积极性和兴趣;还要具有一定的可观赏性,能使参与者和观众都能对该活动引起相应的兴趣和关注。这是中小学机器人创新活动的活力。

6、竞技性原则:机器人竞赛活动应具有一定的竞技性,在规定的活动时间内,可以评价出参与者的思维能力、技术水平等。还应具有一定的挑战性,综合能力不同的参与者,可能达到不同的活动结果,使参与者对机器人活动总有新的追求欲望。同时要注意公平性,只要学生设计的机器人可以完成本项活动,就允许参加,制定的评价方案也要是不产生歧义、可操作的。应当以参与者活动过程体验为出发点。这是中小学机器人创新活动的动力。

我是一名商务英语专业的学生。在即将毕业的这几个月里,我主要负责的工作内容是办公室文秘。在这一过程中,我采用了看、问、学等方式,锻炼英语听说读写能力,掌握实用的商务英语技能,实践和巩固商务英语知识,为以后正常工作的展开奠定了坚实的基础,从个人发展方面说,对我影响最大的应该是作为一个社会人工作作风以及在工作过程中专业知识对工作的重要作用,初步了解了公司文秘工作中的具体业务知识,拓展了所学的专业知识。因为这些都是我在校学习中不曾接触过的方面,所以我将在报告中首先讲述我在实习期间积累的这方面的认识和经验。

这是第一次正式与社会接轨踏上工作岗位,开始与以往完全不一样的生活。每天在规定的时间上下班,上班期间要认真准时地完成自己的工作任务,不能草率敷衍了事。我们的肩上开始扛着责任,凡事得谨慎小心,否则随时可能要为一个小小的错误承担严重的后果付出的代价.

实习是每一个大学毕业生必须拥有的一段经历,他使我们在实践中了解社会,让我们学到了很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识,也打开了视野,长了见识,为我们以后进一步走向社会打下坚实的基础,实习是我们把学到的理论知识应用在实践中的一次尝试。我想,作为一名即将毕业的大学生,建立自身的十年发展计划已迫在眉睫,不是吗?

同事相处

踏上社会,我们与形形色色的人打交道。由于存在着利益关系,又工作繁忙,很多时候同事不会象同学一样对你嘘寒问暖。而有些同事表面笑脸相迎,背地里却勾心斗角不择手段,踩着别人的肩膀不断地往上爬,因此刚出校门的我们很多时候无法适应。比如我们公司做网络推广的同事,他们很注意对自己客户资料的保密,以防被同事抢去自己的业绩,因而关系显得有点淡漠。但是环境往往会影响一个人的工作态度。一个冷漠没有人情味的办公室,大家就会毫无眷恋之情,有更好的机会他们肯定毫不犹豫的跳槽。他们情绪低落导致工作效率不高,每天只是在等待着下班,早点回去陪家人。而偶尔的为同事搞一个生日party,生病时的轻轻一句慰问,都有助于营造一个齐乐融融的工作环境。心情好,大家工作开心,有利于公司的发展。在电视上不止一次的看到职场的险恶,公司里同事之间的是非,我想我能做的就是多工作,少闲话。且在离毕业走人仅剩的几个月,更加珍惜与同学之间的相处。

自学能力

在大学里学的不是知识,而是一种叫做自学的能力。参加工作后才能深刻体会这句话的含义。除了英语和计算机操作外,课本上学的理论知识用到的很少很少。我担任的是文员一职,平时在工作只是打打电话处理文件,几乎没用上自己所学的专业知识。而同公司的网站开发人员就大不一样了。计算机知识日新月异,在一个项目中,他们经常被要求在很短的时间内学会用一种新的计算机语言进行开发设计,他们只能在自己以前的基础上努力自学尽快掌握知识。在这个信息爆炸的时代,知识更新太快,靠原有的一点知识肯定是不行的。~~~◇本文仅供参考,感谢您的支持~!~我们必须在工作中勤于动手慢慢琢磨,不断学习不断积累。遇到不懂的地方,自己先想方设法解决,实在不行可以虚心请教他人,而没有自学能力的人迟早要被企业和社会所淘汰。

工作辛苦

就算再寒冷再差的天气,只要不是周末,都得去上班,有时候公司业务繁忙,晚上或周末得加班,那留给个人支配的时间更少。我们必须克制自己,不能随心所欲地不想上班就不来,而在学校可以睡睡懒觉,实在不想上课的时候可以逃课,自由许多。每日重复单调繁琐的工作,时间久了容易厌倦。象我就是每天就是坐着对着电脑打打字,显得枯燥乏味。但是工作简单也不能马虎,你一个小小的错误可能会给公司带来巨大的麻烦或损失,还是得认真完成。一直以来,我们都是依靠父母的收入,而有些人则是大手大脚的花钱。也许工作以后,我们才能体会父母挣钱的来之不易。而且要开始有意识地培养自己的理财能力,一不留神可能就入不敷出成为月光一族,但此时我们再也不好意思伸手向父母要,因此很多时候我们要合理支配我们手中的这笔少的可怜的钱。

我在实习的过程中,既有收获的喜悦,也有一些遗憾。也许是实习日子短和我并非文秘专业的关系,对文秘有些工作的认识仅仅停留在表面,只是在看人做,听人讲如何做,未能够亲身感受、具体处理一些工作,所以未能领会其精髓。但时通过实习,加深了我对文秘基本知识的理解,丰富了我的实际管理知识,使我对日常文秘管理工作有了一定的感性和理性认识。认识到要做好日常企业文秘管理工作,既要注重管理理论知识的学习,更重要的是要把实践与理论两者紧密相结合。做到:(1)坚持理论联系实际;(2)加强英语的学习;(3)注意本课程同其他相关课程的联系;(4)坚持学以致用;商务英语是一门实践性很强的应用学科。实习中深有体会,许多书本中学的东西想要发发挥其作用需要广泛积极的应用于外贸交流中,处理工作事务中学习到很多书本没有讲的知识,可见学以致用在这门学科里的重要性。人生难免会遇到挫折,没有经历过失败的人生不是完整的人生。

天下英雄皆我辈,一入江湖立马催。从学校到社会的大环境的转变,身边接触的人也完全换了角色,老师变成老板,同学变成同事,相处之道完全不同。在这巨大的转变中,我们可能彷徨,迷茫,无法马上适应新的环境。我们也许看不惯企业之间残酷的竞争,无法忍受同事之间漠不关心的眼神和言语。很多时候觉得自己没有受到领导重用,所干的只是一些无关重要的杂活,自己的提议或工作不能得到老板的肯定。做不出成绩时,会有来自各方面的压力,老板的眼色同事的嘲讽。而在学校,有同学老师的关心和支持,每日只是上上课,很轻松。常言道:工作一两年胜过十多年的读书。两个月的实习时间虽然不长,但是我从中学到了很多知识,关于做人,做事,做学问。

这次的暑期实习带给我的不仅仅是一种社会经验,更是我人生的一笔财富。更可喜的是我在实习期间还结识了一些好朋友,他们给予我不少的帮助。俗语说:纸上得来终觉浅.没有把理论用于实践是学得不深刻的。而我已深刻的体会到我经验的不足了,并且也认识到了我所学的浅薄,相信这次实习对我日后的学习和工作有所帮助。感谢在这期间所有帮助过我和关心过我的人!
