1.目的明确

大体上，说课可用于检查、研究、评价、示范等多种目的。一般来说，检查性说课主要用于领导检查教师的备课情况;研究性说课主要用于同行之间切磋教法;评价性说课主要用于教学评比、竞赛活动、求职面试;示范性说课则是为了给教师树立说课的样板，供其学习、参考。在开展说课活动前，首先要明确目的，也就是将要开展的是哪一类型的说课活动，以便做好相应的准备工作。

2.针对性强

这主要是针对检查性、研究性两种说课活动而言。检查性说课一般来说主要针对以下问题：教师的工作态度、教师的专业知识、教师的教学能力、教师的教研能力;研究性说课应主要针对承上启下的课节、知识难度较大的课节、结构复杂的课节以及同科教师之间意见分歧较大的课节等。只有加强了说课的针对性，才便于说课人和评课人对问题的集中研究与解决。

3.准备充分

说课前说课人和评说人都围绕本次说课活动的目的进行系统的准备，认真钻研课程标准和教材，分析学情，做到有的放矢。说课人还要写出条理清楚、有理有据、重点突出、言简意赅的说课稿。

4.评说准确

评说要科学准确，指导性强。说课人说完之后，参加评说的人员要积极发言，抓住教学理论上的重大问题和教学中带有倾向性、普遍性、规律性的问题进行重点评说。主持人还应该将已达成的共识和仍存在分歧的问题分别予以归纳总结，以便在教学中贯彻执行或今后继续进行研究。

在工作中我以不怕苦累的实际行动感召学生，以朴实端庄的人民教师形象教育学生，做到了为人师表，修德修才。我根据学生们的意见和建议，通过网络查找相关资料信息，也反馈给他们一些具体的建议，比如，针对专门的考试题型购买专门的参考练习书籍;在听力和作文方面多下功夫;语法复习要系统;词汇记忆可以和英语词汇进行比较记忆，等等。我相信，只要切实地努力了，学习状态和效果一定能够很快步入全新的轨道。

我是一名有着13年教龄的体育教师，中学体育教育一级职称，来到xx中学任教之前，一直工作在xx中学。

在十三年的教育教学实践中，通过自己的努力和各学科老师的帮助，逐步形成了自己的教学风格，注重身教，师生相处和谐，有较强的课堂组织调控能力和课程创新能力。积极参加教科研活动，20xx年参加了合肥市首批新课程改革试验，并在省教科所体育教研组的带领下，参与了国家级课题《超体重儿童健康行为的实验与研究》的研究，荣获国家二等奖，撰写的论文中，《中学生体育课的教法与激趣》一文发表在《安徽教育论坛》20xx年第二期，《认识CAI》在20xx年合肥市电化教学论文评比中获二等奖，《议中学生体育兴趣的培养》一文荣获20xx年度合肥中市区教育学会举办的教育教学论文评比二等奖。在学科竞赛中，20xx年获合肥市首届体育教师（初中组）基本功比赛一等奖，同年参加安徽省第二届中小学体育教师教学基本功比赛，获初中组个人总分二等奖。20xx－20xx年获合肥市学校体育工作先进个人，20xx年被xx区任命为首批“骨干教师”并保持至今，20xx年获合肥市电化教育（现代教育技术）工作先进个人。

四十三中学工作期间，除了从事体育教育工作之外，还担任其他一些工作，也获得了一些成绩。自95年开始，一直担任学校团委书记一职，亲手创立的“中学生团校”在20xx年获得安徽省优秀中学生团校示范团校（当年合肥唯一），同年获得安徽省中学共青团工作先进个人称号；是合肥市第十二次团代会代表，也是安徽省第十一次团代会代表。担任学校科技活动小组组长其间，在小组全体师生共同努力下，20xx年获“首届全国青少年电脑机器人竞赛”优秀辅导员称号，并获得中学组创意赛二等奖辅导员奖；20xx年获安徽省青少年电脑机器人比赛第一名（领队兼教练）；20xx年8月，辅导学生参加合肥市第四届中小学电脑制作初中组机器人竞赛，荣获合肥市初中组一等奖。

在体育专业上，我擅长篮球、排球和羽毛球；在素质拓展中，我曾参加过北大青鸟ACCP专业的学习，并获得北大青鸟和国家劳动部联合办法的“初级软件工程师”证书，比较精通网络知识，侧重于动态网站的建设和管理，能熟练运用office软件和Dreamweaver、Flash等软件，曾独自为xx区司法局和组织部建立了单位网站。

过去的成绩已经随着原来学校的消失而灰飞烟灭，我将以一名新教师的状态开始我在xx中学的工作。在xx中学富有特色教育教学管理模式的熏陶下，在这温馨和谐的大家庭里，我一定充分发挥自己的优点，积极投身庐中教育，成为一名优秀的教师。

我在工作上，责任心强、适应能力强、态度热忱、做事细心，能脚踏实地地把自己的工作做好的同时协助同事把部门的工作完成!从事学校校长行政文员工作的一段时间以及在学校亲身作为言传身教的老师的过程中，逐渐锻炼出自己忍耐的性格，虽然有时候会犯错，我知道犯错是不好的，但是犯错之后我会积极地吸取教训，让自己尽量在下次能够避免同样的错误。有位前辈说得好“什么都不做才会什么错都不会犯”，我感谢每一次失误，让我慢慢改过，让我成长!同时，我感觉到了自己从校园出来以后的成长，从一个羞羞答答的女孩儿到要单独去应付很多的难题和亲身去面试其他的人，从一个对人事工作毫无认知的门外汉到逐步地能协助学校校长处理、跟进一些工作，这个过程除了很多来自领导和其他同事的帮助，我自己也在不断地努力。 我知道前面的路还很长，我还要去经历各样的事，我会坚强、会很努力的去面对、去经历、去成长。
