岁月如梭，转眼间一个学期的学习和工作已经结束，为了下一阶段能更好地工作，下面就从德、能、勤、绩四个方面对本年度的各项工作进行总结。

一、完善自身建设，提高师德修养。"爱校、爱生"是我多年来坚持的信念。而“对每一个学生负责”，并与学生建立良好的师生情感，更是我作为教师的基本准则。我用自己的实际行动去感染他们、影响他们，让他们不仅学会知识，更学会做人。做到按时上下班,不迟到不早退,从不因为个人的私事耽误工作的时间,并积极运用有效的工作时间做好自己分内的工作。多学习,以提高自己的教学水平。除了认真做好自己的教学工作之外,还积极参与学校分配的各项活动,协助其他老师做好学校的各项工作;尽自己最大的努力把教育教学工作做到更好。平时能及时把工作情况、问题、困难向领导请示、汇报,并得到领导的鼓励和指导。同事之间能做到顾全大局,服从安排,互相关心,互相帮助,互相沟通。虽然我不是班主任，但是全员育人的教育思想在我的心中已牢牢扎根。我常常教育学生要爱学校，爱班级、爱老师、爱同学、爱父母。如果连自己身边的人和物都爱不好，谈何爱祖国、爱人民呢?因此我时常不失时机地抓住一切可以利用的机会对学生进行常规教育，对学生的行为习惯、文明礼貌、思想品格等方面逐步渗透爱的教育。

二、不断努力奋进，提升业务水平。在教育教学方面,我担任2个班级的数学课,结合本校的的情况，我努力探索，大胆尝试，逐步摸索出一套适合自己的教学方法和思路根据学生的年龄特点，我首先从形式上突破陈规，为学生设计了学习口号——“学习快乐快乐学习”，以此调动学生的学习热情，然后改变传统的课堂教学结构，变“教师教”为“学生教”，鼓励学生上讲台讲解新知、发表意见、交流看法，使学生真正成为学习小主人，课堂的主宰者，感受学习的乐趣，找到真实的自我，增强学习的自信，让每一个学生都能自信的说——“我是最棒的!”在备课方面，积极摸底了解学生的学习情况和个体差异，制定切实可行的教学方案，做到既备教材教参，又备学生;在课堂教学方面，更新教学方法，引导学生积极思考，合作探究，建构知识发生发展的过程，切实履行新课标提倡的发挥教师的主导作用和学生的主体位置;在课外辅导方面，耐心细致，培养优生，帮扶后进生，使每个学生都拥有自信、拥有成功，在快乐中学习，从快乐中得到发展。

三、和组员积极沟通，与班主任、家长密切配合。经常与班主任互相沟通，反映学生平时的学习、活动、生活情况，共同管理好学生;积极主动地与家长联系，了解学生在家里、在社会、在假日的情况，并向家长报告学生在校的表现，互相沟通，共商教育孩子们的方法，使学生能健康发展。发现个别学生问题时，主动与家长联系，并力争家长的理解、支持和配合，向家长宣传科学的教子方法，使家庭教育与学校教育同步，共同培育好青少年一代。在教研组管理上，多与组员沟通，交流，相互学习，弥补没有平行班的不足，形成积极向上的良好氛围。

四、一分耕耘一分收获。教育好比种庄稼，必须辛勤劳作方能换取秋天的收获，一分都马虎不得。这一学期，我坚持以饱满的热情，愉悦的心情投入到教育教学当中，努力克服一切困难，没有请一天假，没有耽误学生一节课。在教导处的直接领导下，我组织数学组的全体老师认真学习新课标理念，制定教学计划和教学进度，坚持每周开展一次教研活动，寻找符合学生年龄特点的学习方式，铸造快乐学堂，使每个孩子都学有所获。主要成绩有：在学校领导、其他教师的无私帮助下，我也取得一些成绩:教研组有着较好的凝聚力，积极完成工作计划;所带的班级也取得较为满意的成绩，被评为20__年度优秀教师。

春华秋实，在教书育人的道路上我付出的是汗水和泪水，然而我收获的却是那一份充实。如果孩子是花，那么我就是雨，滴滴滋润孩子纯洁的心田，如果孩子是树，那我就是太阳，缕缕阳光伴随孩子的成长。我心甘情愿把一生放在教育这块沃土上辛勤地耕耘，播洒希望的种子，期待收获的明天。

本学期，我任教初二(19)、(20)两个班的英语教学工作。尽管我从教多年，但我对教学工作不敢怠慢,认真学习,深入研究教法,虚心学习。经过一个学期的努力,获取了很多宝贵的教学经验。一学期来,本人认真备课、上课、听课、评课,及时批改作业、讲评作业,做好课后辅导工作,广泛涉猎各种知识,形成比较完整的知识结构,严格要求学生,尊重学生,发扬教学民主,使学生学有所得,不断提高,从而不断提高自己的教学水平和思想觉悟,并顺利完成教育教学任务。下面简单地回顾一下开学以来所做的一些英语教学工作。

一、面向全体学生，为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。

1、创设各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地使用英语，对他们在学习过程中的失误和错误采取宽容的态度。在教学过程中，每个需要掌握的知识点，我都从差生入手，使他们掌握最基本的知识的同时，注意拓宽知识面，关注优生的情况，给他们自主学习和直接交流的机会。

2、为学生提供自主学习和直接交流的机会，以及充分表现和自我发展的一个空间。

3、鼓励学生通过体验、实践、合作、探索等方式，发展听、说、读、写的综合能力。

4、创造条件让学生能够探究他们自己的一些问题，并自主解决问题。

二、关注学生情感，创造民主、和谐的教学气氛。

学生只有对自己、对英语及其文化有积极的情态，才能保持英语学习的动力并取得成绩，刻板的情态，不仅会影响英语学习的效果，还会影响其它发展，情态是学好英语的重要因素，因此我努力创造宽松民主、和谐的教学空间，做到：

1、尊重每个学生，积极鼓励他们在学习中的尝试，保护他们的自尊心和积极性。

2、把英语教学与情态有机地结合起来，创造各种合作学习的活动，促进学生互相学习，互相帮助，体验成就感，发展合作精神。

3、关注学习有困难的或性格内向的学习，尽可能地为他们创造语言的机会。

4、建立融洽、民主的师生交流渠道，经常和学生一起反思学习过程和学习效果，互相鼓励和帮助，做到教学相关。

5、加强课外辅导、个别辅导。

三、加强对学生学习策略的指导，让他们在学习和适用的过程中逐步学会如何学习做到：

1、积极创造条件，让学生参与到阶段性学习目标，以及实现目标的方法。

2、引导学生结合语境，采用推测、查阅和协调的方法进行学习。

3、引导学生在学习过程中，进行自我评价，并根据需要调整自己的学习目标和学习策略。

四、对学生进行有效的评价。

评价可以使学生认识自我，树立自信，有助于反思及调整自己的学习过程，评价或采用测验及非测验形式，平时重视形成性评价，对学生回答学习过程中的表现所改进的诚绩，及反映的情感、态度、策略某方面进行及时的评价，如有口头评价、等级评价、学生之间互相评价等方法，充分发觉学生的进步，鼓励学生自我反思，自我提高，测验以学生综合运用能力为目标，侧重于学生理解和获取信息，能力减少客观题，增加主观题，通过评价学生学会分析自己的成绩和不足，明确努力方向。

五、存在的问题

1、学生成绩不稳定，容易忽高忽低，与他们基础知识掌握不好有关，需要进一步加强训练。

2、两极分化现象仍然严重，有个别学生对英语学习兴趣不大，虽然很象用功的样子，但是实际没有专心，记忆就不牢固。需要着力培养这部分学生的英语学 习兴趣。

3、写作能力上不去，课文、句型虽然会背诵会默写，但实际运用能力差，需要平时注意训练写作能力的培养。

新课程改革不是纸上谈兵，必须要与实践相结合，我将努力学习，积极进取，积极参与课程改革，在课改中不断学习，不断实践，不断反思，愿与新课程共同成长。

我先后在四川省南充市西华师范大学附属幼儿园、四川省名山县幼儿园和成都市盐道街外国语学校美乐国际幼稚园这三所幼儿园分别实习过一到两个月，后又在盐道街外国语学校小学部实习一个月，在幼儿园实习任教期间，有耐心能和小朋友一起完成学习和游戏，并在生活上主动关心和帮助。不仅教会小朋友学习课本上的知识，而且还注重培养他们的学习兴趣，在组织活动中培养团队的合作能力及各方面能力让每位小朋友都能充分的展示自己，发挥出自己的优势。
