如果以一个观众的身份去看这次的英文歌唱大赛，个人认为本次活动举行的还挺满意的，的确，我们可以在没有申请到吕志和礼堂那个得天独厚的场地的前提下，可以将本次活动举办的如此顺利！但是以我们工作人员的身份去看此次活动，回顾一下漏洞摆出！

此次我主要负责调音，我刚接到任务时我想着那些搞歌舞团调音的，把它给想的复杂了。原来我只需将选手的伴奏负责和他们演出衔接好就行了！或许是因为我不太懂那些控制音的旋钮，况且交给我的就只是播放一下暖场音乐和选手伴奏，所以我就没有过多的去问，去学习怎么控制音量。可是活动中间有几个选手进去调音，这点我们没有想到！针对这样类似的问题，我想以后应该考虑周全一些！

其次说说我们网络部工作中的一些问题。起初，我们没有及时的搞到摄影的设备，不是我们不去借，而是我们东借西借没有人想借给。我想以后的活动把借这些设备的问题交给外联部去做就行，这样也许会效果好些！第二点，我们内部由于疏忽一台电脑的问题，导致在比赛颁奖那个环节没有把获奖名单公布给观众，这是我们的失误。以后我们会在活动之前把这些硬件设施好好检查一遍。第三点，关于麦克风的问题，我也不清楚是我们技术不到位还是拿麦的人问题，每次都回发出那个刺耳的声音，这个我们还需要问问技术人员。

小时候，父母就这样教导我：“要先学会做人，其次才是做事。”至今仍铭记于心，因此从小我就特别注意自身修养的提高，喜欢学习先进人物的事迹，诚于听取别人对我指出的缺点和善于接纳忠言，从而不断的完善自我。如今的我已慢慢长大，趋于成熟，我越来越清楚的认知，“独善其身”已成为历史，我们应在除了提高自已道德休养的同时，还应该密切地关注和帮助身边那些需要帮助的人，除指引他们走正确的人生道路之外，我们更应该用自己的实际行动来感染他们，让他们的思想水平有新的提高。我时常这样告诉自己：如果你帮助了一个人，那么你就帮助了许多人；如果你感动了一个人，那么你就会感染许多人。因为我知道：人无完人，只有在互相帮助的过程中，我们才会发现自己的缺点和不足，加以改正，我们就向完美更进了一步。一帮十，十帮百，我坚信，只要我们从小事做起，把爱种粒粒播撒，这个社会将会无比的宁静、安详与美好。正如刘备所说：“勿以恶小而为之，勿以善小而不为。”也许就那么一个小小的动作，将会改变一个人的一生……

在不断的提高个人修养的同时，我还特别注重提高自己的能力。这个能力包括办事能力、处世能力。因为我知道，有才无德的人是社会的公害，而有德无才的人是空头文学家。一个人，要想别人尊重你，信服你，你就必须在某些方面比别人强，在如今飞速发展的时代，人才是国家和社会所急需的。只有学好自己的专业，熟练掌握一门技能，才可能不断的帮助他人，从而更好的投身到社会主义现代化发展中去。所以我时刻都没敢放松对自己专业知识的学习。在不断的提高自身技能的同时，我还深刻的认识到，社会要发展，没有改革和创新是不行的，因此我还不断的超越自我。除了能干之外，我认为和别人交往，处理好人际关系也是非常重要的，毕竟这个世界上的很多事情是需要分工与合作的。处理好人际关系，对工作成败有着重要的影响。我觉得只要待人真诚，不计较个人的得失，多帮助关心走味的人，别人也会真心待你，因为你很令他感动。

曾经有人问我：“你最害怕的事是什么？”我回答说是迟到。我这个人时间观念是非常强的，也可以说是很有计划x##b！每次上课，或者团委开会，我都会提前到场，我甚至很清楚自己从寝食到教学楼要用几分钟。所以一到出发时间，我是不会再做片刻的停留。并不是因为我曾因迟到受惩罚所以才害怕，而是因为我觉得，一个人若没有时间观念，做事总是拖拖拉拉，那么他将会一事无成。再者说来，没有时间观念的人，对纪律应该也看得比较淡，总觉得小错不断，大错不犯也无妨，结果经常迟到那么几分钟，甚至有的人会中途退场，这就是纪律观不强的体现。我认为这种行为是可恨的，不管是一个班级，一个学校，一个国家，甚至整个人类，如果没有纪律的约束，那么它总像一盘散沙；如果没有相关条款的规定，这个社会将会不再和谐。小事可以变成大问题，我们要从小养成遵纪守法、严于律己的好习惯。因此自懂事以来，我很少迟到。

作为一名团员，也作为一名团干，虽然我没有像焦裕禄、孔繁森那样作出那么大的贡献，但在生活小事中，我时刻提醒自己，要带头作个好榜样，希望能通过自己的实际行动来感化更多的人，从而把班风、校风搞上去。说实话，我对自己的物质生活是很知足的，但我对自己做的事从不满足，我总认为自己应该做得更多，做的更好。最让我欣慰的是，我影响了周围的一些人，我们宁愿多走几步路，也不愿践踏草坪，我们宁愿拿着垃圾袋走到很远的地方扔进垃圾桶也决不乱扔，不讲卫生的人总会受到我们的指责… …在工作方面，我尽自己所能，积极配合部长和团总支书的工作，在这一个多学期里，我发现自己成熟了很多，也从中看到了自己的许多不足。特别是在思想上，我有了很大的飞跃。在学习周会中，对团支书纪律的教育和对他们政治的学习，我看到了他们有明显的进步，我很高兴，我会继续努力，为国家的未来而奉献自己。

“革命尚未成功，同志仍需努力”，知识无止境，学习更无止境。作为一名团支书，我要做的就是不断的适应时代的发展，与时俱进，不断的去扩充自身的知识储备，以提高自身的修养。为了在不远的将来能得到党的认可，成为一名真正的中国共产党员，我将继续积极参加团支部组织的政治理论学习，团结同学，互帮互助，努力学习课堂知识，做好社会实践工作。做一个全面发展的新时代的学生。
