共青团作为党的助手和后备军，在建设中国特色的社会主义伟大事业中充分发挥着生力军作用。作为一名光荣的共青团员，尤其是一名团干部，我有高度的责任心和上进心，我始终不忘严格要求自己，始终坚持用一个共青团员的标准来衡量自己的一言一行，不断求知、不断进步、不断学习，处处发挥先锋模范作用。回首一个多学期的团支部工作，很庆幸我取得了较为优异的成绩。现在向上级领导申请“优秀团干部”荣誉称号，希望上级领导能够批准我的申请。现将我的个人材料向组织回报一下，以便上级领导考察我的表现：

一.思想政治方面 。

作为一名学生干部，尤其是党员干部和团员干部，首先要端正思想，提高思想觉悟水平。我从刚入学时的一个团总支组织部干事一步步走到今天的副书记，靠的就是思想过硬。这一年多我基本做到了：在学习和生活上树立起了作为共青团员应该起到的带头模范作用，其次积极参与学校组织的各项团员活动，在活动中学习理论，在活动中实践理论，这样做到了学以致用，也符合马克思的理论与实践相结合的原则。再者按时组织收缴团费，不拖后腿，争取为团的事业尽献自己的微薄之力。此外，努力提高自身思想素质，弘扬社会主义道德风尚，严于律己，扬善抑恶、求实创造、与时俱进，将优秀的中华民族传统美德发扬光大。通过认真遵守学院各项规章制度，认真学习《团的章程》，我认识到要自觉履行团员的义务，执行团的决议，遵守团的纪律，完成团组织交给的任务，发挥团员的模范作用是一个团员应尽的责任。

其次，从一名团组织干事到副书记也是一个思想的转变。作干事的时候想的是如何做好组织交给的任务，服从组织的调配等，要提高的是做事能力和积极的心态。但是，作为团组织的副书记就要考虑的，做的更多，更全面，以前是别人带领我作工作，现在是我们带领别人作工作。所以，思想上是一个急速的转变，我们现在要考虑如何提高自己的管理组织能力和宏观调配能力，要学会创新，开展多种多样的活动使我们的团组织活动丰富多彩，生动起来。而且，现在我不仅要把自己的工作做好，还要学会去教导新的干事，提高他们的思想素质，为团组织培养新鲜的力量。

这些是我在思想上的提高。

二、在学习方面。

从入学开始，我就一直坚持努力奋进，刻苦学习，成绩一直较好。各科专业知识，我都努力做到熟练。不仅如此，现在的大学生在专业知识学好的前提下，还要注重社会实践，所以我在假期时曾到“海南皇冠滨海温泉酒店”实习，并获得了酒店经理、同事的好评。由于我成绩出众和重视社会实践。

三、 在工作方面。

1、在我们班，我积极开展团课学习、团员义务劳动等以及各种活动，以各种各样的方式积极宣传团委精神，并通过例会部署团委交予的任务。协助其他班委、团支部进行班级文化建设，塑造班级形象与提炼班级文华和班级精神建设。具体体现为一起办板报，并协助办每一次的团组织生活。

2、 在班级，我担任团支部书记一职，我积极为同学们服务，为他们解决实际的困难。同时，我按时参加上级团委组织的各项活动。在团支书例会方面，我从不迟到早退，在开会期间认真听讲，认真做好记录，深刻领会上级的文件精神，回到班级后及时向班级同学传达上级团委的文件精神。虽然班里的工作做得不错，但我没有因此而满足，我清醒地认识到班里的工作无论从锻炼自己工作能力方面还是工作效率方面都还远远不够。于是我会在这一学期更加努力，争取作到更好！

四.在生活方面

在生活中，本人朴素节俭﹑性格开朗，严以律己宽以待人。平时很善于和老师、同学沟通，也乐于帮助同学，所以很多同学不管生活上还是思想方面有了困难也愿意来寻求我的帮助。在生活中建立了很好的人际关系，获得了大家的尊重和支持。
