1、每日接待员晨会召开、安排各个工作岗位人员、对样板房及综合楼接待工作的巡查及定点定时签到，安排接待员就餐事宜等;

2、每周协助王经理进行接待员培训及每周工作总结会议召开并记录“会议纪要”、每周五大扫接待员人员安排等;

3、每月月末整理《日常工作记录表》并准备下个月记录表、培训资料;协助经理完成下个月接待员排班工作等;

4、协助经理完成日常接待员工作事宜，处理日常接待工作等。

在工作中，我勤奋踏实，获得了本部门同事的认同，当然，在工作中我也出现了一些小的差错和问题，部门经理也即使给我指出，促进了我工作的成熟性。

Hi, my name is Somin and I am originally from China, but I went to college at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. In college, I studied accounting and the reason I wanted to go into accounting was because I wanted to get a good background of the businesses. ，开动脑筋，积极想办法、找出问题点，有针对性地提出改进措施，循序渐进，逐步改进，使各项消耗得到控制和降低，指标得到进一步优化；全厂原始记录、业务流程重新进行了清理、归并和简化，规范了内部管理，有效地提高了工作效率；积极开展目视管理工作，物品归类标准摆放，标识清晰，使繁复的场所变得一目了然，极大地减少了物流不畅、物品不整的现象，使得创建精益生产模式工作成为促进各项工作的促进剂。结合创建精益生产模式，我厂提出了：“从我做起，于细微处见精神，追求卓越，寓卓越于平凡”的工作理念，有力地推动了创建精益生产模式的开展。至今年6月份，各项管理工作有了新的提高，生产现场井然有序，设备运行平稳，故障减小，运转率大大提高，浪费的辨识、排查和整改工作使各类消耗明显降低，成本得以有效控制和降低，创建精益生产取得了实效。 ——降本降费成绩显著  各单位大兴节约之风，从节约一滴水、一滴油、一度电做起，持之以恒地坚决贯彻执行各项控制费用支出的制度与办法，避免高质低用、设备过修等浪费现象，严格控制经费开支，把浪费现象的排查整改工作进行到底，确保各项成本费用控制措施落到实处。由于产量提高，消耗降低，剔除不考核因素，二季度实现蒸汽现金成本50.47元/t-汽，供电现金成本0.2686元/kwh，分别比计划降低1.509元/t-汽和0.00604元/kwh，两项共计节约总成本209万元。 二季度，我厂在抓好物质文明建设的同时，注意抓好精神文明建设，坚持两个文明建设同步推进。分厂党委紧紧围绕生产经营中心，为进一步推动管理进步、实现指标更优、确保任务完成、促进企业发展，在全厂范围内组织开展了“追求卓越百分百”活动，倡导追求卓越精神，为促进生产经营任务的顺利完成起到了积极的作用；同时，针对企业的稳定问题，两级党组织做了大量卓有成效的工作，使员工充分认识到企业稳定的大好形势来之不易，企业的稳定与我们自身利益休戚相关，从而增强了大局意识，旗帜鲜明地同不良现象作斗争。工会、共青团组织紧贴生产实际开展了丰富多彩、有声有色的活动，充实了职工的业余生活，激发了员工的工作热情，确保员工队伍和企业稳定，为完成各项任务提供精神动力和思想保证。 二季度，我厂的各项生产工作均有效地开展，生产经营任务也按计划完成，取得了一定成绩。在三季度的工作中，我们将坚持分公司的领导，带领全厂员工，不折不扣地完成好各项生产工作任务，为实现全年的任务目标而努力！
