I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial

Education background

In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept

6.3 在每批技术资料发运后24小时内，乙方应将合同号、空运提单号、空运报单日期、资料项目、件数、重量、航班号和预计抵达日期用电报或电传通知甲方。同时将空运提单和技术资料详细清单各一式2份寄给甲方。

6.4 若技术资料在空运中丢失、损坏、短缺，乙方应在收到甲方书面通知后30天内，免费外寄或重寄给甲方。在甲方收到技术资料后60天内，如果没有以书面形式提出资料不全或增补要求，则视为甲方验收。

6.5 技术资料采用英文，计量单位以公制表示。

第七条 考核与验收

7.1 合同产品的第一台样机，由甲、乙双方组成的联合考核小组，按附件七规定的时间和内容进行考核。如果符合附件一规定的技术要求，即可验收，并由双方代表签署合同产品考核验收合格证书一式4份，双方各执两份。

7.2 如果合同产品的技术性能达不到规定的技术标准，双方应友好协商，共同研究，分析原因，采取措施，消除缺陷，进行第二次性能考核。考核合格后，双方签署考核合格证书。

7.3 如果第一次考核不合格是乙方责任，乙方应自费再次派遣技术人员进特第二次考核。

7.4 经过第二次考核仍不能合格验收，若责任在于乙方，刚乙方须赔偿甲方遭受的直接损失。并采取措施艄除缺陷，进行第三次考核。

7.5 经过第三次考核仍不合格，如系乙方责任，则甲方有权终止合同，并接第九条的规定处理。若系甲方责任，则由双方协商合同进一步执行的问题。

第八条 技术改进

8.1 乙方提供的技术资料，如有不适合甲方生产条件的（如设计标准、原材料、外购配件及共他生产设备等一，乙方有责任帮助甲方修改技术资料，闪加以确认。在不影响合同产品性能情况下，应采用中国产的原材料、配套元器件和设备。

8.2 在合同有效期内，双方对合同产品的任何改进和创新，都免费将改进或创新的技术资料提供给对方。

8.3 改进或创新的技术所有权属于改进或创新一方，另一方不得对其申请专利或将其转让给第三者。

第九条 保证和索赔

9.1 乙方保证所提供的技术资料是乙方经过实际使用的最新技术资料，并保证向甲方及时提供任何改进和发明的技术资料。

9.2 乙方保证所提供的技术资料是完整的、正确的、清晰的，并保证按时交付。

9.3 如果乙方提供的技术资料不符合第六条规定，乙方必须在收到甲方书面通知后30天内免费将所缺的技术资料，或清晰、正确的资料寄给甲方。

9.4 如乙方的技术资料不能按本合同附件二规定的时间交付，乙方则须按下列比例支付罚款给甲方：

（1）迟交1至4周，罚款为合同总价的_________％；

二季度劳动竞赛自荐材料 二季度，我厂在分公司的正确领导下，按照分公司总体工作部署，结合本厂实际，以为氧化铝生产提供合格的蒸汽和可靠的电能为宗旨，扎实开展好“保持共产党员先进性教育活动”及“追求卓越百分百活动”，在全厂员工中培育“追求卓越，寓卓越于平凡；从我做起，细微处见精神”的工作理念，带领全厂员工严格管理，扎实工作，迎难而上，克服了煤资源紧缺、气候恶劣等诸多不利因素，确保了各项工作顺利开展和生产经营任务顺利完成，胜利实现了时间过半任务过半。 一、生产任务完成情况 蒸汽产量：计划 123.37 吨，实际完成129.0675吨，为季进度计划的104.62%；较去年同期增加23084吨。 外供蒸汽：计划947800吨，实际完成971245吨，为季进度计划的102.47%；较去年同期增加25250吨。 自发电量：计划9100万kwh，实际完成9835.368万kwh，为季进度计划的108.08%；较去年同期增加641.22万kwh。 转供电量：计划14180万kwh，实际完成15027.567万kwh，为季进度计划的105.98%；较去年同期增加929.934万kwh。 各项消耗指标显著下降，其中，蒸汽煤耗计划为194.9kg/t-汽，实际完成191.11kg/t-汽，比计划下降3.79 kg/t-汽；蒸汽电耗计划为28.99kwh/t-汽，实际完成28.97 kwh/t-汽，比计划降低0.02 kwh/t-汽。 供汽合格率计划99%，实际完成指标为100%。 二、二季度完成的主要工作 二季度，我厂紧紧围绕稳定供汽、安全可靠发供电，确保为氧化铝生产提供优质服务这一宗旨任务，针对生产运行、安全管理、设备管理、原煤收购、创建精益生产模式、推行清洁生产等工作重点开展工作，取得了一定成绩。 ——加强了生产运行管理，确保生产稳定进行。通过加强生产的运行管理，正确行使好各项生产指令，对清扫、系统切换、倒停等重大作业，严格按照作业计划执行，并在生产运行部的统一指挥下，随时加强与联系，确定最佳运行方式。同时，针对9、10#锅炉炉水ph值超标，每班加入大量的氨水仍然难以保证炉水ph值达标的问题，组织技术人员进行攻关，通过对氨泵出口二次门的调整，溶出回水、汽轮机凝结水进除氧器运行方式的摸索，找出了平衡9、10#炉ph值的最优运行方式，并对9、10#炉的连排开度作了严格规定，使氨水消耗从每班75升降低到10升左右，保证了9、10#炉的ph值稳定控制在合格的要求范围内，确保了锅炉安全运行，取得了显著效果。 ——认真抓好设备的计划检修、大修、更新改造及设备“四达标”工作，为生产的正常稳定创造良好条件。完成了9#锅炉多项改造和检修任务；完成了1#炉、3#炉、5#炉、6#炉中修；完成了3#、8#机大修任务。加强了设备的无泄漏治理，抓好了供电系统设备及锅炉、汽机等各种设备的清扫、检修、维护，为生产的安全稳定运行创造了良好条件。同时，通过制定设备定修基准，修订完善了设备的点检、巡检和润滑维护基准并下发实施，为下一步设备管理工作打下了基础。 ——进一步强化安全管理工作，实现了安全文明生产。一是抓好了健康安全环境管理体系的贯标工作，使体系运行更具有效性、适应性、符合性。4月28日，我厂hse管理体系通过了分公司内审，分厂针对内审中检查出来的不符合及问题点进行了督促整改。6月22日，通过了总部的内审，显示我厂hse管理体系运行良好。二是认真落实安全生产“三个到位、四方汇签、五个确认”，把安全管理的重点工作放在班组和生产现场，下发了《安全活动质量评估办法》，对14个班组进行了安全活动的评估，使安全活动在班组中得到扎实、有效的开展。三是结合“安全生产月”活动，广泛开展了群众性的“安康杯”安全知识竞赛活动，营造了浓厚的学安全讲安全的良好氛围。通过各种安全活动的有效开展，切实落实了“八抓促生产”（抓制度、抓管理，促生产；抓教育、抓培训，促生产；抓竞赛、抓活动，促生产；抓班组、抓基础，促生产），在全厂形成了“人人会安全，事事讲安全”的格局，广大员工的责任心和使命感不断增强，安全事故发生的各种潜在因素得到有效抑制，实现了“杜绝工亡、重伤，力争轻伤事故为零”的安全生产管理目标。 ——以实施清洁生产为重点，进一步加强环境治理工作。作为分公司清洁生产唯一审核试点单位，为确保审核工作的顺利实施，我厂成立了清洁生产领导小组和工作组，4月初将学习资料下发到各班组。在科室和车间的相互配合下，4月份完成了企业现状调查和分析工作，并完成了清洁生产方案的首次征集工作，共征集到 100余条方案，通过对各方案的综合分析和完善，制定了《清洁生产审核实施方案》，并着手组织实施。通过研究，将能耗高、污染物排放量较大锅炉车间和浓缩车间作为清洁生产的突破口。经分析论证，采取切实有效措施进一步调整优化1～8＃锅炉燃烧，以减少飞灰可燃物含量，降低成本。为了提高锅炉热效率，我厂于6月初提出了采取有效措施，有计划、分步骤，进一步优化1～8＃锅炉燃烧调整，努力降低飞灰可燃物。6月首选3台锅炉1#、4#、7#锅炉作为调整试点，摸索最经济运行方式，努力将飞灰可燃物降低至8％以下。在这3台锅炉优化调整见成效后，将继续抓好另外5台锅炉的优化调整，切实降低飞灰可燃物含量，以达到降低生产成本，减少环境污染的目的，确保烟气达标排放和浓缩污水稳定实现“零排放”。 ——加强原煤的收储管理，确保锅炉用煤的数量和质量。通过加大进厂原煤的监控力度，二季度现场扣罚原煤529.28吨，开发新供煤户24户，对业绩不好的煤主进一步进行限量和停户处理，取得良好效果。通过加强原煤的收储管理，截止6月底，原煤库存量达到了8万吨以上的安全储量，为生产的安全进行创造了条件。 ——创建精益生产模式有序推进。为保证该项工作的日常进度，形成了精益生产例会制度，及时解决在例会上提出的难点和需要相关科室协助解决生产实际问题；针对设备陈旧、老化，精益生产首先从设备抓起，该厂制定了《设备清扫点检基准表》，明确了清扫的项目、方法、要点、清扫后达到的程度，把设备清扫与设备点检、巡检及润滑保养工作接合起来，做到清扫、点检、润滑工作三不误；对全厂卫生区域重新划定，各车间相应地根据开展5s工作的实际情况，明确了清扫的项目、清扫方法、清扫要点、清扫后达到程度、清扫周期及责任人，确保了厂区和生产现场生产现场干净整洁；分厂积极组织开展对浪费现象的排查工作
