作为一名团员，也作为一名团干，虽然我没有像焦裕禄、孔繁森那样作出那么大的贡献，但在生活小事中，我时刻提醒自己，要带头作个好榜样，希望能通过自己的实际行动来感化更多的人，从而把班风、校风搞上去。说实话，我对自己的物质生活是很知足的，但我对自己做的事从不满足，我总认为自己应该做得更多，做的更好。最让我欣慰的是，我影响了周围的一些人，我们宁愿多走几步路，也不愿践踏草坪，我们宁愿拿着垃圾袋走到很远的地方扔进垃圾桶也决不乱扔，不讲卫生的人总会受到我们的指责… …在工作方面，我尽自己所能，积极配合部长和团总支书的工作，在这一个多学期里，我发现自己成熟了很多，也从中看到了自己的许多不足。特别是在思想上，我有了很大的飞跃。在学习周会中，对团支书纪律的教育和对他们政治的学习，我看到了他们有明显的进步，我很高兴，我会继续努力，为国家的未来而奉献自己。

“革命尚未成功，同志仍需努力”，知识无止境，学习更无止境。作为一名团支书，我要做的就是不断的适应时代的发展，与时俱进，不断的去扩充自身的知识储备，以提高自身的修养。为了在不远的将来能得到党的认可，成为一名真正的中国共产党员，我将继续积极参加团支部组织的政治理论学习，团结同学，互帮互助，努力学习课堂知识，做好社会实践工作。做一个全面发展的新时代的学生。

20__年9月30日早晨7点，川洋公司全体员工共计72人在池总的带领下，坐上了驶向雁荡山的客车，开始了全天难忘的雁荡山之旅。

在中秋佳节之际，全体川洋家人欢聚一堂的同时，也丰富了员工的业余生活，增强了部门之间的沟通协作，让让川洋这个大家庭更加和谐，从而更好提升企业凝聚力。

整个行程中，72人的团队始终被一种和谐、温馨的氛围所笼罩。

抵达目的地后，一眼望去，千姿百态的山峰，摆出各种造型，向我们展示它的美。

正如沈括的一首《雁荡山诗词》所描写：“梦溪雁荡笔谈之，峡谷奇峰怪异姿。

带上想象力，继续向前走，看到山顶上有一座寺庙。

进了“观音洞”，大家都纷纷冲上去拜观音，希望能给家人带来平安。

接着又到小龙湫、卧龙谷，又印证了《雁荡山诗词》中：“巨石巍然生峭壁，龙湫秀美笑蛾眉”的景象。

接着最刺激的莫过于飞渡表演了，

在“灵峰”山下拍了集体合影。

雄奇泉瀑深幽洞，险峻天窗碧玉池。

海上名山多胜景，修身养性待何时?

2号下午共同抵达金峰峡谷进行漂流。

金峰峡谷漂流景区位于国家AAAAA级风景区千岛湖金峰乡朱峰源，是江南最具特色的峡谷漂流。

整个景区内可见处处山随水转，水绕山行，绿树成荫，蜂蝶相戏。

从漂流起点出发：穿越时光隧道的浪漫惬意，36米落差的飞瀑急流浪遏飞舟，沿林木成阴的水道跌宕起伏顺流直下，时而急流澎湃，飞艇冲浪;时而平缓如砥，泛艇戏水;无法言语的“刺激和释放的”感觉……各位同仁时而泛舟奋力前行，时

而驻足打起水仗，都沐浴在浪漫开心的山水之间!漂流结束后各位同仁回到酒店，共同合影以做纪念。

3日上午，大家共同坐上游船，前往千岛湖海拔最高的岛屿梅峰观岛。

梅峰观岛位于千岛湖中心湖区西端的状元半岛上，它以群岛星罗棋布、港湾纵横交错、生态环境绝佳而被确定为千岛湖的一级景点。

登上梅峰观景台，可以纵览300余座大小岛屿，是目前千岛湖登高揽胜的最佳处。

“不上梅峰观群岛，不识千岛真面目”，这是到过梅峰的中外游客对其群岛风光的一致赞誉。

之后大家共同前往蛇岛，先前往表演场地观看泰国红艺人表演、人蛇共舞等精彩节目后在岛上游览参观。

蛇岛原名五龙岛、岛上有四个蛇池。

蛇池内有水池、喷泉、土丘、灌木丛、洞穴、冬眠室等，放养了十几个品种的二三百条蛇，盘缠在草丛和树上的蛇群，有的争食斗殴，有的昂头吐信，使游人惊叹不已。

中午在游轮上共进午餐，大家在游赏湖光山色的同时彼此交流心得，增进感情，这次旅行给每个人留下的印象都十分深刻。

它让大家体会到了工作之外的那份亲情和感动，体会到大家是一个融洽的团队，体会到万千是一个温暖的大家庭，更让大家体会到公司组织这次旅行的良苦用心。

下午乘坐客车回到公司，千岛湖之旅结束了，仔细回味这段旅行的同时，又要开始筹备新一轮的工作。

相信每个人都会以更充沛的精力，更高涨的热情投入到工作当中。

为万千贡献自己的力量，共同建设这个大家庭，因为，我们都是一家人。

基层办公室处于基层党政机关的中枢位置，是基层领导的参谋部、勤务兵、督战队和左右手。办公室工作千头万绪，大事要事多，急事难事多，小事杂事也多。因此，每个办公室工作人员都要有过硬的素质和本领，始终保持阳光心态，以高尚的情操、专注的心智、良好的风范和辛勤的工作提高水平，在用心做事、谋划、创新、落实中实现自我超越。本人从事办公室工作多年，对于如何做好基层办公室工作有以下几点体会：

树牢品牌意识，进一步坚定工作自信心

基层办公室团队是工作勤勉敬业、作风严谨刻苦的优质品牌，我们要像爱护自己的眼睛一样，呵护其声誉、珍惜其形象。办公室工作对每个人的语言表达能力、组织协调能力、文字水平等要求都非常高。办文、办会、办事都必须养成服从大局、团结协作、精益求精的自觉意识，外在体现就是忠诚、服从、执行。忠诚是第一位的，对组织忠诚、对事业忠诚、对领导忠诚;第二是服从，对组织的决策、决议、指示、要求不推不拖，无条件地抓好落实;第三是执行，努力提高执行力，一竿子插到底。做到件件有着落，事事有回音。

基层办公室是一个紧张工作并快乐学习着的部门，尽管工作枯燥清苦，经常加班加点，但近距离地服务于机关工作，服务于广大基层群众。这对于每个在办公室工作过的同志，无论是做人还是处事，都将受益终生。无论在办公室工作，还是以后走出办公室都要时刻铭记自己曾在办公室学习过、工作过，自身形象是基层办公室形象的延伸，任何时候都要恪守办公室的行为规范，保持良好素质和自我形象。

正确认知自我，保持阳光健康心态

正确认知自我是实现自身价值的重要前提，唯有正确认知自我，才能为人生轨迹把好向、定好位。基层办公室是重能力、重潜力、重品行的团队，无论此前从事什么岗位，走进办公室，就需要迅速地融入这个团队，尽快地适应岗位环境，从自身实际出发，找准位置。认真地思考：自己能为办公室做什么?只有明确了努力方向，才能脚踏实地、全身心地投入到工作中来。

要重规范、守规矩，耐得住寂寞和清苦，持之以恒地在工作中锻炼自己，提升自己，实现自身价值。切忌不学真本领，没有真本事，却忽忽悠悠，飘飘然。要干一行、爱一行、精一行，钻研业务求深、求精，做行家里手，做专家大家，增长真学识，主动练胆识。要谦和本分，低调做人，高调做事。基层办公室虽然条件简朴，一些办公设备陈旧，有的桌椅甚至一用几十年，但简朴环境更能磨砺意志，更要守住心神，戒浮戒躁。要有阳光的心态，健康的品行。心态决定品行，一个人如果心态摆不正，品行也很难端正。要自觉克服功利思想，端正价值取向，做到淡定自若，宠辱不惊，豁达阳光，珍惜在基层办公室工作的时光。

坚持用心做事，努力超越自我

用心做事是一种态度，是一种境界，是一个人责任心、综合素养的集中体现。基层办公室作为基层机关运转的“中枢”，不仅要领会贯彻领导意图，还要学深学透上级文件政策，统筹把握本地区实际，为领导决策发挥以文辅政、综合协调、后勤保障等参谋助手作用。

可以说，基层办公室每天都站在一个新起点上，每时每刻都要面对新的压力、新的任务，我们必须要做到心神专注，高标准要求自己，对学习、工作、事业专心致志，研究事周密细致，干工作争创一流。要抗得住干扰，经得住考验，经过反复地磨砺、锤炼，使自己变得睿智、聪明、灵透起来。“爱之深责之切。”难得经常有领导、有良师益友面对面地给予批评、教诲，逐步地使自己走向成熟。要善于思考研究工作，这是办公室人员必备的素质，不要当“材料匠”，而要当思想者。办文的过程是一个思想由低到高、由浅入深、去粗取精，逐步完善的过程。一件事只有想得到，才能写出来;只有梳理出脉络来，做事才会有条理、有章法。要立足各自科室职能，经常思考如何干好本职工作，总结具有思想性、指导性、建设性的经验做法，制定具有针对性、可操作性的办法，形成常态化的制度规范。这既是钻研业务、推进工作的内在需要，也是释放潜能、拓展思维的重要途径。

“海阔凭鱼跃，天高任鸟飞。”基层办公室是“替鱼造龙门，为鸟铺鹏路”的事业平台。无论是顺境或逆境，我们都要始终对自己充满信心，在平凡工作中认知自我、完善自我，在谋事创业中提高自我、超越自我。
