国际专利许可合同(附英文译本)

9.8 如因乙原因，产品部分性能指标没能达到合同产品的规定时，机具体情况，乙方须按合同总价_________％予以赔偿，但是，若因甲方原因产品没能达到性能指标时，甲方应按合同规定支付金部金额。

第十条 保密
