第一条

第二条

第三条

第五条

承租期内乙方应自觉爱护房内设施，未经甲方同意不得转租、转借、转卖、改变房屋结构，如因管理不善发生水灾、火灾及人为损坏或违法行为，法律责任及经济损失由乙方承担，甲方有收回房屋的权利(盖不退还乙方交付的任何费用)

第六条

甲方中途终止协议要返还已方余下的租金，乙方中途退租甲方不退租金，国家占用土地或动迁，乙方需无条件搬出，甲方退还余下的租金，双方均不属违约。

第七条

乙方在承租期已满，没有说明续租和签约，占房不交、整天锁门、联系中断七天之后，甲方可打开房门收回此房，一切后果乙方自负并应补交所有拖欠费用。

第八条

本协议一式2份，甲、乙各1份，并附甲乙双方身份证复印件。
