本学期即将结束，回顾本学期“班主任+导师”的工作状况，活动基本按原计划开展，取得显著进步，但仍有相当部分计划没落实，下面是本学期总结：

第一、相关工作有序推进，但因时间等多方面原因，未能很好落实原先的设想。

我的受导学生主要来自会计、汽修等不同专业，横跨了两个年级，学生和学生之间除了共同的兴趣爱好之外，存在较大差异。为更好地兼顾受导学生，开展工作时我将目标概括为三点：

1、到适宜的调解学习、生活压力的方法;

2、让学生透过沟通，提升个人交际潜力;

3、组织开展求职礼仪专场，为学生(尤其是毕业班的学生)的求职工作做好准备。

第二、活动计划因应具体状况作出及时调整

起初，我将本学期的导师活动资料依次安排如下：

1、动漫艺术鉴赏专题(2周，其中包括1周动漫知识简介，1周经典动画作品鉴赏;中间会加入学生相互分享推荐作品和观感交流的环节)

2、文学作品赏析专题(1周，其中有你最喜爱的文学作品推荐、你最喜爱的小说人物等便于学生发言的环节)

以学生最感兴趣的小说作品为导入媒介，以最新改编自小说的热播的电视剧为话题切入点，能够更有效地提起学生参与讨论发言的主动性。并且，在这样的讨论过程中，加以引导，让他们学着在文学作品当中学习一些平时他们没有亲身接触到的东西——比如辩证看待小说人物之间的交际方式，学习主人公身上奋斗、坚强、宽容等的美德品质，等等。透过这样的方式，去到达感化学生的目的，并和他们在心灵距离上能够再缩短一些距离。

3、求职专场(1周)

主要包括：①个人简历书写;②求职着装礼仪;③常见面试流程简介;④面试情景模拟。透过经验的介绍，另外在组织学生进行情景模拟体验，让他们能够更深刻体会到自身的不足。

但在实际操作中，前面已经提到，因为时间的调整问题，以至于文学作品的鉴赏环节并没有实现，这算是其中一个遗憾。从侧面来看，也就应归咎于我的时间安排得并不太科学，以至于我的导师工作和班主任工作、专业教学工作纠缠在了一齐，无法合理兼顾。以后我会提高自己的工作效率，把时间划分清楚，并提前结合学生的具体时间，划分清楚导师的活动时间，固定下来，以增加彼此交流的机会。

第三、反馈机制运用不够全面

起初，我主要透过建立QQ群交流平台和选任各班小助理的方式，来及时了解受导学生的意见，期望能以此来调整自己的导师工作安排，更好地到达导学的效果。

但总的来说，还存在几个弊端——①QQ群的成员并不完整，很多受导学生都没有及时加入QQ群，或者说懒得加入，只透过别人了解信息，以至于有的时候信息传递不够及时;②各班小助理也因为学业或者社团工作忙的不可开交，只能对班上的受导同学进行一个意见汇集的作用，并不能有效地进行全面的管理和监督，也不能全面反馈大家的真正需要。

下学期的导师活动，我想我会采用小助理+小组长+兴趣小组活动的方式，布置一些小组活动，让受导学生透过小组合作，彼此之间加深沟通和交流，这样能从更多的方面去观察并了解到他们的各方面状况。

以上就是我本学期的导师工作总结。有实践并且效果良好的地方，也有需要改善完善的不足，我会认真反思这些问题，并且努力提升自己各方面的工作潜力，以成为一名更加称职的导师!

20__年9月至20__年7月，我担任物流管理10—1班的专业导师。透过一年的指导工作，学生加深了对专业的认识和热爱。在这一年中，我认真履行了导师的工作职责，透过各种形式，手段与学生进行了沟通交流，给学生带来各方面的用心影响，同时也锻炼了自身工作潜力。现将这一年来的工作经验总结如下。

一、指导学生对专业的了解。经过与学生见面了解学生对专业的认识，专业的课程体系，专业就业有什么联系等问题。透过分组的形式，指导学生了解专业学习的系统知识，专业的课程体系设置，学生需要重视哪些基础课程，使学生提高对专业学习的热情和兴趣。

二、学习目标的确定。经过与学生交流互相认识后，要求学生进行分组讨论——大学生学习的目标是什么?并要求每组代表进行发言，群众讨论，再由老师给予总体评价。透过讨论和发言，不仅仅能够了解到学生们究竟需要什么，也能加深学生们的相互理解和促进相互学习的效果。

三、专业对就业的联系。很多学生对大学的专业设置并不了解，对专业与就业关系更是茫然。针对此对学生进行相应明白，使学生明确学习期间应注意的问题。

本学年工作告一段落，在下一学年的开始我会持续本学年的优点，弥补不足，做好专业指导工作。

4.       应严格按照分期付款计划执行，如有一期逾期支付则视为违约，届时剩余应付款项的支付期限立即到期，并且原先减免的20__年度81,666美金的授权使用费不再减免，将一同并入应付款项由立即一次性全额支付，同时，还应按未付款项总金额每日万分之五的标准向支付逾期付款违约金。
