1.引言

讲话稿的引言有多种写法，归纳起来有下列主要类型：

?强调时间、空间，概略描述场面。

庆祝大会比较多地采用这种引言。如：

上级出席下属某部门或系统会议时的讲话，较多采用这种引言。如：

今天，我来参加这个会议，主要是表示对教育工作的支持，并且向你们，向全国教育工作者表示慰问。

?开门见山，提出中心话题。

在传达精神、布置工作的会议上的讲话，较多采用这种引言。如：

2.主体

作为讲话稿的核心部分，讲话稿在写作中需要注意的问题无非是主题明确、内容充实、层次清楚、表达通畅、文字准确。关于内容、文字问题无需多说，这里重点强调结构的安排。

主体部分的层次安排主要是并列和递进两种方式。

并列式结构就是将几个方面的问题相互并置地排列起来，说完一个，再说一个，各个层次之间如果相互交换位置，一般不影响意思传达。在布署工作的会议或总结性的会议上的讲话，这种写法比较常见。

递进式结构是由现象到本质、由表层到深层的层次安排方法，各层意思之间呈现逐层深入的关系。在统一思想的会议上，较多采用这种讲话方式。

讲话稿的主体，因会议不同、讲话人的身份不同、内容侧重点不同、之间先后讲话的次序不同，其写法也会有较大的差异。以上说的两种结构方式，只是就大体而言，具体操作起来还需要灵活处理。

3.结尾

相当多的实用文体都不一定要有结尾，但讲话稿不同，它一定要有一个结尾。否则，听众会认为，_还没有讲完怎么就转身下台去了?

写结尾要注意两点：

首先，结尾要结在必然收束的地方。主要内容表达完毕了，主体部分结构完整了，文章就到了要结束的地方。这时如果还不结束，听众就会不耐烦。反过来，如果内容还没表达完，主体还不完整，既使有一个专门的结束语，文章也不完整。

其次，可采取自然结束和专门交代两种结尾方式。自然结束不用专门的结束语，但听众都能听得出来，讲话到这里结束了。专门交代则使用模式化的结束语。

____年__月__日，在县建设局七楼会议室召开了关于、家园等四个设计方案评审会，会议由县城乡建设局副局长主持，参加会议的有县人民防空办相关领导、县有关专家及相关设计单位，会议对四个设计方案进行了认真的审议，现形成会议纪要如下：

一、项目规划建筑设计方案

1、平面整体布置：道路交通组织须与电力公司和水利局宿舍区统一考虑。适当压缩南侧店铺面积，设置生态停车位;临庐陵大道应考虑停车位的设置;商业主入口和货物出入口位置不合理，须进行调整优化。

2、建筑风格：原则同意建筑的新中式风格，但局部建筑色彩要适当加深。同时花窗大小、广告牌的设置等建筑细部应进行优化调整。

3、容积率、建筑密度等经济技术指标需符合土地出让时的用地规划条件中的各项标准。住宅层高__米稍显局促，建议重新考虑。同时总建筑高度(包括构架)应符合多谱勒天气雷达站限高要求。

4、绿化面积少，应增加绿化面积;屋顶绿化的规划设计须保证实施的可行性。适当增加采光天井面积，以满足底下商业的采光要求。

5、应考虑把电力公司宿舍纳入方案，作为一个小区统一进行物业管理，并设置相应的物业管理用房;同时按有关规范要求完善地块内排水、排污等相关配套设施的布置;高层住宅地下车库应设人防掩蔽所，达到人防地下室标准;住宅楼下须设置信报箱。

二、家园建筑设计方案

1、项目整体容积率偏高，建议将容积率降到__左右。临街__楼建筑高度较高，影响北侧地块建房，建议层数调至__层，同时__楼调至__层。

2、地下车库北入口达不到车辆行车安全要求，需重新考虑，同时须在地下车库设置防空掩蔽所，达到人防地下室标准。

3、原则同意建筑整体色彩，但应适当减少下部白色面积，效果图应进行优化调整。

三、__体育中心运动员公寓

1、整体建筑风格、色彩要与综合楼相协调。

2、比赛馆设置在金钟路与体育路的交叉口，方形的造型不仅显得突兀，也影响人车视线，建议尽量往北移进__米左右。

3、应将卫生间里的公共洗手池布置到对面。

4、停车位应结合绿化设置生态停车场。

5、建议将本项目公寓部分纳入____年县公租房项目。

四、__住宅小区

1、总平面布置方面：小区内高层建筑之间和与周边多层建筑之间山墙间距须达到__米以上;建设取消临街西侧商铺，小区西侧出入口设置为敞开式;小区内道路宽度较小，应适当加宽至__m。

2、原则同意该建筑整体风格，但外立面效果上色彩较暗，应适当调亮。

3、建筑整体高度(包括临街面)建议降至__-__层。涉及超容积率的须依法依规补交土地出让金等相关费用。

4、静态交通原则上以地下人防地下室停车为主，在地面上按相关要求，结合绿化设置采光井;同时应结合绿化设置少量地面停车。地下室北面出口建议往南移，在北侧布置集中绿化。

5、应按有关规范要求完善地块内物业管理用房、地下人防工程、亮化、排水、排污等相关配套设施的布置。
